My husband came in here today. Staff was so friendly and helpful with all of his concerns. Very informative, more than other doctors we've seen. Thank you so much to all the staff!

Arrived 10 minutes early for my annual appointment for a full body check with Dr. Allan. After completing appropriate paperwork, I waited about 5 minutes and was called back to the exam room. I told the Nurse where there were growths that bothered me. Then I was told to disrobe and put on a paper cover. Dr. Allan arrived 2 minutes later and proceeded to do his work while the Nurse recorded all growth removals. Dr. Allan said all was complete and cautioned me to use sun block on my face and other exposed body areas and told the Nurse that I was to be set for an annual exam. All this took about 10 minutes. I'm very pleased and satisfied with the outcome of this exam.

Loved Doctor Andrews was very helpful and in time, only wish my other doctors appointments could go this well. He took time to answer any questions I had and make sure I was ok. The staff was very helpful and friendly as well! I hope they keep up the great work.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The surgery to remove the skin cancer on my husband's face was successful and we were very pleased.

I am extremely disappointed in the unprofessional and the lack care I received from this location. I am a disabled veteran and I went for my care which is covered by the VA. They made me go in for a "consultation" when they only needed to get the information for my already established files. Then after I left waiting for them to agree to care once the VA agreed to cover my procedure.

I waited 2 weeks to hear back, but when I called to check the status they said they haven't heard from the VA yet. I called the VA immediately and was told it was already approved but they hadn't heard from the doctors office. They faxed the office right then and there with a confirmation. I called the office again to set up an appointment. I showed up for my appointment a week later taking time off work and an hour drive just to be told they "didn't have the medication". Unreal.

Then they tried to make excuses as to why they didn't have it. Why they didn't get the medication and then make my appointment I will never understand. I wouldn't recommend this or and other office associated with them to anyone and I will be telling everyone I know what happen.

Very pleased with my initial appointment with Dr Feser. I felt she took the time to listen to my concerns and was thorough in regards to running tests to figure out what is causing my hair loss.

I am new to this area and needed to establish a new dermatologist. Unbelievably wonderful staff and service! Extremely knowledgeable and understanding. Listened to my concerns and implemented a plan to correct issues with my skin. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

First time recent patient - very pleased with this office. It was clean and the doctor took the time to listen to my questions. Left feeling satisfied about what to do between appointments. New to the area from Boston, so was happy to find a new derm!

Although his bio says he specializes in the condition that I have, Dr. Allen practically told me there was nothing he could do for me. He was very nonchalant and uninformative. This was an absolute waste of my time and resources.

Dr. Martin is very thorough, patient and extremely skilled at what she does. I feel so comfortable and and thankful that I'm under her care. Her nurse is also very helpful and courteous. Once again I'm so thankful to have her as my provider!

The receptionist was very polite and friendly. The nurses and the doctors took very good care of me and explained everything in great detail. I was very nervous when I arrived but they talked to me and help me calm down before they started the procedure. I would recommend them to anyone.

Not impressed at all. I waited over 45 min for my appointment only to be seen by Dr. Rodriguez for 10 minutes. I didn't make an appt with a dermatologist only to be told to use Rogaine over the counter for hair loss, which has proven to not be effective. Not only did he only spend 10 minutes with me, he never addressed my other concerns. I will not be going back.

After hearing my friend's horror story of a different dermatology office wait of 2 hours, I wondered if I would experience the same. Not at all! I was checked in by a very courteous and smiling person, and got back into my exam room in about 10 minutes! I was astounded. The nurse, Shelby, and the PA, Gluck, were fabulous, explaining everything that was to happen, with no surprises. I felt informed, reassured, and so glad I chose Nashville Skin and this specific office to take care of me!

I would highly recommend Dr. Allan to anyone who needs ongoing dermatological care. Dr. Allan and his staff are very kind and attentive. My appointments are always handled in a prompt manner and I can be in and out and get on with my day, however if I need some extra time to ask questions, I never feel rushed. The staff are extremely helpful and anytime I have ever needed to get in for an acute visit, they have always managed to get me in quickly. I couldn't be happier!

