Went in because I have been having heart palpitations and rapid heart rate and I was alerted by my smart watch to Afib. I at a bare minimum wanted blood tests or anything just to be safe and the Dr just said he didn't think it was anything. Apparently they are psychic and can see inside your body without testing. I think they didn't see dollar signs with me as I told them I didn't have insurance and was paying out of pocket. Garbage practice that doesn't follow the hippocratic oath.

This place is awful. My son is a patient there. He has never met his actual doctor. They e cancelled multiple appointments on us. He's on a life vest and they have never even checked it. I called 2 days ago with a question and nobody has called me back. They said they had no record of him being on a life vest even though he's been there multiple times. I will never take my son back there.

Appointment desk called me to tell me my appointment was canceled. No one ever returned my call to notify me of my new appointment. I called back and found I had a new appointment. This department needs some real hard work to improve.

Dr. Peter Spooner, gave me a good heart report. He could of lied to support his office/work, DR SPOONER IS A HONEST DOCTOR AND CONCERNED WITH YOUR HEART, NOT YOUR BANK ACCT. OR INSURANCE. You can trust him to give you the best advice and your time and money is well worth it! VERY UNDERSTANDING AND LISTENED TO ME ABOUT MY CONCERNS, FREINDLY OFFICE STAFF AND A CLEAN OFFICE ALL AROUND, BUT WHEN YOUR CLOSE TO 70 YOU GET TO KNOW A DOCTOR'S INTENTIONS BY THE WAY HE TREATS YOU, AND YOU CAN TELL WHEN THEY HAVE INTEGRITY! THIS IS A DOCTOR YOU CAN TRUST WITH YOUR HEART AND LIFE, THANK YOU DR SPOONER, HAVE A GREAT AND FABULOUS NEW YEAR AND THANKS FOR BEING A GREAT PERSON WHEN IT COUNTS THE MOST, ESPECIALLY IN THESE DAYS!

I brought friend of over 30 years for her yearly follow up with Dr. Desai. She started with an echocardiogram & then saw April, NP because Dr. Desai was out of town. The echo tech was friendly, respectful, professional & efficient. April, NP reviewed her echo results, reviewed her history, asked appropriate questions & made sure she understood everything with no questions. The office staff was efficient from beginning to end of her appointment. My husband & I are Dr. Desai's patient, too so I highly recommend him for cardiac care.

I had an echocardiogram and fu appointment with Mike Arnold, NP. I checked in and was called back nearly as soon as I sat down, so that's always a good thing. Mr. Arnold NP was very nice and explained my results thoroughly and thoughtfully. I highly recommend them.

Thanks again to Dr. DeSai and crew for continuing to work on my behalf. Meds and recommendations on lifestyle changes are showing positive results. This office is always busy but never behind in meeting scheduled appointments. Well organized, well staffed and maintained. Highly recommended.

This facility has the best professionals. Always smiling and the greatest level of care. Real concern for the patient's comfort at all times. Love them and very comfortable with their abilities for patient's care.

Best Cardiology office in town. My cardiologist is Dr Spooner, but I had the opportunity to meet with NP Dayna on this visit and she is fabulous and informative. Drew performed my treadmill test and was the greatest! She put me at ease with her humor and knowledge. The front desk staff were very kind and patient with all of the elderly patients which was so amazing to see. Thank you for making my experience one of the best in a physicians' office!

I had a heart as a part of my primary Doctor referring me to Pima heart to check out my heart. Dr. Myer was great and very personal. The technician who conducted the ultrasound was professional and helpful in every aspect. I highly recommend the services of Pima Heart and Vascular! A perfect 10
