For urgent problems, after hours, call the office (919 401-4515) to be put directly in touch with the on call physician. This service is for direct access for the patient to a provider and is not a nurse triage phone line.

Our Advanced Care team is a group of professionals who work alongside the provider to ensure the highest quality of care and patient satisfaction. Jenyce is a Medical Assistant bringing an engaging smile to our practice. Working along with Dr. Motyka, Jenyce brings her medical skills to the clinical side of the practice.
Our professional team includes a board-certified physician, licensed medical assistants, a billing specialist, and knowledgeable and friendly front office and administrative staff. You can be assured - we have a commitment to excellence when it comes to the level of care we provide. We encourage all women from adolescence to elderhood to come in annually for health promotional check ups.
Elizabeth G. Motyka is a board certified obstetrician gynecologist, who has been practicing in the Triangle area since 1990. She has extensive experience, having delivered over 5000 babies and done 750 major, and 3000 minor or minimally invasive surgeries and colposcopies. She has made complementary medicine an integral part of her private practice and has been called upon to lecture on the topic throughout the state as part of an NIH grant.

My entire experience in Dr. Motyka's office is always stellar. From the minute I walk in, check-in to check-out. All of her staff is so friendly and professional. I feel like family. Dr. Motyka has always put me centered in all her care. She listens and provides clinical guidance from a risk standpoint and I appreciate that. She addresses my concerns from a holistic perspective while taking my history into consideration.
Not to mention her office feels like home. it is adorned with personal touches, beautiful art, soft textiles, ambient lighting, a robe to slip on for the appointment, and tea. The spa-like purple walls eases any worries or pain. I always leave feeling better than when I came in!

Dr. Motyka is the most caring, thoughtful, and smart OBGYN I have ever went to. She listens very closely to your concerns, appointment time is adequate to cover all items and time for her to listen closely, she then explains any situation you have, and the best ways to address it. I have already recommended her to another friend. Love Dr. Motyka and her group and cannot recommend them enough.

Have been a patient of Dr Elizabeth Motyka for more than 10 years, have never had any issues, with making appointments, or receiving treatment. She is a very caring person, who really takes the time to explain everything to you, makes sure you understand and follows up with you to make sure you are feeling well.