I'm 50 years old and have been no stranger to dermatology offices over the last 15 years due to my history with basal cell and melanoma. So I'm deeply familiar with how a full body check goes with a dermatologist. For me this is literally a life and death situation because of my history with melanoma. I was so hoping to find a good and caring doctor who I would feel comfortable with and would provide me thorough exams to keep me safe.

I felt comfortable enough with Dr. Rodriguez but that's where the good ended. Like I said I've had these full body checkups too many times to count. I was hugely disappointed with what I got. He was inattentive and unfocused. He did not do a focused full body exam. He did a casual glance-over of me and left probably 60% of my body completely unchecked.

Also when I was first put in the examination room and the nurse came in before Dr. Rodriguez she asked me if there were any areas of concern or issues I wanted to speak about with the doctor. I told her 4 things that I had on my mind. Because of the sloppy and unfocused visit I left having only had 2 of those 4 things addressed. He seemed in a rush to leave the room and spent the entire time he actually was in the room trying to push a blue light treatment on me for some obvious visible spots that were on my forehead (more $$$ for the office of course.).

It was obvious he wasn't interested in genuinely trying to help me with my health.but was instead fishing for more money for the office. If you are serious about your skin health and look for a doctor who genuinely cares about you.stay far away from this doctor.

The facility was very clean and open so it was very comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and professional. I saw Dina Gluck and she was wonderful. I felt comfortable with her and felt that she did a great job identifying areas that needed attention. Also the assistant was very nice and professional.

I have been seeing Dr Eastham at Nashville Skin for several years. I have seen multiple dermatologists since childhood and she is by far the best. She and the staff at Nashville Skin are always professional, yet warm and welcoming. Dr Eastham has always taken the time to address any questions or concerns. Her knowledge, compassion and willingness to listen has always resulted in my receiving the most effective prescribed treatment that is available.

Best clinic ever! Dr Walt Sims is the best dermatologist that I have ever been to. He was very compassionate and considerate and kind. The nurse was also extremely compassionate as well. I will be recommending this clinic and Dr. Sims to all of my friends and family.

Very welcoming. From the time I came through the door. Everyone so nice and informitive. Called my name right on my appointment time went back to the examining room. Assistant was just too friendly. She asked me about my health, what I had been doing, just good plain conversation. Made me feel very comfortable. The doctor came in and he was just as nice and friendly as his assistant.

During the procedure I felt no pain or was uncomfortable at all. The doctor did his work as good professional. I was relaxed the whole time. Everything went great as they said it would. Very professional people that knew how to make you comfortable.

Dr. Sites is honestly the absolute BEST Dermatologist I have ever been to. With my skin condition I have been to over a handful of Dermatologists in different states. I always trust her and her recommendations she gives. I feel at ease with her care and the way she looks out for her patients. The office staff and her team are always kind and welcoming too.

Appointment times are apparently just a suggestion. The last two times I've been here, I waited over 30 minutes past my appointment time to be called from the waiting room to then sit in a treatment room for another 15 plus before seeing my doctor. If you enjoy sitting in a waiting room and providers with no respect for your time, this is the place for you.

I was excited to learn about this dermatologist from my PCP. However, I waited 1.5 hours and every time I checked at the front desk, they didn't seem to care. I should have left 30 minutes in. Will never go back and don't recommend.

My doctor at NS&C; Dr Eastham. a wonderful doctor. I have a rare skin disease that she treats I thank God for her. I love that when you pull up in front of the NS&C they park your car for you, then brings it back. It's free unless you tip the guys and I always do. I would also like to thank all the staff at NS&C. All are kind and prompt at getting you in to see your doctor.

I never wait more than 10 minutes at the most. I also would like to thank the guys that handle the valet parking. They are very prompt as well at parking your car and then bringing it back when you are ready to go. I've never waited more than five minutes. Thank you to all at NS&C.

