Since 2004, Kathy Nicassio has been providing advanced facial rejuvenation to her patients. With her in-depth knowledge and experience Kathy brings a high level of skill to her aesthetics practice. As the ONLY Certified Nurse Trainer on the Central Coast, Kathy uses her exceptional skills to instruct doctors and nurses in the art of facial rejuvenation, using Botox and Dermal Fillers.
Claudia Tucker graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing and has worked as a Registered Nurse for 36 years. Since graduation, she has been employed in a variety of professional health care settings, and has had additional training to become a Certified Laser Trainer with Lumenis. Claudia has worked for Moats Laser & Skin Care as an Advanced Practice Nurse in aesthetic services since 2004.
Janelle Minor, Registered Nurse, received her nursing degree through Allan Hancock College and joined Moats Laser & Skin Care in 2011. Janelle specializes in laser hair removal and has extensive experience in the area of laser light therapy. She feels it is important to treat patients in a medical setting, and makes it a priority to assure patient comfort, safety and well-being.

Highly Recommend! I have been dealing with a bad case of rosacea. I had read about laser treatment. I decided to make an appt. I was set up with Claudia Tucker. She has saved me. I thought it was over for me. She sent me to see Nathan Hamblin across the hall and he helped enormously. Christine helped me with a great makeup line for my particular needs. And I tried my first IPL last week. I cannot believe the results. I am so happy and grateful. I cannot wait until my next IPL. Thank you Clauda and staff!

The injector at Moets, Kathy, is phenomenal! I look forward to the beautiful drive I make from Thousand Oaks to see her. I love the refreshed look she gives me as opposed to an obvious fish lips look. No one ever knows I've had anything done to my face and I've had a good amount. Loving all the comments I get about how young I look. Kathy has never ever bruised me though I am aware that this can happen to NO FAULT of the injector! Kathy is the top trainer for Allergen. Allergen has flown her to San Francisco to train doctors and nurses. Thats the kind of injector I want to see. Thank you Kathy for your kindness, gentle touch and expertise!

I don't know what the other reviewer is talking about. I have been to places all over the USA. Moats office is clean and has a lovely atmosphere. They sell up to date, wonderful skin products. The staff, and receptionists are very friendly and very knowledgeable. All staff are also very honest about treatment and results. This is an excellent quality, that is a hit and miss in other places I have been to. Karen is a fabulous injectionist.
Never have I experienced a place that tells you their true opinion, truth about what you need, how the products actually work, and doesn't over sell things you don't need. I live three hours away from this location, and am more than happy to commute for the highest quality and standards at moats laser in Santa Maria. They get a 10+ if I could rate them that high.
I suggest anyone interested in trying their range of skin care options, to try them. You will.not be disappointed.also, and shocking, the prices are VERY reasonable. Fantastic job in all areas! Thanks moats laser, for helping me look and feel my best
