I hate calling for an appointment the receptionist is very short with you and very impatient cut you off before you finish asking your questions. My mom has been coming here for years and loves her doctor, Dr Asamenew. The staff are not friendly. They have not changed for years they've been like this need intense inservice.

Don't call. Receptionist can be nasty. When she still does not understand what you repeated 3 times, starts huffing, and saying "Oh my God." Won't connect you to anyone who might know more than her (That would be anyone else).

Terrible service over the phone. I called a few times to get more information about getting mental health help, spoke to different representatives. They were extremely dismissive, rude and didn't provide me any information. Thank God I wasn't in a moment of crisis, because the way they treated is definitely not how you treat a mental health patient.

The receptionists are very short with you they transfer you without even saying a word. The wait time is EXTREME! I booked a OB telehealth appointment that was very important as I needed to hear the results of my ultrasound and I was NEVER called. I kept calling back asking when will I be called and they kept saying shortly that she is running behind.

It us now 5:11pm, they are closed and I was never called. I have been stressing these results and now i have to wait even longer to figure out what is wrong with me. HORRIBLE!

My wife and new born baby have been coming to this health center for months. So far everything was good. They do walk-ins, but if you want to shorten your waiting time, better call and schedule an appointment if possible. Actually, that is strongly advisable. I love that there is free wifi and small chairs for kids in the pediatrics department. I wish they were open from 08:00 to 20:00 hours and on weekends.

Even though there are lots of seats in the waiting areas, I would add some more in the main lobby, and in the pediatrics department a couple of side tables could be added, so that parents can put baby's car seats on them. Laboratory, Pharmacy, WIC and MedicAid offices are there. A lot of parking space at the back of the building. We have only praises for the staff there.

From security at entance and check-in counter to nurses and doctors. Doctors are super kind, have lots of patience and they dedicate a lot of time to patients. I personally met with Dr. Najia the most. She's is not just awesome pediatrician but a great psychologist as well.

They give you an appointment. Then have you wait over 2 or more hours to see you. They have been doing this for years and it's so exhausting. They gotta do better than this.