Terrible Bedside Manner! Had appointment with Dr. Rachel Redenius due to a dermatological issue. Explained the situation had been ongoing for a few weeks, that I was experiencing extreme discomfort and desperately needed some relief. Dr. Redenius offered a litany of incoherent possible causes but ended up saying, "I don't know what this is", shrugged her shoulders and dismissed me with total disregard for my situation.

Therefore I took time off work, drove 25 miles to Greenhills, paid a $30 co-pay to be given the same "I don't know what this is" that I received previously at the Urgent Care. This is absolutely unacceptable from a doctor who is suppose to be a Specialist. Ridiculous!

Was here today for a procedure/outpatient surgery for my stepdad. The building from the outside was bare and we almost drove past it. The front was a little discouraging as we parked in handicap parking and there was no ramp for me to push my step dad up. So up the curb we went; not very ada complaint. Once inside, the building was very bright and welcoming.

Love the farmhouse touches. We were greeted by two ladies and a gentleman who asked if I needed help. They directed us upstairs to the actual office. Bathrooms are very clean. I really liked the feel of the space at first. Once the procedure started I had to wait in the lobby. That's when I realized that it wasn't very comforting out there.

Nothing on the walls and the tv is tucked away in the back corner. The procedure takes about 4 hours, so patient and family is back and forth from procedure room and waiting room for this length. It would be a little more comforting if the waiting room would accommodate that. The staff and doctors were nice and approachable. I especially liked that they weren't bothered by all my questions.

I worry and stress myself out, which leads to researching what was about to happen. They didn't seem bothered by the questions. The procedure went well and they gave us directions for the next week. I liked that they had emergency lines for questions. I felt better after leaving.

The last time I went in, the receptionist called me up 5 times and wAnted 50 dollar co pay. I said no and it took three other staff members to fix it. The dermatoligist burned a mole off my face and neck. My face has scarred and the cyst on my neck is still there.

This place is very unprofessional. Money is only what they are after. I made an appointment for an acne facial, but they turned into a consultation with a LPN. I specifically told the person who scheduled my appointment that an acne facial has to happen. He assured me that it will happen right after a consultation. After the consultation, the LPN informed me that my appt was the last patient on their schedule, so her staffs left for the day.

The front desk Receptionists failed to inform me about it. Their goal was just to get me in for a consultation. My main need was not met. I had to leave early at work to drive to their place and spent $50 for nothing that I receive to meet my need. I presented my feedbacks to the staff who checked me out, and she said that she'd mention it to her office manager. Until this date, I haven't received any call from them. I do not recommend this place for any of your skincare services.

I had an amazing experience with Nashville Skin. I had a concerning issue and they were able to get me in to see a provider in two days. My provider, Dr Dahany was very easy to connect with, very thorough in explaining my issue and consistently checking in to make sure I understood my situation and was able to but me at ease. I would highly recommend this practice as their customer service was excellent.

I was a new patient to the 21st Ave. location. I'd never been to a dermatologist before so I didn't know what to expect. There was a male at the front desk to assist me. I don't know his name and I hate to describe like this, but a black male. He was absolutely so rude to me. He had a condescending attitude with me. He mumbled and I couldn't even understand him.

I asked him to speak up and he was so hateful. I'm not sure where this practice found him but he definitely doesn't have good customer service. I will say this experience with him will stay with me and the next time I need a dermatologist I'll go elsewhere.

I was scheduled to see Dr. Divine. I've never had a Mohs procedure and was extremely nervous. I was told a couple of times to arrive early, but once there I waited 45 minutes before being called back. I know this is their job, and they do it all the time, but this was my first time and I was terrified. I wasn't looking for someone to hold my hand, but 5 minutes of reassurance would have gone a long way.

So were they able to cut a hole in my nose -yes, they were successful. Did I sense an ounce of compassion-yes, there was one tech named Nikki that was great. So that was 1 person out of about 6. I hated the entire experience, and would not recommend this place to anyone.

