HORRIBLE experience! Can't stress this enough! Hadn't seen a doctor in over two years due to Covid. Scheduled new patient visit to get established and do preventative labs. Even made sure to tell the front office they need to be sure and code as wellness exam so labs would be covered. Discussed all things usually discussed as a new patient and labs ordered.

Because she refused, and currently still refuses, to update coding to indicate this was our wellness visit our insurance company will not pay for our labs. We must pay over $500 out-of-pocket. They have reached out to her as well, explaining that they will pay for labs when they are preventative. She claims to have never heard of this and hung up on the agent.

Her demeanor and bedside manner is the worst I've encountered in my life. And I have worked in the medical field 25+ years. Also, when I asked why she would not assist with getting an Rx pre-authorized, she stated she didn't like the price of gas but no one helps her with that. Boy oh boy! Should have known when we saw the numerous crosses on the walls of her office that this probably wasn't going to go well. This was our personal experience. I'd do my research before making an appointment with this "doctor".

I was really looking forward to getting an appointment with Dr. Miller. I have been dealing with hormone issues for several years that my primary care doctor doesn't treat. I went back and forth for about 2 months with staff at Dr. Miller's, my insurance, and my primary care in order to get a referral. It took so long because Dr. Miller's office phone is rarely answered and the office staff doesn't return voicemails. Unfortunately, they are now telling me that they can't bill my insurance and that I would need to pay cash price for visits. I'm very disappointed, because that's not within my budget and I've wasted time that I could have used getting in with a different doctor.

I've been a patient of Dr. Miller's for over 20 years. My husband and my children see her too. Each and every time I visit her, I feel heard and understood. She takes whatever amount of time she needs to do for that visit and to address any concerns I have. She has walked me and my family through various stages in life and I am just so thankful to have her as my doctor. Personally, she's helped me with my hormones, depression/anxiety, weight loss and migraines. She is great at helping me find answers for my fibromyalgia and other medical conditions as well. Thank you, Dr. Miller for all you do! You are appreciated!

Dr. Miller is an excellent doctor. I have gone to her for a few years and she has always listened and included me in my treatment plan. I have thyroid issues and have been to lots of doctors and endocrinologists. Dr. Miller is the best by far. She has given me my life back. I am grateful for her treatment. She is caring and kind. She takes her time with each patient.

She doesn't have a one fit solution for everyone. She works to get you back to your old healthy self. She doesn't treat to cover up symptoms, she treats to heal you. She is the best choice for a doctor and I am so grateful to have found her.

This is the Office Staff at Miller Medical, commenting on Brandia Thietje's review: We are sorry that many patients don't understand how medical billing works. The $410 which was billed to your insurance was discounted to less than half of that which is standard medical billing practice as required by insurance companies (huge discount). This was your deductible and this billing was not figured out by our office but was determined by your insurance company. We strive to give the best experience possible but realize we cannot please everyone.

I have been going to Ruth Miller for 9 years now for hormone replacement therapy and she has made a huge difference in my life! She is always willing to listen and tweak my prescription as my hormones change over the years. When I call and speak with Ann she listens and always gives Dr. Miller my message. I have referred several friends to Dr. Miller for the same problem and all are as happy with her and her staff as I am.

I have been seeing Dr. Miller for a few months now. I had very little stamina, and lack luster for libido. My hair was thinning and I was not feeling good about myself for a mid-50's female. After visiting with Dr. Miller and ordering blood work she was able to create a balanced hormone replacement therapy program for me. After a few months of using my hormone replacement therapy, I really do feel like a new person and my energy level is so much higher. I am very happy and satisfied with Dr. Miller and she is a genuine, professional individual.

Because of Dr. Miller, my hormones, body, soul & mind are in their happy place. She takes time to understand what was unbalanced in my life and continues to be proactive in all my health needs. If you are looking for a doctor that truly cares about their patients, she is the one. Very thankful that God brought me to her office.

I had an emergency on a Sunday that required me to cancel my FIRST appointment with this doctor which was set for Monday. Their policy required a credit card to hold your appointment and a 72-hour cancellation notice to avoid a $75 fee. For me to cancel within the allotted 72-hour timeframe would have required me to call the office on a SUNDAY! I am not aware of ANY physician's office being open on SUNDAYS!

So I called first thing Monday morning. Well, guess what? I got charged $75 for failing to call on Sunday. I called 3 times, sent an email and a letter to appeal to the good-hearted CHRISTIAN doctor, however, she has ignored my requests for an exception to her office policy. I am a Christian myself and this is one reason why I chose this doctor in the first place! Thanks, Dr. Ruth!

Enjoy my hard-earned money. I hope your office policy at least reflects the depth of your compassion for those that need medical help and hopefully, my posting will cause them to seek care from someone else.

I can't say enough about how great Dr. Miller has treated me over the past 10 years. As an aging male I have had to go in for lots issues. She has helped me improve my overall health including blood pressure, cholesterol problems, shoulder injury treatments (didn't know she could do that electrical stimulation treatment - great) and my aging male stamina.

Love her comfortable office and the fact that she doesn't try to squeeze in 30+ patients a day so she has time to answer my questions and make sure that I have gotten the results we were both looking for. I have recommended lots of friends to her and will continue to do so. Very glad she is my Dr.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ruth Miller for 20years. I definitely have a home at Dr. Miller's beautiful office. She is a great physician and very professional. I continue to recommend friends to call Dr. Miller with their health care needs. lovely lady. always, always spends the time, energy, and tests to accomplish my healing. linda moran
