Staff was friendly helped me get an appointment I saw dr Gioioso, maybe the other Drs might have been better. I waited an hour to see him and he came in the room and didn't want to stay more than 3 mins He said it's a common complaint and was just leaving. He didn't offer any suggestions or anything I pay a lot to visit a specialist and I don't think I ever fell more disappointed.

He was obviously overbooked or something but that's not my problem he didn't apologize for me waiting and offer no help to me. I had to almost beg for 5 minutes of his time. Would not recommend. Drs have a job to do they can't just take your money and do nothing or are too rushed to answer your questions and show concern and offer options for you. Just not a good experience

Dr. Nisivoccia is amazing. She is very helpful, really listens, and cares about your ailments. She is also personable enough to remember previous conversions and ask about the topic again during your visit. The waiting room itself is small, but usually full as they are very busy. The office works by appointment only, so be sure not to do a walk in, as they most likely won't take you.

2 stars just because the Dr and his staff are very nice. Be prepared when you walk in because you will see the largest case of geriatric shoes. On this day I saw Dr Bear Told the Dr some of my issues and he proceeded with a physical inspection of my feet. No X-rays no ultrasound. He told me I have 3 different conditions - one of those involving extensive surgery.

The area in which I had all my pain was pretty far from the area where he said I had all my issues - he said it was all related. He's the one with the medical degree so I can only believe him. I was fitted for orthotics that took forever to be made and I always had issues with them. They cut into the back of my feet pretty good. 2 years later my feet have gotten worse.

I thought maybe it was time to look into that massive surgery (1 foot at a time as I would be in a cast for at least 3-4 months). I chose to go to a different Doctor (Dr Gewirtz in Park Ridge). I had a proper appointment with X-rays, ultrasound etc and was told I only have 1 of the 3 conditions Dr Bear said I had and that no surgery was needed. He addressed the pain I had and was able to assess that it was from somethings else. Anyway, I think Morris Podiatry caters to a MUCH older crowd and probably has great success in diagnosing their client base. I was a bit too young for this office.
