Phone line doesnt work since 3 years, its impossible to call them and schedule anything u have to show up, ladies who work in front are completely unprofessional, doctors treat you like in Mc donalds in and out, no worm welcome, they completely dont care act like they watch clock when is 4,t hey are very angry if dont want to spread vaccinations, they say 6 vaccines in a day or 4 is fine, they hate if u will spread time between vaccinations, its like a zoo over there no attention to your child, its fast service doctor office, kinda like drive thru

I had recently gone to this peditrician office for one of my younger siblings appointments. I was patiently waiting to be seen, and heard screaming from the check in desk. It was a woman who was yelling at another woman passing her from behind the counter. It was compeltely unprofessional. Leaving everyone in the room tense and uncomofortable. My younger sibling even jumped due to how aggressive she was becoming.

This is unacceptable behavior to be exhibiting in a professional environment. Especially when said environment is meant to provide a safe and welcoming space for children. I am going to try to persuade my parents to switch offices.

I will never, EVER, take my children back again to this practice. My son went in yesterday to have his eyes looked at for possible pink eye as well as a deep bark like cough and labored breathing. He was sent home with a prescription for the pink eye but was told the breathing was normal. Well, after the continuing barking cough and labored breathing and trip to the ER, turns out he has CROUP.

And he was sent home without so much as a basic exam to make sure he actually was ok or not. So you know what? Forget this place. Done with it. 30 different opinions from all the doctors that practice here, no consistency among the practicing individuals. Moving on.

Incredibly thorough, caring and friendly practice for almost 20 years; office staff are willing to go out of their way to provide great service. Doctors inform and communicate and acknowledge other opinions and thoughts from parents.

This is the first time I see the health care professional wearing manicure while performing medical assistance. We did not feel so welcomed while the doctor stepped in and the doctor insists to give my child flu shot while I refused it (since this is my child's first doctor's appointment in the practice, I don't prepare her for shot at that time) Guess what?

The doctor did not really reassuring my child at the first stage. the first word she used is"your mother doesn't know anything about it." Well, terrible doctor-patient relationship. Don't ever take your child here.

Have taken my two toddlers here for two years, and have had a great experience. They catch things early, can always squeeze in a morning sick visit, and have helped me to manage ear infections and breathing/asthma issues. Figure out your preferred docs and book them for wellness visits in advance.

I've been taking my son since he was born, he is 4 now. I have never had a bad experience. They have even taken him if we were running late and on a closed day when he had an emergency of hand, foot, and mouth. Everyone is so kind and patient. Love this office!

Office runs like a well oiled machine. I'm signed in very quickly. On occassion you have to wait for the doctor, but many times we've been seen w/in 15 mins of our arrival. Their hours are fantastic and have some of the most flexible hours out of any pediatrician we've seen. It is a very busy office, but there are 8 doctors so you can always get an appt. as long as you are flexible on who you see.

The staff and doctors were fine but the overall office experience was terrible. First, the office has so many patients that it takes over a month to get an appointment with a doctor for a check-up. Sick visits can be accommodated relatively quickly to see a nurse. Second issue is that the office nickel and dimes you for everything. If you need to get a form filled out it's $15, if that form needs to be updated it's $15, if you need your medical records it's $15.

The 3rd and final issue is if you decide to leave the practice and need your child's medical records they charge you $15 and then it takes them 2 weeks to actually send them. It is the 21 century so it shouldn't take two weeks before a file is mailed out.
