Wooster hospital never go here I also notice they don't respond to any negative feedback to try and remedy a bad situation. So very disappointed in this place the entire ER staff is absolutely disappointing. Dr Gallo what a joke of a doctor this guy's knows nothing and when he treats he he tells you he does all that is required of him nothing more.

Guess these are the people that show up to work just for a paycheck.my advice to the ER take some pride in what you are doing people depend on you all for life saving care. Would have given 0 stars if possible

I had my first daughter at WCH. The nursing staff treated me like family. They were so kind and patient. I appreciated them so much.

First trip ever to the ER a couple of weeks ago. This hospital is pleasant. Friendly staff, friendly nurses, friendly doctors. Thank you for your amazing care. Edit: Just came back from getting my blood work done. Shout out to the lab tech who complimented my neckless. You made my day.

Went to ER last night with spouse, Dr Kennedy, was so rude and unprofessional, as soon as he came in, he seemed very angry about something, my spouse has brain tumors and was showing signs of a stroke, couldn't speak, or follow directions, and he was getting upset that he couldn't respond to him, I tried to explain to him that he had cancer and was under the care of Cleveland clinic and to see if he could get ahold of them, he came back in room and ask what his surgeon name was, I told him, and he ask if I knew how to spell it, and I said I didn't know, he said well I can't get ahold of him if I don't know how to spell his name, I said it's on his my chart for Cleveland clinic, could he look it up, he said this isn't Cleveland clinic, so I called my granddaughter and got the spelling, I didn't realize that W.C.H was so against Cleveland clinic, thank God I've never encountered a doctor like this and hope I never do again.

He should not be in the Er working. I just don't understand his anger at me or my spouse. Thank God he is in Cleveland hospital getting the care he needs with doctors that care about his well being

Everything from the ER, where as soon as my husband went in and said he was having a cardiac event, was surrounded by staff with immediate help and testing, to the ER doctor who explained everything and contacted his cardiologist, to Dr Ofori and his partner who had him in the cath lab and a new stent put in very very quickly, to his after care nurse was awesome! Kudo's to his nurse Dawn who put up with my million questions and took such good care of him after his procedure. Thanks to you all for everything!

I received the absolute best care at Wooster. I had gone through something very difficult and every single person that spoke with me and took care of me was kind, thorough and comforting. They made sure I had no pain before I was discharged and were so easy to talk to even when I was emotionally distraught. They definitely seem to see you as a person and not just a number.

I had an excisional breast biopsy last week. The surgery team was very kind and listened to all of my concerns. Recovery area was also great! The nurse that went over my discharge instructions and took me out to the car was wonderful! Very kind and thorough. I also want to point out the amazing ladies that work in the mammogram department. I have had to have several mammograms in the last month as well as a stereostatic biopsy.

That was unpleasant, to say the last, but the nurse that was in the room with me was amazing! She explained everything very well and even rubbed my back during the procedure. It was more comforting than you can imagine. Thank you to everyone on my care team!

I wouldn't touch the ER doors with a 10 foot pole even if it saved my life. You're better off self treating than wasting your money in the ER. As for the labor and delivery, I couldn't speak any higher of them. Two deliveries 4 years apart and both of them had their own complications. Especially my last delivery was the most complicated and was a lot of stress on my husband and I.

The whole time the nurses were extremely supportive and tried making me as comfortable as possible. They took great care of me emotionally and physically before, during, and after labor. I would definitely recommend them to any expecting couples.

Dr. Marcanthony and her surgical staff were the most wonderful team of people! They cared for my wife with love and patience. The communication between the staff and I was awesome. The nursing staff is so amazing! Their teamwork, loving bedside manners, and efficiency was a pleasure to watch. They worked as a well oiled machine. God bless you all. Thank you for doing what you do and being who you are.
