First time going to this location and the experience was definitely something I will look forward to in the future. The wait time was a little long but Dr. Bucy was a blessing and made sure I was comfortable the whole time.

I absolutely recommend any expecting mama to go to Heartland Women's Healthcare! My whole experience has been wonderful with Dr. Sullivan. She is amazing in making you feel so comfortable and has helped ease me, as a new mom, as well as my partner, as a first time dad, with assuring us the baby is nice and healthy at all the bedside ultrasounds. I also recently had my anatomy scan and the ultrasound tech was so kind in explaining everything and really took time with me and my partner. She took AMAZING pictures for me to take home! I cannot wait to continue my care here through the rest of my pregnancy as well as postpartum. :

Very warm and friendly staff. Emily Sammons is very personable and genuine. Was seen pretty quickly. I would recommend absolutely.

The area was very clean, scheduling an appoint was quick and swift. The workers were incredibly nice and understanding of everything i told them! They're wonderful!

I love my doctors which is why I stay with this group, but I am NOT a fan of Heartland. Since my provider switched, they are always behind. I was in the waiting room 30 minutes past my appointment time, and I arrived 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in. The nurses and doctors are great though. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and listen to you!

This place is always running behind. You wait for 30 mins (most I waited was 50) the staff is always in a mood not very welcoming. I do like my doctor don't get me wrong but this place can just be unprofessional. I have a 2 year old that I can never bring with me because of the wait at this place. And the whole you can't speak to someone who works at the office you visit bothers me.

People at the call center or wherever answers the main number you call, doesn't schedule correctly. They will schedule you wrong. I was scheduled for my anatomy scan 2 different times (took me 3.5 weeks to finally get in) and the one week was no tech to do it and then the next week they "rescheduled " me and didn't even schedule me for the anatomy?

This place is just really frustrating to deal with 80% of the time. Although your getting a ultrasound at every visit I don't even have any good ones because the doctor just takes random pictures you can't even see what it is.

I love my doctor, Dr Bucy. They don't get back to messages for weeks sometimes. And it take a really long time to get back test results.

Five stars for doctor, negative 5 stars for the network. I truly love my doctor, but since she joined the Heartland Women's Healthcare network, I've had nothing but headaches and aggravation. I've called multiple times now, have been placed on hold, waited up to 45 minutes, only for someone to pick up but not speak. When I needed to cancel an appointment, I had no trouble getting through.

But when they asked if I wanted to reschedule, I said yes and they transferred me somewhere. Again on hold. FOR 46 minuntes until I finally hung up. I took a screenshot to record it. The recording says there is a chat option. But it is no where to be found. I sent a message through their contact form. Still no response. I have a prescription that needs to be filled, but the insurance company needs an authorization faxed to them.

After they could not get a hold of anyone in the office, I went myself to get it taken care of. I arrived at 9:05, door was locked (supposed to be open at 9). I put the form and my info in an envelope and slid it under the door, with a request to contact me to let me know they received it. When I didn't hear back, I took off work to follow up. I explained what I had done earlier.

At first, the office person said she didn't know anything about it. But upon looking, my envelope was opened and sitting in a corner of the desk. The woman looked at it, said my doctor wasn't there that day but would be back tomorrow. She would make sure the doctor signed it and would fax it to the insurance group. A week and half later, the insurance group has still not received the form. Would love to speak with someone about this.but no one will answer the phone. Ugh Not sure how to proceed, just want to share my experiences.

While Dr Bucy and the rest of the staff are all sweet and attentive, I have had 3 appointments and for all 3 I waited over an hour to see the doctor and they ALL took over 2 hours for simple monthly pregnancy follow ups. It's a strain on work when I'm out for so long for a simple appointment. I will be trying a different doctor at another location from now on.

I have been seeing Dr. Nanci Bucy at this location for approximately 20 years. She is the most caring and compassionate doctor you will ever meet. Always giving as much of her time that you need. She is thorough and professional. The staff at this location has always been great and courteous.

Dr. Bucy and her M/A have been so wonderful. they made me feel so comfortable like we had been friends forever. They genuinely care about u. id highly recommend them!

I had a lot of questions and I was nervous about the Pap Smear (the last one I had somewhere else and it was really uncomfortable). Dr. Sullivan answered all my questions and explained what was going on in my body. Plus the Pap smear was super quick and painless!

I had a great experience today with Dr. Sammons & the staff at Heartland in Lake Saint Louis! I will definitely recommend her to anybody looking for an OBGYN!

I absolutely love Doctor Sammons. I wouldn't trust anyone else with mine and my babies care but her. She is a wonderful doctor, very straight to the point, open up front and honest and just tells you how it is. That's what I love most about her. She knows her stuff and is wonderful at what she does. Can't wait for her to deliver our beautiful girl. This will be the 2nd delivery for our family she has done. I highly recommend her

Dr. Bucy and all the staff at Heartland's Lake St. Charles location are amazing. They are friendly, professional, welcoming, and also caring. Every time I go, it is a positive experience. There are other women healthcare facilities closer to where I live. However, I drive 35+ minutes to get to this location simply because of the great care provided, staff doesn't talk down to patients, and it is a very calming atmosphere.

If you're going for a well woman exam they're fine. HOWEVER, if you're going for prenatal care be prepared for a long wait, testing without your consent, no communication about what labs are being ordered, no communication of results, and no consult or options for billing or which labs are used for testing. All of these are reasons we went elsewhere for care.

I recently switched to heartland women's healthcare from a different doctors office. The staff is so nice, and helpful when I was switching offices. I have dr Sammons, she made me feel comfortable and answered any question I had. I love that I will get ultrasounds at every appointment (my other doctors office didn't do this) and also a free 3D ultrasound at 32 weeks. Couldn't be more happy with my decision to switch here!

The nurses and front desk are super nice, it's easy to make an appointment and Dr Sammons is really nice and professional.

Absolutely DO NOT go to this office(Dr. Sullivan AND From what I've heard Bucy). Dr. Sullivan is obviously clueless when it comes to pregnancy and labor/birth. She almost killed my son due to a "traumatic birth" that could have been avoided. My son came in the brow first position. I was bleeding more than I should when they ruptured me. She didn't know the position of my baby!

She continued to have me on Potusin and by the end I was having 4min contractions which are insane. My son was stuck and would not come out. She used forceps, vacuum, and tried rotating him several times. When I was finally able to push through he came out blue and not breathing. The doctors had to incubate him and send him to the NICU. Dr. Sullivan even answered a personal call during all this and made the comment to us "he still has a heartbeat so he's alive, she also used words as "he's in there all wonky" "this is really strange".

She was completely clueless and he should have been delivered c-section. Instead he spent 21 days in the NICU for multiple reasons due to the "traumatic birth" countless tests. blood draws. not to mention a deep bruise over half of his head. I would not recommend her to anyone or this location. Contact me if you want pics, more detailed information.

My son would have came home after two days if it wasn't for her I truly believe that. I also know two other women who went to Bucy and had to leave because she was a nightmare. I wish I would have switched doctors also. unfortunately, I waited to late. This magical moment has been a nightmare for the past month. My precious boy has went through more than most do in a life time! Only 1 star BECAUSE I HAD TO. We have even been considering legal consultation.
