Dr meikle, a true caring professional. Office has been redone with painting and updated flooring. Staff is friendly and helpful. Talk to kids about present and future plans and ways to achieve goals. Plans and goals for high school and college are discussed along with relevant medical topics.

This office is not great at all I took my daughter here first accident we ever had she grabbed my iron didn't even have a bubbled mark on her hand or anything was fine the nurse practitioner Rebecca proceeded to call dcf on me and lie to them saying my daughter needed plastic surgery and was going to loose Motor function in her hand and was a huge lie this nurse because she's not even a dr needs to leave the practice of working with kids I recommend anyone to never see nurse practitioner Rebecca aka Becca she goes by! and now today my son is so sick 103 temp and cough they are making us wait hours because they have to many messages to give us an appointment to be seen the lady that answers phones was very rude and just said well your not the only sick kid in the world like really I think I no that but I'd like a timely manner call back not waiting hours I'm basically better off taking him to the Er or walk in at this point

Love them. Except- I need to get mt child tested for covid, Because she was a close contact and daycare in order to go back to daycare she needs to be tested. They have continuously turned her away because she's not symptomatic. Yet every other child in her daycare was able to get tested at their pediatrician. I don't have the time or the capacity, frankly, to have to search around a million different places to find an appointment for her to get tested-like this is her doctor's office She was a close contact and you guys aren't going to help me and make sure that she's healthy?

I'm just so disappointed and frustrated at this experience. I can understand not wanting to test people just out of the blue but she has a reason for being tested and it needs a test urgently and the most you guys can do is tell me to go Google something? Sometimes mom's are desperate, and sometimes we just need your help

I had the worst experience with this office. From lack of response regarding complaints and the practice is totally disorganized from reception up to the Doctors. I would strongly recommend seeking alternatives Pediatricians.

Dr. Jacques Sulahian is truly a wonderful doctor and the practice is very lucky to have him- so caring and made us feel comfortable from the beginning. Highly recommend if you want a doctor who is highly knowledge and will make your child a priority.

I am full of gratitude that we have a practice that we can trust with the health of our children. They have listened, advised and have been supportive. Each provider is different but exceptional.

This office has always been available to get my kid in, especially when he is sick. The doctors work as a single team and getting a referral is as easy when they know we needed more specific care. My only complaint is that the office is not as effective as the doctors and often have to wait (like this morning when they should have been opened at 8) for the doctors to get back to me. Get a good and reliable office and it would be five stars.
