If you wanna love going to your doctor. Meggan Nolan Shea is your go to Nurse Practitioner! She's the best. Trust me. I hadn't had a physical or bloodwork in years! She made me feel so comfortable and called me with my results only a few days later. Highly recommended!

I went there for a year of physical therapy after a car accident left me with injuries to my back and neck and my left arm numb. I cannot say enough about the quality and knowledge of their staff. Nearly 3 years after the accident I exercise with no pain and continue to do the exercises which were recommended by the staff of Medical Care of Western New York.

They've been outrageously amazing while I go through my no fault claim. It's a real relief to have every service I need available right there "on site"!

We picked this office when moving to NYS several years ago. I have never seen an actual doctor. The wait is always super long. I have asthma that requires the use of an inhaler. The office continually refuses to refill my prescription without an in person visit. For a RESCUE INHALER. Read that again. Literally cannot breathe without it. Now that I have actual good insurance they are not in network so if I were to go in it's out of pocket.

The last time I went in just to be able to get my prescription filled the PA was like what are you doing here? Also was given a sample of a really good daily inhaler that cut my rescue inhaler use to almost nothing but turns out that sample is regularly $400. Unless the office does the proper paperwork then insurance will cover it but guess who did not want to oblige. This place is a joke catering to folks on state sponsored insurance to reap the benefits off of them. Stay clear.

Giving 1 star only because it's required to post a review. They really deserve ZERO STARS. I literally had the Nurse Pretender say to me I have other patients who take that (medication), they don't have that side effect. Really?!?! How in the world did you get your license if you have NO IDEA that people respond to medication differently. That must be why you have dead patients.

You put everyone in the same perfect box, if you don't respond exactly as they EXPECT you to they dismiss you and act like you're the problem. They don't want to put forth any effort to help the patients. You are just a number and more $$ to help this practice to keep up an image. While they had 5 people in the reception area all they discussed was how great their television commercial was.

I do not going here as a patient i am pulling the plug. The Np treats there pts like a piece of paper they have u fill out questioners that they dont even pay attentionn to. I have severe anxiety ptsd that has turned to depression and the Np does nothing but scholed me and treated me as if i was a drug seeking patient. Now i have been stuck n one corner since i left my appointment my anxiety is so bad.

I hate this place they even said i am not allowed to request to see 1 np all the time. I have a nervous disorder i dont want to be talkn to different people. I hate this place
