The staff and docs in the ER are absolute professionals! I wouldn't hesitate to take any member of my family there for treatment. Super pleasant, accomodating, and easily some of the most gorgeous nurses in the South!

Nurses & Staff were very professional, very prompt, and very nice putting my needs before their own. Dr Cottingham is the man! Always courteous & explains everything where you can understand it. Highly recommend him if your situation is under his umbrella of treatment.

Our doctor was great. Nursing staff had a couple great nurses and a couple that need to change their profession. The Worst anesthesiologist I have EVER seen or heard about! My pregnant wife was getting a C section and complained of abdominal pain that was making her nauseous. The anesthesiologist dismissed her pain and when she started throwing up in her oxygen mask.

He lifted the mask and threw an alcohol pad in it with the throw up. Worst treatment at any medical center in my life. Would NEVER have another baby there and would NEVER recommend the anesthesia services or hospital!

Was misdiagnosed by the ER given antibiotics and went home. Problem got very aggravated overnight, so I went back and they admitted me. I was told they have a urologist (they do not) it took them two days to properly diagnose me. All along doing all of these CT scans and Xrays etc. So I end up staying for 3 days and literally get worse. Then they walk in while I have a fever, 15k white cell blood count and tell me everything's good were discharging you today.

I'm still very sick and thank God I found the right place to go. CRMC is not the place. The nurses are super friendly and try. Their solution was to refer me to a Urologist literally right next door (TWO WEEKS OUT). They do not care about you. They care about the money your insurance company will have to pay them. No need to respond either. I don't care what excuses you have it was a horrible experience.

I had to take my little to the ER @ 10pm and within 1 hr and 50 min we were seen, treated, and prescription in hand. They were Very nurturing and kind. They were slammed full with ppl. Our bed/room was in the hallway. Along with other patients. I never once seen frustration or attitude in the faces of the drs or nurses. If they made eye contact with anyone they gave a smile. I AM V.E.R.Y. IMPRESSED! 10/10

My father passed away at this facility on 03/22/2022. Before his passing he was treated with kindness, compassion and respect. My entire family that visited daddy during his illness was treated respectfully. I could not ask for better care for my daddy.

If I could leave a zero star I would. The nurses and nurses aides are great, Dr. Singireddy was great. The hospitalist Dr. Stuart and the policies are not. I went into the ER on Monday night and was admitted the next morning the business office called my hospital room and when I didn't answer called my cell phone to ask for my co-payment. Why would you call a sick patient in their room and ask for payment?

I had tests the next day and never heard back on the results until I called before shift change. They said they would get back to me. They never got back with me. I then called back after shift change and they told me that the results were negative and that all they were waiting on for discharge was someone to write me a prescription, but they had no one in the hospital that could write me a prescription! Turns out that the only "Dr" on staff at night besides the ER DR. Is a nurse practitioner.

They were going to make me stay in the hospital until the next day and rack up charges because there was no one in the hospital to write a prescription! If you can DO NOT GO to this hospital unless it is a true emergency and you have no choice! Medicare should investigate their billing practices!

We were just in the er my bf had to go to the bathroom super bad but they wouldn't let us go back to use it but said we can give you a urine cup lol what's he supposed to do with it? You won't let him use the potty so what good is ur cup especially when peeing isn't what he needs to do? This place is a freaking joke

Dr. Yarbrough done an incredible job! The anesthesiologist was great, the nurses were great, and everyone explained everything to me in detail. I felt safe and well taken care of.

2 stars ONLY due to Kind office staff- 1 start for Dr, if that. waited over 2 hours to have a Dr tell me I had a "cold." (covid negative.) I requested a shot- he said they couldn't do that. but he would write a script for something that would get me better. Walgreens pharmacist laughed- as he wrote me a prescription for over the counter robitussin + alegra. 2 weeks later went to my primary care. z pAk + 2 shots. (he suggested I NOT go back to Urgent Care in Cullman.) Lesson Learned!

Dont go to these ER if you are worried! Nurse Donna at the reception does not care about your issues. I saw one older lady walk in bleeding - donna did not even blink. Dear donna if you are going to work the ER lobby during the holiday bring a little but of heart to the situation. Ive never seen anyone so uncaring and apathetic. Wouldn't even sit up straight to address people, everyone that addressed her seemed to inconvenience her. God forbid she stopped scrolling through her phone. The cop in the lobby was more helpful than she was.

Went in with my grandpa for surgery. Dr. Brazwell is outstanding. The staff are called completely apathetic and uncoordinated. One fat nurse told me to wait in a different area for no reason and another sent to his room 30 min before he was out of recovery BEFORE THEY EVEN GOT THE LAST PATIENT OUT. Then some male nurse says that I cannot wait in the hall. Finally a female nurse let my grandpa's urine bag explode in the floor and took an hour to clean it up. DO NOT GO HERE.

We took our 3 year old there because he was screaming in pain about his stomach and we sat in the waiting room for 2 hours while this baby is screaming in pain and they never once cared. We had to go to a different hospital for someone to actually help him. If there is a slightest choice involved I beg you to go somewhere else. These people only want a check.

When my father had to be rushed to the hospital due to a life threatening injury even the paramedics told him they were gonna take him to bham because they said cullman regional wouldn't give him the care he needed. This place is a joke. Everyone there should be fired and replaced with people that actually cares about people. Especially a child.

Ridiculous! The worst hospital I have ever been to. If you are pregnant. Do not come to this hospital. They are rude and very hateful to there patients on the maternity floor. They have no bedside manner. No communication with family members. Staff do not care and are very rude. As the mother to a daughter of a high-risk pregnancy. They have no consideration about anything. Do not let your daughters deliver here.

The ER was very quick to address my cut. The nursing staff was very friendly and made an unpleasant situation much better! I won't hesitate to go back if the need arises.

My visit to the ER on September 18th 2021 went smooth the staff were very kind courteous and professional about their job. They explained everything as to where you can understand what was happening. I was treated like family by all the staff I would recommend this emergency room to anyone who needs it.

I have delivered two babies here and each time, my nurses have been so caring and informative and they always reapect all of my wishes and help me however needed. My Dr (Dr. Wideman) is also the best. He is gentle, respects my birth plan, and is always here day or night when I need him. The housekeeping and room service was also really nice

My brother had a seizure and was rushed to the ER via ambulance. It was his first visit to the ER after a terrible experience. He was scared nonetheless. ER doc comes into the room 2 hours later and says he did not have a seizure, it was an "anxiety attack" and sent him home. Epilepsy runs in my family. He had 2 people witness him have a seizure. He had blood coming out of his mouth from where was was biting his tongue while convulsing and the "doctor" says it was an anxiety attack.

I don't see how these people are licensed. If you have an emergency, save yourself time and possibly your life by making a trip to Birmingham or Huntsville. My brother is fine now. I took it upon myself as a healthcare professional to refer him to a great neurologist who diagnosed him with epilepsy. I would not recommended this hospital to anyone.
