Staff, Nurses, Doctors all are great professional and courteous. Even there billing department is awesome, no mistakes and easy work with on insurance based issues which is rare in hospitals.

Had to call multiple times and dealt with a blunt receptionist. Be glad if I won't ever have to go here again.

Amy McCormack is the best doctor anyone could hope for! The lab staff are amazing and so funny! The built in pharmacy is so convenient and the 2 people that work in there are always pleasant and knowledgeable!

I have been a patient at this location for about 3 years. I saw Carol Lurie. She provided excellent care for me. Unfortunately she retired June 29th. Very sad to loose her as my provider. But I wish her the best in her new adventures in life, or just the peace and quiet she deserves. Thank you for your help, care and treatment over the years.

I can't get anyone to send me an e-mail never mind call me back. I called today to make an appointment with my PCP and was told "I will pass this information along and hopefully we can see you in the near future " I was very upset as I was trying to make a follow-up appointment after having to go to the ER. I called 5 mornings in a row for the medical records department to send me email regarding a release form. I stopped calling because I never got anything I was told by two different women. "OK give me a few minutes and I'll send that your way". Poor customer service.

Amidst a technical struggle with a big pharmaceutical company over a reduced price vaccination for which I was eligible, I contacted Carolyn Varin, RN and Clinical Services Director who helped immensely to cut through the red tape and make it happen, for which I am very grateful.

Warning! If you rely on medications called in to a pharmacy, go elsewhere. It took 2 months and 8 phone calls to get it done. That was November. It's now March and guess what? I should have learned the 1st time. To be fair, the employees are pleasant

I'm not sure about all the other negative reviews, but they've been my primary care people for a while now and I only have great things to say. You have an 11am appointment and arrive on time and they take you within five minutes. Appointments are easy to schedule. My primary care physician is way better than any doctor I had in the Partners system in Boston.

He's much more thorough and I never feel rushed. Regarding one review about getting prescriptions sent to pharmacies, my doctor sent them while he was speaking with me! I picked them up fifteen minutes later at CVS down the street.

Midstate goes above and beyond for their patients. Both myself and my 2 children go for our medical care which means in the winter months I may be there *a lot*. However, the staff are always friendly, have tolerance for my mom jokes and are always very quick to get us in if need be.

I had very poor experiences with this facility and getting anyone to return a number of phone calls over a one week period of time was totally unacceptable. After finally getting a director involved I got to speak with someone else that quite frankly needs a training session in Customer Service. I ended up contacting another competing medical provider in the area that actually answered the phone, made an immediate appointment for the next business day and I am happy to be taking business to a provider that cares about clients needs rather than their own agency needs.
