I highly recommend Dr. Alexander Gamble it New Hampshire NeuroSpine Institute. Dr Gamble and team performed the L5 S1 OLIF on January 20, 2022. Previous to surgery I struggled with sciatica due to pinched nerve. My nerve pain had been Hindering me for over 2 years and limiting my activities. At first it was recommended by another surgeon to do exploratory surgery but I opted out.

In the past I just had success with Cortizone shots or for other issues like my feet and hands. I hoped with Physical therapy could go away. I really was not keen on back surgery. For a while I had relief with epidural shots but they were less effective with each round. And I just got to the point where the pain was too much and met with Dr. Alexander.

He had new MRIs made, presented me with the hardware and how his team would perform the surgery. My recovery was quick given the nature of the surgery, even better then that my nerve pain is Gone! I believe the physical therapy I had before surgery and after is worked help me with building core strength without harming myself. I am a Carpenter and have been resuming my Carpenter activities since May 1 2022. I've also resume the active lifestyle I had before the nerve pain started. I'm very appreciative of the team at New Hampshire NureoSpine Institute.

Dr. Thomas performed emergency surgery and was able to prevent total paralysis of the legs. The whole experience from the check-in procedure to the follow up exams was first rate. I wpuld recommend using the spine institute to anyone and everyone.

Dr Wang and his staff are very thorough and attentive. I was informed of exactly what to expect and was comfortable with the major neck surgery performed. I highly recommend NH Neurospine and Dr Wang.

My appt today with Dr. Frates was great. He was calm and explained what he was going to do and how the shots should work. The receptionists were cordial. The person that brought me into the exam room was very pleasant and friendly. Thank you all for helping to make this a good experience.

I have been in treatment ar NH Neurospine for almost 2 years now and I have to compliment them on their compassion and professionalism. I have had 2 surgeries and a few injections along with many physical therapy appointments all within their walls. They have everything in house and are very organized That adds to the level of confidence I have at NH Neurospine and I trust them 110% with my care.

Dr. Gamble and his support staff and physical therapy team have helped me beyond words. I was in terrible pain, barely walking and feeling hopeless. I struggled into the office crying and had an appointment in 2 days. Jen set me up with MRI's, medication, shots and a future appointment with DR. Gamble. When I saw DR. Gamble her knew exactly what I needed, scheduled the surgery and I am forever grateful for my life back.

Dr. Uri Ahn is an amazing and caring doctor. After several months of increasing pain and immobility from a herniated disc and associated sciatica, he wisely evaluated the best course of action for me, which we both agreed needed to be a surgery. He answered all questions and set my mind at ease. I had immediate relief post-surgery and, several months out, have regained walking ability and daily activities. If ever I had need, I would absolutely return for other medical need. I am very grateful for his skillful practice, as well as his efficient and knowledgeable team.

I had been dealing with back & leg pain for 5 months. Dr. Gamble made me feel so comfortable and at ease from the moment I met him. He listened to what I had to say and provided answers to me. Within the last week I had an injection by Dr. Frates. He helped ease any anxiety I may have had throughout the whole procedure. I am very thankful for these two doctors as well as their staff. This review is not towards the clinicians, as they have been helpful. This review is to express frustration with the absolutely horrid administration, specifically those responsible for scheduling / intake. Despite CLEAR communication on the part of my wife, in advance of making appointments, she is consistently told one thing and then arrives to her appointment to be told a complete another story.

On more than one occasion she has walked out of this place in tears because of the ineptitude of some people and the inability of them to do their job! If you want to waste time, money, and tears then this is your place. If not, I suggest looking elsewhere. Customer or patient services is more than welcome to reach out to me for more details.
