Breast augmentation San Diego also known as boob job, breast enhancement breast enlargement is a surgical procedure that makes the breast bigger. I can't give Dr. Jaibaji enough praise for his excellent care for the last couple of years. He's always been my go to for Botox. So, I was more than excited for the cosmetic surgery. The result was everything we discussed and what I expected. It turned out a very natural improvement. His assistant, Sheila, is very professional, helpful and creates a very pleasant environment. I am so thankful that my friend Ennas introduced to me to Dr. Jaibaji. I have been wanting to get fillers for my under eyes and cheeks for the longest time. Dr. Jaibaji and Sheila are the best! I had some complications from pregnancy and, while I'm so happy about having a family, I was pretty messed up. One of the many best things about Dr. Jaibaji and Sheila is that they have listened to my concerns (no matter how trivial I think my concerns are) and they walked me through all the steps. They are extremely professional and make me feel completely comfortable with my decision. Did I mention that I am over the moon with the awesome outcome of my new body and the complications are gone?! Yay! I feel that making a patient feel comfortable about elective surgery is paramount. Had a meeting with Dr Jaibaji to discuss my deviated septum. We had a good consult. He marked my nose and explained everything that he would be doing. He said that my septum was collapsed and that I needed a skin graft to raise the septum. He also said my nose was narrow and that it needed to be widened. There is a slight bump on the top of my nose and he said he could address it.
I gave him my previous CT scan, ENT notes and notes from the trauma plastic surgeon. That same day, he submitted the info to my insurance and said to call and check for the surgery approval. Within two weeks, I got approval for the septum and rhinoplasty. Once I got the approval, I called to schedule the appointment. The receptionist transferred me to DR J.
He got on the phone in a completely cold demeanor and told me he wouldn't do the surgery, with no explanation. Why would the doctor not have reviewed the CT scan before he submitted all the information to my insurance and why would he tell me that he would do the surgery without even looking at my scans? In my opinion, it was very unprofessional and untrustworthy. Having met with two ENT's, a trauma plastic surgeon and my insurance approving both surgeries, I expected a doctor like Dr Jaibaji to make good on his word from the consultation. Afterward, I asked if I could come in for a face to face explanation.
All I wanted was to understand why he suddenly changed his diagnosis. His receptionist told me that he wanted me to get a second opinion even though he was the second opinion. She also told me that he would not meet me in person. I am married to an active duty military officer and our healthcare system is complicated enough. For this well-rated doctor to tell me everything was going to be okay, cancel on me after the month-long effort of appointments and referrals only to be met with an impersonal and unprofessional interaction is disheartening.
I do not trust this office and do not recommend him to anyone. I found an amazing doctor, thank god after this terrible experience I followed up with two surgeon's, both agreed I did not need a graft and my septum was not collapsed. Ok, so I had my breast augmentation back in 2010. A year after my 3rd child, who i thought would be my last lol. I am now pregnant with my 6th and for sure my last now, which made me think of Dr. J. I'm moving back to California next year and I'm ready for more work done by him. From what I remember his entire staff were all amazing and kind.
He fully explained everything I needed to know. He was very kind and understood exactly what I wanted and they turned out exactly how I wanted them, since I was younger. Definitely will be in next year!

I heard of Dr Jaibaji through a military spouse. I went in for a breast reduction and my consult went amazing. The staff was outstanding. Dr. Jaibaji was very informative listens well and was able to answer all my questions. About a month later it was reduction time, Let me tell you. He truly is the best. Easy to talk to. The work oh my did he do a wonderful job. He went above and beyond I couldn't happier. Best decision EVER. I highly recommend him. Don't look anywhere else! :.

Part of my job is to go to doctor's office every day for the past 26 years and seeing and hearing only good things about Dr. Jaibaji and his staff ( Sheila), I was more than convince to do my eyelid & brow lift surgery with him. Dr. Jaibaji is the best plastic surgeon in San Diego hands down! He is an incredibly tallented and honest doctor who made me feel at ease through the whole process from booking to now 6 months post op. I have been to six different breast augmentation consultations in San Diego before deciding to go with Dr. Jaibaji as my surgeon. About 2 years ago I had a double mastectomy. The reconstructing of the breasts have been a long and bumpy road and when I visited Dr. Moneer I was unhappy with the final result. Dr. Moneer is a caring and very talented plastic surgeon. He listened to my concerns and offered his advice on what kind of implant will offer me the result that I wanted and he was spot on. Im very happy with the result.
My breast are beautiful! I didn't think it was possible to have attractive breasts after a mastectomy, but Dr. Moneer did an amazing job. I recommend him to anyone is in need of breast reconstruction.

I can say I've had the PLEASURE of being treated by Dr. Moneer Jaibaji. He performed a pancolectomy and body lift. I lost over 160 lbs on my own and I had extra skin, that no matter how good I looked on the outside wearing clothes, I felt insecure and I could never feel comfortable in my own skin because of the extra loose skin from my weight loss. Dr. Jaibaji went the extra mile for me that other plastic surgeons I'd seen before him wouldn't even attempt, he went to bat for me against my insurance company and got a portion of my surgery covered.

I was terrified, so I kept hesitating because surgery is an something I have never done heddle and I take this serious. Picking the right doctor is intense. He was very nice and comforting.

My mother and sister have both had positive experiences with Dr. Jaibaji, so I went to see him. I already had consultations with other plastic surgeons in San Diego, and I really appreciated that he understood what I wanted, better than I knew myself. I had several consultations with Dr. Jaibaji to discuss what I could reasonably expect. He was thorough in taking measurements, explaining risks, complications, and went over my responsibilities throughout the recovery process. I came to see Dr. Jaibaji based off his positive Google reviews. I needed help with my face. :( I walked in and can I just say wow, I was blown away on how his office looked. Beautiful, very comfortable office. I have never seen anything like it. He gave me these skin care products that will help reduce my scars and acne. The staff was very nice as well as Dr. Jaibaji. I will keep you updated on how the product works out.;)
