Often patients with these diseases don't experience any visual symptoms before vision loss occurs.

Dr. Martinelli is great he does a thorough Eye exam cares about your eyes explains everything in detail very nice kind person. however, his office staff are something to be desired they are not very friendly not very nice and he needs to address this he probably needs to replace them because I wouldn't want them running my front office and not greeting people with happiness and kindness.

My experience begins on March 10, 2020 when I ordered eyeglasses for my adult autistic son. The Covid-19 pandemic soon ensued which I understand would delay the eyeglasses from being delivered. However, Community Eye Care in Monongahela had no delay delivering my husband's eye glasses. His eye appointment was March 2 and his glasses were ready on March 11.

I left four messages to Martinellis trying to reach out about my son's glasses. They failed to return three of the messages. Today April, 21 2020 we had the good fortune to pick up his glasses or so I thought. In the waiting room in Martinellis Eye in Charleroi a couple of patrons had no mask ( a law in effect in Pa during the pandemic) an employee told the man he had to leave or cover his face.

He made a few nasty remarks then left. Still waiting patiently to get my sons glasses the person fitting the eyeglasses is outside with the customer who refused to wear a scarf adjusting his glasses. Nice curbside service (sarcasm) not to mention touching his glasses which could be infected with the virus. So what have we learned so far refuse to obey the law and get you catered.

I opened the door and asked the eye fitter if she was done with her conversation because some of us had things to do. She didn't sanitize the area until I told my son not to touch anything. I asked her if she sanitized her hands after touching the man's glasses outside. I even had to ask her for an eyeglass case. Wow, nightmare experience and I'm an old lady. Community Eye Care in Monongahela has the friendliest staff and are super efficient.

I think the doctor was excellent. When it comes to ordering glasses though, let me just say you'll be better off to go somewhere else.

Couldn't be more pleased! Needed a visit on an emergency situation and they fit our son I quickly. The staff was super sweet and Dr. Martinelli was top-notch. Would refer them to anyone I know. Thank you so much for everything!

Excellent. Dr. Martinelli and staff are fantastic. My wife and I could not be more pleased. I don't understand how anyone could give less than 5 stars.

I have been a patient at the Martinelli Eye and Laser center since age five. As an adult, I choose to drive an hour from my home to continue to be a patient of Dr. Martinelli's. I did visit other eye centers while in college but none met the standard of care I receive at this office. In my experience, the staff is always polite, helpful and professional.

I order glass and contacts here every year. In addition, I am very nearsighted and the doctor always takes time to listen to my concerns and make me feel comfortable. I've read negative reviews for this office and want to encourage others not to form an opinion based only on the experiences of these customers. My experiences have always been professional and positive.

Great staff. Short wait time and glasses when promised. When my new progressive lenses were not quite right they replaced the lenses at no charge. Close to home and great service.

Dr. Martinelli was very nice. No complains there. The staff could have been nicer, however. Also, they had to have tried to overcharge me on my glasses. My insurance covered all lense expense and a large portion of frame expense. They tried telling me the glasses were nearly $400 after my insurance. No way. Took my script elsewhere and got name brand for just over $100. Won't be going back, ever.
