My mother in law is on a program for her insulin that she desperately needs and these people said they didn't put it in the refrigerator so they had to throw it away! It was a four month supply! How do you not put something like that away where it goes! I'm sure there are good people there that know how to do their job right but geez.

I used to love this place, Dr. Jason was great. Now they have gone so high on there prices. No one calls you back with results. It is just so bad since they expanded. I can get better care anywhere else.

LIARS! told me it was $40 for xray and extraction but charged me $50 and then charged me $6 for antibiotics I could've gotten prescribed from a doctor and got from walgreens for $2 (I have medical insurance). The people there are nice and fun but I dont like being tricked and lied to. So yeah. Dont show up with just $40 like they say. It's still the cheapest you'll get an extraction around here but false advertising and just wrong.

I have the best Dr. In there and he is the only reason I've stayed there the last couple years during all the swapping of hands. The whole atmosphere has changed up there I honestly believe some care about helping the people but them you have the ones that don't and they are so rude. I had the carina virus test done on June 25th have been really sick but here it is July 1st I am feeling much better but still can't go back to work my husband as well because he was exposed but we still have no clue if I even had the virus because I still have no results and I understand there is a lot of people getting tested but other people is getting results back fairly quick. I think it is time to find another Dr any suggestions.

I was sent to have heart test done a week ago. I have called the doctor several times asking for my test results and keep being told that they have the result but the doctor has been to busy to look at them. The heart doctor at the clinic has no bed side Manner and does not believe anything you tell him. They want to take you off all meds. and send you to a "specialist" for everything. This place is a joke.

This clinic is a Godsend to Sevier County. Professional and caring staff. Excellent medical and dental services. They treat you with respect here even though this is a clinic for uninsured individuals with reduced rates. Dr. Bob, (the medical doctor), Dr. Collart (the dentist) and Melanie (the hygienist) are amazing! Thank you for all you do!

Absolutely rude office staff, NOT customer/people friendly what so ever so sad for a place that is represented in the community to help low income families or those in need. This is not that kind of place! I asked for a supervisor waited on hold for 5 minutes knowing she was not going to get one on the line, then when I asked for the name of the rude, offensive woman she refused even after I said I wanted to br able to tell the sipervisor whom I was speaking with when they were able to speak with me since she was currently busy "in a meeting" She did not want to give me her name and chose to hang up on me.

To where I then had to call back in and describe the voice "a woman with a Latino accent" to another staff member who then stated the woman who was so nasty to me was Dianna. I don't recommend going let alone calling seems like they don't care and everyone else is too busy to communicate! NOT A PLACE OF HOPE, HELP OR KINDNESS!

I am impressed by this clinic. I am very happy I was able to get in. I was seen by a PA. Everyone was very professional; the building was clean, updated, and the visit was very affordable. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. Thank you.

This place is a godsend. Coming from a large city.in the past I've had very negative experiences with lower income clinics. I actually dreaded coming here because of that until I called. Not only were they pleasant over the phone, they were extremely professional. The employees are sincere, professional, caring, helpful, polite and so very nice. They treat you like a human being not just a name even though you may have a lower income or no insurance.

The staff made me fell like a patient, not a worthless needy person they were hired/made to tend to as I've experienced in the past at other places. I cant say enough positive things about Mountain Hope in this review but I will also share this. What makes a place great is the staff. People that are happy and sincere about helping others. I'm so glad I've found that here. Yall are just wonderful and I'm so delighted :D
