Dr. Mariano at Mariano Holistic Life Center, Inc. helped me get back on my feet after a health challenge. The approach was different than what I had tried before and proved to be the missing piece to what my body needed to heal. Their staff is phenomenal and truly care for every aspect of my wellbeing! I started seeing Dr. Mariano when I discovered a back problem, discovered by pain. That was in April 2021. My treatment plan under Dr. Mariano has improved more than my back issue. The overall wellbeing I feel from my treatment plan is notable and I will be a life long patient. I have referred both of my daughters. Thank God for healers who really care. Dr. Mariano is an angel among us. an earthly healer! In the summer of 2020, I was suffering daily from headaches. After about two weeks, I had gone to my primary doctor and had a battery of tests and everything came back "normal". I rarely suffer from headaches so I knew something was off. I had been to a Chiropractor before and thought this should be my next course of action as I knew the power of Chiropractic medicine as my brother suffered from a horrendous case of eczema for nearly 20 years and a friend suggested he go to a Chiropractor and he's never suffered from eczema ever again.
Amazing (I know!). the human body is pretty remarkable! Long story short, I came across a video of Dr. Mariano on social media and knew immediately that i would be in great hands. He's unlike any other Chiropractor (or Doctor that I've encountered) - he cares deeply for his patients, he's committed to educating his clients about how their bodies work, he's positive and extremely supportive - he truly goes above and beyond to care for his patients.
After nearly 6 months under his care (at age 48 and menopausal), I've slept better than I ever have, headaches ceased immediately after the first couple of adjustments (his technique is unlike most Chiropractors) and my overall health is better than ever. Before visiting Dr. Mariano, I was a 19 year old with horrible back and hip pain, as well as headaches daily. I couldn't run or do any physical activity without being in pain and knew that something was wrong. I had been to an orthopedic multiple times and they said there was nothing wrong with me. After these visits I had almost just accepted that the pain wasn't going to go away and I had to deal with it.
But since deciding to visit Dr. Mariano I have been able to get back to running comfortably and am in nowhere near as much pain as I was before. I also have reduced my headaches from 5-7 a week down to week to 0-1 a week - it has truly been life changing. I definitely recommend coming and visiting Dr. Mariano - this is an investment in yourself and your health. You will not regret it!

I chose to submit my review on Independence Day, because Dr. Mariano gave me my personal health freedom. Before I went to Dr. Mariano, I was stressed and my body was showing it with long-term pains in my shoulder and foot. I literally was in PT with cortisone shots for almost a year, with no relief and no freedom. I figured I just had to live with it and live without the activities that brought me joy. Dr. Mariano assessed my body and took the time to explain why my body was feeling the way it was and promised that he would help me gain my freedom again.
As I am writing this review--I now am able to walk 3 miles a day and this morning, I kayaked with my husband. I feel at peace again. Dr. Mariano, thank you for giving me my personal health freedom back!

Life before Dr. Mariano's chiropractic assistance was tense. My chest was extremely tight all the time. I had a hard time sleeping at night due to the pain. I started to get nervous that something was wrong with my heart. My mind went to some scary places. However, my mom and Dr. Mariano lifted me out of the darkness. I told my mom my symptoms and she immediately referred me to Dr. Mariano.
I am forever grateful she did! As soon as I started getting chiropractic services from Dr. Mariano, my life has gotten a lot better! My chest has released it's tension and my smile is brighter. Dr Mariano and his staff are wonderful. The atmosphere is welcoming and calming. Before being involved in this practice, I had severe pain in my legs from a traumatic event. Dr Mariano has opened my eyes about Holistic care and changed my life. My pain is gone and I have never felt better. I have more energy, breath better than I have ever before, and have less pain.

I found Dr. Mariano from a referral from a family friend. I was suffering from two slipped discs in my lower neck as a result of stress, over exerting myself in yoga, and poor alignment. Dr Mariano opened his practice for me on a Sunday, as I was in so much pain. He personally followed up with me multiple times in the following weeks to make sure I was feeling better.
I started seeing Dr. Mariano every week and have been a patient for over a year now. I can't imagine not having our weekly sessions. While others get the flu or the common cold, I have not been sick once. I used to suffer from migraines at least once a week, they have significantly subsided.
