Very rude. Didn't care about as they say customers. Dr Somali was hard to deal with and wouldn't listen to the problems I was having. Wouldn't give me a sliding scale and had me on way to much insulin. Glad I got kicked out of the practice Americus is so much better.

My wife is a patient of Miriam Worthy and is currently 7 months pregnant. These people have rescheduled her appointments 3 times and never called. We had to find out when we got there which was a waste of time. The desk staff are very rude and show no care for the patients. The facilities manager is very rude and needs to learn some manners before someone knocks it into him.

He was rude with me and to the driver that collects hazardous materials for the building. Next time I won't just walk away. There is very little care shown by this whole establishment. If it doesn't get corrected, the Better Business Bureau will be notified soon.

I wish I could give Lee Medical Arts no stars at all. The staff who calls patients with information is rude. Dr. Whaling acts like he cant refill medication for his patients. They are lazy and usually takes 2 to 3 days to get back with patients about questions and concerns. This is the worst doctors office I have ever dealt with.

I visited the office at 401 S Madison St today. They were able to get me a same day appointment and the staff was very kind and caring. Great job!
