At My Pain Clinic treatment of lower back pain is one of our major focuses. I received this email an HOUR before my appointment when I was already in an Uber on the way there. When I called, I was informed that the doctor had just changed all of his visits to Telemedicine at the Stockbridge location without informing anyone because he didn't want to travel, and I would have to go to the Norcross location since I am a new patient requiring an in person visit.
I was then informed that it was unknown when he would be back at the Stockbridge location so I was unable to reschedule. I find this extremely unprofessional, and rude. In my opinion if a clinic has more than one location there should be a doctor available at both offices to meet the need of their patients new, or established.

Waste of my money, my time, my energy. Long wait times. Poor communication and attitude. I only asked one question and the lady came on me as if she will eat me alive. I will go elsewhere. Oh and yes, one of the comments by SANA Rehman, she is doctor's wife. She was in clinic the other day. So imagine how many more reviews there are fake and false by staff and his relatives.

Dr. Kaliki Rahman Is is an outstanding doctor, Who does not take What he does lightly. He is very serious about his craft. And genuinely Cares about your well-being. I've been with him five years plus. And every step of the way of my healing has gotten better for it. God bless him sincerely. I'm getting much better for all that he is doing for me and the improvement of the quality of life we all deserve.

My pain clinic is the best I've experienced in a long time. I've been a patient of Dr. Rahman for over 5 years and every year I sign a contract that I read throughly so I want have any so called surprises. He's a great doctor and fair, Shaska is phenomenal and does a great job herself running the office. It saddens me to see so many negative reviews against a great doctor.

Go elsewhere. Wait time are extremely long. Front office staff does a poor job at answering phones. A recent incident that really bothered me was being charged $40 just to have my prescription transferred back to my original pharmacy. They said the reason for the charge is because my prescription had already been called in to one pharmacy, and now they would be switching back to my old pharmacy (big deal).
Upon asking for the fee to be waived as a one-time courtesy, I was declined. I would like a better explanation for the reason for the hefty fee to simply send a prescription to a different pharmacy. As a client who they have been working with for six months, I would think they could show a little compassion. There should be more transparency with potential fees associated with pharmacy switches, and the doctors and staff should be better able to advise patients of potential charges associated with the patient making any changes that would cause them to incur fees. Furthermore, the doctor assured me that he would talk to the pharmacist and let the prescription be filled one day early since I would be leaving the country for over a week and my prescription fill date was a day after I'd be leaving. well the clinic is not answering the phone, and it says that their Norcross location is open until 5 p.m. so someone should be there. Now it's looking like I will have to go my whole vacation without the medication that I need and spend my time off in pain. Very disappointed in this level of service.

I have been a patient at My Pain Clinic in Norcross for several years now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I would recommend Dr. Rehman to anyone who has back problems. He & his staff truly treat you like family. All of my visits have been wonderful, from my follow-ups to my injections. He is very gentle, kind & understanding. I truly would not be able to get out of bed most days if it were'nt for Dr. Rehman. I wish he could be my General Practitioner as well.

Dr Rehman is simply the best. He is very attentive, kind, caring and thorough. He listens to my needs as a patient in a respectful way and provides the best health care I could ask for. His staff and nurses are friendly and helpful. His office provides a clean and safe environment. I highly reccomend Dr. Rehman and his practice.
