How can a provider tell someone "you have all the symptoms of X, but let's prescribe multiple bandaids instead of treating you." This is severely upsetting. Maybe this place wants patients on the decline forever so they're for-lifers.

Parking was good. Easy to access from roads. Entrance is located on corner of building as it has it's own entrance. Staff was friendly. Dr. A. was good with explaining things to my my child and used visuals by drawing pictures while explaining. Waiting areas are very bright/cheerful and clean. Has area with tv and such for kids.

Dr Rossi takes the time to listen, understand the patient, and works with the patient to provide the best treatment plan for the patient.

We had a 20 minute virtual appointment with a doctor to discuss issues my son was having. This 20 minute virtual appt came with a $500 bill! The dr recommended x-rays and an ultrasound (we will see what those bills are). We never received any follow up from the doctor. Just a one line note on my chart. I would not recommend this clinic for these reasons. The doctor was friendly, but not worth a $500 bill for 20 minutes of his time. I guess we will go to a chiropractor instead.

I had a very good experience with the colonoscopy procedure itself. All of the staff and Dr. Grudell were amazing! Super friendly and great communication. However, my virtual consult after that with Dr. Lindstrom was not good. He didn't seem too interested in listening to my concerns. I did not feel heard and he didn't offer any follow up, he just said call the clinic in 4-6 months if you want to come back.

He prescribed OTC meds and no follow up. In my opinion that is not good medicine. This is why I am giving a rating of 3 stars. If it were just the colonoscopy and Dr. Grudell it would be 5 stars.

I was set up with a video visit for what I understood to be a meet and greet to see if I would be a good candidate for their services. What I wasn't told was this was a charged visit and I was very shocked to see a $380.00 bill. 2-stars only because the doctor was very nice and helpful.

9/21/21: I was waiting to check in the front desk and no one was there. 3 people from the back saw me and they hid and 1 of them acted like they didn't see me pretending to read something of the wall. I left thinking I went to the wrong side, but I didn't. I walked back in and one of the receptionist was on the phone and the Somalian lady from the back came to assist. she was the one pretending she didn't see me.

I was referred here by Children's Hosital for my one year old. When I came in for the first time with him it was fine and we met with the doctor and her ordered some tests to be done and he would review results and get back to us. A few couple weeks after the tests were done I didn't get a call, so I called them to review. A nurse told me should would look into it and someone would call me back.

Nobody ever called me back. I got a letter in the mail the following week telling me that all results were reviewed and my son is fine and needs no follow up. We started having issue again with what we came in for and we started going to a different doctors office for the issue. I needed some test results this week so I called MN GI and found out the doctor didn't actually review my records they they did not even get the results from Children's.

I asked why they would send out a letter to me saying my kid was in the clear without reviewing all records and all they said was they would have management call me, nobody has yet to call me. If you go here I highly recommend that you stay on top of them because clearly they can't do their part on following up with patients. And if you have a young child you need to take here go to Masonic Children's instead.

They are a lot better and can do all testing in their own facility. And the staff at Masonic Children's give you a lot better care and specialize in children. I would never recommend MNGI for a child.

I believe this place is the worst - should not even be your back up plan or last resort! I have been calling getting the run around as I was told my appointment would be covered. Then I got charged for a 44min phone call, but my phone appointment only lasted 14 min and even if you included the 9min the doctor was late that's not even a 30 min phone call.

This place is thee worst - literally stealing from people and thinking they can get away with it/not be held accountable! Please go elsewhere for your health needs or expect a ridiculously high bill with no valid reason or information and no one to help explain it to you or resolve it correctly or in a timely manner!

Short and sweet. My daughter was diagnosed in 2017 has now "graduated" to her adult GI doctor. I must spotlight Dr. Nissa Erickson and her Patient Care Coordinator, Daniel, as they were such perfection for our daughter getting the best help for her diagnoses. Never missing a beat both in communication and treatment needs. So very grateful for them. Thank you!
