Rude and ridiculous. Waited an hour with two toddlers to see Jessica Wooten just to be told the incompetent receptionist didn't finish checking us in and the nurse was on lunch. My kids missed their nap time and lunch, but hey at least miss Wooten got to eat on time. Absolutely pathetic.

My family and I have been patients 29 years with Dr Heavner and Lil Underwood. They are wonderful! They always listen and have no problem referring to a specialist when needed. I'm very thankful to have them as my trusted doctor!

They've never solved a single issue I've had. Though every doctors office I'm sure is like this. To little doctors for so many patients. Still though it's be nice to be taken seriously.