I've been there a few times to get some moles/bumps checked out. I've seen Dr. Rodriguez (who removed one of my moles) and Mrs. Crosby. They were both professional and knowledgeable and I would go to them again. Booking appointments is easy and they can fit you in even on the same day sometimes, which is a big plus for me.

When I went to their office over a year ago, I was coming from another doctor's appointment in the same building. I was about an hour early but I had my laptop so I could get some work done while I waited. I overheard the receptionists talking about how annoying/how weird it was because I came so early. They squeezed me in earlier than I was scheduled which was fine, then the doctor (about my age) comes in and was honestly SO rude and condescending I felt uncomfortable or like I was 5 years old being talked down to.

They determined that I needed to have more surgery on a minor procedure I had already had done at my prior dermatologist whom had moved out of town (the reason why I left in the first place). I scheduled it in the office but shortly after I was referred to another dermatologist that has completely changed my skin and actually sat down with me to take the time to find out the emotional effects my skin problems have caused me. Now, the reason I am writing this review is because out of the woodwork they just start blowing up my phone every weekday leaving voicemails about me needing to come back to schedule that surgery (over a year later). I've called back 3 times and talked to someone twice (because when you call you immediately get put on hold for sometimes up to 30 minutes then hung up on).

They still keep calling me about this scheduling this surgery. I am in sales and its honestly so unprofessional and quite annoying. It seems like they might be hurting for business and trying to come up with people that have never rescheduled their last appointments.

I went to Nashville Skin because I've been dealing with hives since I moved back to Nashville 5 months ago. Went to an allergist, nothing came back. So I was referred to Nashville Skin. I was able to get in with an emergency appointment with Dr. Cheng. The staff was kind and friendly, and her nurse, Jennifer was very sweet and understanding and listened to my frustrations. Dr. Cheng explained to me that we might not find the exact allergen (which I already knew) but she had a plan on how to treat it and it was not with long term steroid use.

I was very relieved. Dr. Cheng listen to everything I said, understood and came up with a plan and explained everything thoroughly to me. I was very pleased and grateful. Highly recommend.

As soon as I moved to Nashville in August 2016, my acne took a turn for the worse! After a couple months of trying to self treat my acne with no progress, a friend referred me to Dr. Sites at the Green Hills location. She was every informative and quick to formulate a plan of action for my treatment. Fast forward a couple of months and my acne has completely cleared up!

She even helped me get rid of some scars with their line of lightening cream. I could not be more pleased! Would definitely recommend Nashville Skin & Cancer to anyone suffering with adult acne issues!

I was able to quickly get an appointment and the dermatologist was great, but I've spent nearly a month having to follow up with them to try to get my prescription written. They don't seem to have any procedure for follow up after a visit and their office organization seems next to non-existent. Overall it's been a supremely frustrating experience for what should have been a very simple visit.

This review is for the Centennial location, and specifically for Dr. Cheng. I saw her about 3 months ago for an itchy skin condition I was having. She took a quick look at my legs before diagnosing me with an unknown allergy and treated me for such. We scheduled a follow up appointment for 3 weeks later. She asked if I had gotten better, and I hadn't.

She essentially just shrugged her shoulders and asked if I wanted a stronger steroid cream. I asked if she thought what I had could be scabies, and she repeated the question back to me! "do you think its scabies?" "I don't think so." was my answer and she agreed. I went to see an allergist and he immediately shot down my condition being an allergy.

He was suspicious of scabies and sent me to a different derm. Before the second derm (Holly Tucker, she is amazing!) did a scratch test she was almost 99% sure it was scabies, and after a quick test she was proved correct. I CAN'T believe Dr. Cheng let me see her TWICE without doing this test for this fairly common skin condition. DO NOT go here. It is obvious when you first walk in the door they are more concerned with making money then they are healing and care.

This is a review on extractions only - I went in today as a follow up and got bruised and now have lots of places on my face that I fear may turn into scars. Love Dr. Sites but don't got there for extractions.

