I have been here since 2 this morning for my cousin. First of all they basically overdosed her on meds they gave her to much and she is 14. Second i left to go sit in my car because the stupid hospital was freezing and they wouldn't let me back in even tho they were letting other back in when they left its ridiculous. So ive been sitting in my car for 5 hours in the cold rain because they wont let me back in.
The hospital staff are rude and insensitive and they wont tell us anything that is going on with my cousin and they have been nothing but rude to her and giving her dirty looks.

This place is horrible I took my fiance here because he was having stomach problems and they said that it was Covid and we've been here since 2:22 PM and it is now 5:25 PM I've been sitting in the car since then because they said that I was not allowed in there because of Covid because they said that he had Covid which he does not and they said that I might have it even though I got tested yesterday and it came back negative this place is just pathetic and it took them six tries to get my fiance's blood and the room was just a horrible mess.

If you develop serious illness while under treatment at this facility, you might want to review your health history. They omit and/or remove information from your medical record to remove their institution's liability. I was put on a combination of Ciprofloxacin and Prednisone. Keep your script receipts. If you question them about it, you are lucky to get anything else out of them at all. My advice is seek medical treatment elsewhere. Anyone wanting more info, post here. If I could zero star them, I definitely would. VP, Josh Reeves can bring his rebuttal.

Brother treated in ER for suspected heart attack. Dr. Ordered stress test. One week later stress test still not scheduled. Hospital told him they would need approval from his insurance. Insurance said no approval necessary for stress test. One week later OMC has not even tried to contact insurance for approval so stress test cannot be scheduled.
