My appointment with this clinic was useless and frustrating. It was arranged by the hospital upon being discharged from a pneumonia stay. Their office requested I arrive early to fill out paperwork, which I did. I was not allowed into the office and told to wait in my car. Fine, I know many doctors have this protocol right now until they are ready to see you, but some patients were allowed to wait in the waiting room.

It was only when they called me to get my copay payment that I was told it was a Telehealth appointment. I questioned this because the whole point was to listen to my lungs etc. I am at a complete loss as to how you can medically evaluate someone's lung health via the phone. I am also at a loss as to why I couldn't be sitting on my couch for this, not in a running car for an hour.

The Dr. I had the appointment with wasn't even who called me, it was her PA. This normally is fine with me, but given what I had been through, I was expecting a decent exam from the Dr. I was assigned to. The PA was extremely dismissive when I asked about the side effects I was having from the steroids I was given in the hospital, IMO, their priority was doing parking lot covid testing. Now, I have received their bill. $220 for a Telehealth call which primarily consisted of asking, "do you feel better?" My insurance offers free Telehealth calls so if they had been candid with me and told me I wouldn't be physically seen, I could have utilized my insurance service.

Upon receipt of the bill (it went to deduc) I called the billing office to take care of it and put it behind me. Shockingly, the billing office doesn't actually take payments. I voiced my frustrations with the main office for which they gave zero cares. The office manager was excessively rude. I would avoid this practice.

Dr James Irvine is great! I've been here many times, and the medical and office staff have always been very professional and friendly to me. 10/10 recommend!

Do NOT recommend. They had cars towed for no reason. The rude receptionist hung up on me. VERY unprofessional.

Terrible staff, poorly marked parking lot, inconsiderate of patients time and resources. Far from patient focused and unconcerned with accepting feedback to improve conditions.

Do NOT go here. The receptionist is completely rude, and they have secret spots that if you park in you get towed. Very unprofessional.

Want to give away your money? Try parking in their parking lot or make an appointment. They will tow your vehicle regardless of the many other spaces available. Their billing staff are incompetent and their reception staff are extremely rude. James and Sharon, if you're reading this, you really need to clean house of your staff and stop towing, or you're both going to be out of a job. This is NOT how we do business in Mansfield!

The NP refused to render services for a work injury back in July to where I had to seek treatment elsewhere. They have now sent a bill dated 12/30/2021 for services never rendered.

I have never left a review but this place went above and beyond to be my first. They double charged me and my insurance. Had to take off work for an appointment and they refused to see me because I was only 13 minutes early not 15.(really who does that!?) They don't have a doctor or friendly person on staff. If you do get a visit they want you to come back so they can bill you again for a check up Anywhere else would be an improvement I urge everyone avoid this place like the plague!

Do not go to this clinic! First of all you can never get an appointment with the actual doctor! My daughter needed a referral to a specialist and it is taking them over 2 weeks to get her in to see one because the referral people do not know what they are doing! It makes no difference to talk to the manager either! I am taking them off of my insurance as my primary care physician!

I only gave 1 star because this wouldn't let me proceed with no stars. I started going to this clinic in February 2020 and chose it because of Dr. James Irvine. I went to several appointments and was seen by a nurse practitioner. Not once have I seen Dr. Irvine. I don't even know what he looks like. Also, the before my last appointment, I received a call from one of the office workers demanding a "past due" payment in which I received the invoice the week prior.

She stated that 6 notices were sent to me (They actually sent only 1) and according to the invoice, the amount was not yet past due. I was told that I didn't pay immediately, the doctor/nurse would not see me. So, I told them that's find and I will be taking my business elsewhere. About 30 minutes later I get a call asking if I was ready for my televist (no office visits due to covid).

I told them that I just spoke with the office folks and I was forbidden to see the doctor until I paid. the response i got was "sorry for the misunderstanding" and I didn't get to my appointment. The office folks obviously don't give updates to anyone else. I paid the "past due" amount the next week. Today, I received a new invoice with a $50 no show fee (charging me for refusing service to me) and also did not apply the full amount that I paid from the first invoice. Places that give experiences like this make it hard for me to even go see a doctor. Seems they are more concerned about making a profit than helping people.

It's bad enough when you pay outrageous insurance costs and then turn around and get this kind of treatment. Hire office workers who can do accounting correctly. A full-blown accounting audit needs to be conducted at this place ASAP
