No mask enforcement for staff(!) or clientele, even though it's posted as required. The pandemic isn't over. High-risk people are still high-risk, which means that masking requires the cooperation of us all to continue to prevent new waves and new variants. Do better

An MRI is useless if it cannot be seen be the Doctor who requested it. They lacked either the software system or the willingness to help us send the images to our specialist in Cleveland, which caused weeks ofdelay in my wifes treatment.

Incompetent staff. Rude office manager purposely gives you the wrong appointment times. They should be out of business.
