Very rude, they call and I didn't answer. I called back and they said please hold very load and obnoxious and they expect a hold time as they please. Very unprofessional service for a Specialists office.

Great first impression. Dr. Finch and entire staff were professional and took the time to answer even my silliest questions.

The patient portal is a joke. I have been trying to access my records to check on appointments and treatments. It keep telling there is no such patient. I assure there is, they have gotten plenty of money from me.

Excellent medical care. Just be prepared to wait at least an hour past your appointment. And waiting in your room to see the doctor. Dr. McCall did excellent work on my knee replacement. He answers calls promptly when direct but getting through the office to him is very long wait. If waiting time was less I would give 5 stars rating.

Everything is unorganized. Dr Hussain is rude. I had a bad experience, my primary told the same thing he directed us to a much better Specialist. Plenty of great doctors out there. These reviews are serious, consider a second opinion.

This is my 3rd visit every time I waiting for about 1-2 hours when I had an appointment. Broke my femur and had to get a metal rod in my leg less than 2 months ago and I'm already back to work. My body is sore especially cause I had a prior injury that left me with a metal plate on my pelvic bone. I work 8-12 hours a day that takes a lot of physical movement and strain on my body.

After I explained I ask can I get something to help the pain and the doctor says we dont give out narcotics we're not that kind of office like i was some kind of drug addict. Nice staff but doctor Faulkner needs to know when someone actually needs some help and not just show you pictures of your xrays and write you for another appointment. First and last time meeting him.

Great doctors if you can take the wait. Waiting room for over an hour and another hour in the room waiting for the dr. Staff mismanaged the time or they purposely triple book. This is the second time this has happened. Again great doctors and nurses if you have the whole day to spare for an appointment.

I have been trying to reach you and your medical assistant regading my mother. She has seen you several times in regards to a new power chair. Her paperwork was never been recieved by binson's. My sister and myself have both spoke to your Medical Assistant several times with in avail. As you should know my mom is handicap and is in need of this chair to be mobile.

I do not feel that the amount of time it is taking is appropriate for a Doctor or facility to process this paperwork. I also spoke with the practice manager and she quickly placed the blame on someone else as she stated she is not in charge at the Farmington hills office. She did not even understand that I was stating that this paperwork has taken over 6 months to fill out. This is unacceptable

Arrogant doctor, Saad. Spends no more than five minutes with you, after you waited a long time. Does not listen to you. Was a waste of time for me. After not listening to me, he had the audacity to say I was vague! They over price meds from their own pharmacy. Gave Me a cream for pain. Saw the bill. It was almost $600. I was left with no information and no help at all.

Over an hour away. These doctors make 250,000 to 350,000 a year. Guess it doesn't matter if they actually help you or not, , they still get paid. Great place if you have blatantly obvious injuries, they cant miss those. They have decent staff, though
