My husband has been a patient for the last few years, and although they've been the hardest years of our lives the care and compassion we've encountered here are outstanding. He's had so many surgeries and all have been great, they've been able to save him from any complications and ALWAYS put us at ease with kindness and efficiency. Definitely 5 stars!

I'm Patricia Rentmeester. Moore Foot and Ankle in Asheville, NC have taken really awesome care of me. I've had 3 different ankle surgeries without any complications. Dr Chris and Dr. Lily Moore as well as Dr. Ward have made sure I was taken care of. Skincare is a top priority for them. Bone health is also taken care of. The staff is wonderful. Thank you for taking excellent care of me.

Dr Christopher Moore is the BEST! Dr Lily Moore, Dr Ward & Dr J are wonderful. If anyone is having foot & ankle problems, Moore Foot & Ankle is your answer. I have been a patient since 2015. Had it not been for Dr Chris I probably would have lost my foot. I can't praise Dr Chris or any of his staff enough! I consider all of staff & Drs to be wonderful friends!

I liked Dr Moore, however this office has thewthe time management and consistently waiting time is two hours or more, there is no regard to patients' valuable time. Staff is rude and non professional. I needed to schedule a surgery, they called when I was not available, I returned the call just to get their VM and they never called back.

I can't say enough good things about this team of surgeons and nursing support staff. In the year I've had numerous surgeries and over a year of weekly in-office treatment and have come to realize why I see so few amputees in the Moore office. It is because of their relentless fight to save limbs. My trauma was certainly severe enough to amputate but the Moore team has worked diligently, sometimes overnight on a Sunday to save my foot.
I've read some negative reviews but they are always about waiting and even one about the accent of a nurse in the office. to those I say, "Welcome to the South" and if you are a reasonable human being that realizes the world doesn't rotate on you as its axis, you will love the care you receive here. They are busy for a reason. These people are like machines.
I've spent weeks in the hospital and see how much time they put in. Lighten up and be grateful there are caring people willing to keep you on your feet. Chris, Lillie, Meredith, all you nurses, WE LOVE YOU ALL & APPRECIATE ALL YOU DO FOR US! PS: I don't know who Rae is or why google used that name but this is your very happy client John Galloway & of course Nicole.
