Worst place to go for glasses or eye care. The doctors there are incompetent. Dr Vanderhoof gave my wife 3 (three) eye infections. Due to unsanitary conditions. we'll never go back.

I had my eyelids done by Dr Schartenberg in Oct 2019. I noticed right away that the left eye surgical line was completely crooked. Very disappointing. Then, about 6 mos later it looked like a vein was protruding above the line. Very noticeable and very upsetting. I didn't really know what to do and because I wasn't happy with the surgery I didn't want to go back and figured if it was a vein it would eventually calm down.

Last night I had a magnifying mirror and could see it wasn't a vein but a suture that had been left inside above my lid! I got in to see the Dr today and she told me she could remove it in the office right then. Well, it was painful to say the least. But the unbelievable thing was she NEVER apologized for leaving it in! And the 2nd unbelievable thing was when I was checking out they wanted to charge me! Seriously? I would never recommend them to anyone.

Dr Basha & Dr Turchowski are amazing. Made me feel right at home. Very nice and easy to talk to. Everyone at the office is super friendly. Very easy to make an appointment. They can always get me in for my rechecks from surgery the day needed. Dr Basha even asked me what kind of music I wanted played for my Lasik procedure and played it for me. The extra step was wonderful!

Modern and specious facility, looks clean. I will not be coming back though. I felt rushed through the appointment. No personal approach. As a patent, I prefer to have all possible treatment options to be presented to me for decision making. It didn't happen. I'm dissatisfied with service at this location.

Excellent care by the doctors and staff. I now do not need vision correction for the first time since my teens. A word of caution--get a thorough explanation of your out of pocket costs. The quote form is very unclear. I was presented with an unexpected bill of more than $3000 AFTER surgery. The biller Jennifer was snotty and dismissive. When I pointed out the unclear form.

Her reaction was "All you had to do was read it"! Really? She should have been fired on the spot. I pointed out that the form is also unclear to the front desk staff, because they were very unclear on what to charge me. Every lady I spoke with gave me a very different figure. At that point I demanded to speak with the office manager Kathy. She was awesome and very sympathetic and understanding. Based on the fact the Kathy encouraged me to reach out to Dr Basha, evidently there have been previous problems with Jennifer.

Dr Tuchowski & his team were awesome! The staff was very welcoming & helpful. They set me up & worked around my hectic schedule, fit me into a busy day for them & showed a great deal of care to make sure I had a thorough exam. The facility is beautiful & is very clean! Highly recommend!

Great doctors. The wait is a little long. But definitely with it. They are a very busy practice with lots of different specialties.

Dr. Basha and the wonderful staff here made me so comfortable about getting LASIK. I was recommended by my optometrist to Fraser because they are the best and I couldn't agree more. Sharon, the LASIK coordinator, was absolutely amazing and was there every step of the way. I'm very fortunate that I chose them as my LASIK doctors as I wouldn't of wanted anything less than the best. Thank you!

I had cataracts in both eyes, so my son (who lives in Pennsylvania) made an appointment with Dr. Basha for me. My son was very concerned about my eyes and he wanted to speak with Dr. Basha personally. During my appointment Dr. Basha called my son and and explained everything to him. My son was very grateful. My first surgery was scheduled for Monday, June 8th.

On Sunday my phone rang and I looked at the caller ID and it was Dr. Basha. I figured he must be calling to cancel my surgery.no, he was calling to ask if I had any questions about my surgery. What? Who does that? Especially a doctor the night before surgery. He's a freak of nature. I was in shock! The next morning when I went to the Surgery center, I mentioned it to the nurse.

She told me that Dr. Basha had 31 surgerys scheduled for that day and that he had called every patient the night before. She told me that is what he does all the time. If you have an eye problem, please go to Fraser Eye Center. The doctors are wonderful and the staff is so friendly and caring. Gratefully, Theresa McDonald

A couple weeks ago I was having massive eye pain. It started as my eye lids hurting. Next thing I knew my eye was very sensitive to light, red and swollen. I first went to an after hours clinic since it was on the weekend and was diagnosed with pink eye. The pain and my vision was getting worse so the next day I went to the doctors and was diagnosed with sinusitis and pink eye.

After taking the prescribed medicines, my eye was only getting worse. I had to walk everywhere with sunglasses on because my eye was so sensitive to any time of light. I knew I needed to see an ophthalmologist and quickly. After calling several ophthalmologist's, Fraser Eye Care was the only place that could get me in in less than a day. Most places were booked over a week.

I seen Dr. Basha and he was very friendly and quick to discover I had a scratch on my eye and I was losing my vision. It was over a week from when I first started having eye issues. He prescribed eye drops and gel lubricant for my eye. I had a follow up appointment a week later and my vision was back to normal for me. Staff was awesome and able to answer all my questions.

Free wifi in office. Clean and lots of chairs in the waiting area. I wouldn't hesitate to see Dr. Basha again for my eye issues. If you think you have ever been misdiagnosed with something, always get another option. In my case, third one is a charm.

Was referred for an eye infection. Had a bit of a wait. But the staff and the doctor was amazing. Did a great job explaining things, and gave me samples. Overall well worth it, and highly recommend.

I recently had LenSx cataract surgery at the Fraser Eye Center. I am a health care provider and found the care here to be very professional and was impressed with their services. I never had to wait in the waiting room for very long for any appointment. I am very grateful to the staff for all of their care and most grateful that my vision has been restored where I no longer have to wear any eye-wear. So grateful for the doctors that do this kind of work. Thank you to all the staff at the Fraser Eye Care Center.
