Just Amazing! I have been to both location with my kids and it has been a great experience. Everyone is professional and caring. Took my 2 years old girl to the Scappoose location and I'm beyond amazed. Very positive experience for my little girl.

Greeted by friendly staff. No long wait time from start to finish. Office following all CDC guidelines during these virus time. I felt very much at ease. Great selection in frames. Doctor had a good bedside manner friendly. Have recommended Family Vision and will continue to do so to friends, family and co workers.

THANK YOU Family Vision of Oregon for fixing my son's glasses so promptly! I called and asked if they could possibly fix a screw and I came in and the sweet lady fixed the glasses right there on the spot for me. Excellent customer service and promptness! Saved me a trip and my sons eyes from having to wait.

Customer service was great - My son couldn't find the color of frame he liked, so they ordered in color for him. Pricing was reasonable.