The BEST! I have several different skin issues that can cause irritation and discomfort. It has been years since I have not had one or two little red spots on my face (I think this is my Eczema). I get dry patches on my scalp (gross. Sorry) because I suffer from seborrheic dermatitis. Recently, I had a fairly severe reaction to a cream/sunscreen and the sun. Fun. Haha!

After years of seeing highly recommended dermatologist and waiting long periods of time to get appointments, I started to accept that my skin would always be just a little splotchy and itchy. Finally, I found Krista! My skin is glowing for the first time in years and I am so thankful. Nashville Skin and Cancer's staff members are Knowledgable, scheduling is convenient, and they care.

Clean orderly place. Loads of employed staff. They run about 10-15 minutes behind bookings. The nice thing about them is that they listen to you and then they offer their opinion, and if yours sounds better, they run with it. I called to make an appt and got one for the following day. $85 for a basic five minute office visit. The lines aren't really clear as to what they offer as far as cosmetic treatments.

They sent in a "laser expert" before they knew what I was there for. Come to find out. the "laser expert" wasn't needed. * Parking. No such animal. They offer complimentary valet, which is good, because there is no parking available. ** update: Ass't gave me a coupon for discount on prescription cream. Coupon was no good and the cream they prescribed is $100/oz. so. no relief from why I sought out dermatologist at this office.

I scheduled an appointment with Nashville Skin and Cancer this week, and I actually got in two days later. I saw a recommendation for Dr. Jennifer Martin from a previous Yelper, so I decided to request her. Dr. Martin actually spends Thursdays at this location instead of the Green Hills location, so being flexible got me in with her here instead of waiting two months.

This location does offer complimentary valet. This was a perk, but they did work slowly. Unfortunately they made me 5 minutes late for my appointment. I would have made it on time if I parked myself. The receptionist was friendly and efficient. The waiting room was very clean and new, and it was stocked with plenty of magazines and was also playing HGTV.

I was a few minutes late, but I got in about 15-20 minutes after my appointment time. The nurse I had was a gem. She had a personality that put you at ease. Before and after my visit, she explained everything and how to order my prescription. Very patient! My dock of star is unfortunately for Dr. Martin. While I could tell she was very intelligent, it's important for me to have a friendly and warm doctor.

While I'm confident in her diagnosis, she seemed rushed to get out of the appointment. She threw around technical terms for different types of moles, and I wish she would have simplified her explanation for a normal person to understand. I didn't feel like I walked away from the appointment with any knowledge of what to look out for on my own body. I would definitely come back to this location for the staff, but I may consider seeing a different doctor next time.

Great at first but then services and ability to help afterward was terrible! I needed a prescription and they did not fill a prescription because essentially they want more money. It is something where I have an ongoing skin issue that they documented but were unwilling to write another prescription to help me out. I am taking my records elsewhere.

It was a very terrible experience from a patient and customer stand point. Do not expect them to help you out in anyway and write a prescription when you really need it bottom line. My doctor was Jennifer Dempsey Martin.

I've had a good experiences here. I'm uninsured and I don't feel like I was charged an arm and leg just for someone to look at my skin. Everyone is very friendly and nice and pretty communicative about costs. Although I do wish there was more emphasis put on curing things rather than just treating symptoms. I was prescribed steroids right off the bat, which ultimately won't fix anything.

I went back and had a biopsy done and just knowing what the issue is put my mind at ease. I've decided to take the matter in to my own hands and research some home cures before I take a conventional route. The doctors and nurses seemed okay with that. I think it's important to be informed about all the options before making a decision and having someone who specializes in skin issues tell me what the issue was really helped to put my mind at ease and allow me to do research to learn what I can for myself by myself with out harsh medications. Anyway these preliminary appointments provided a good place to start healing.

I was referred to Nashville Skin and Cancer (a dermatology center) and more specifically, to Dr. Jennifer Martin, by a good friend who is a doctor. I just wanted to get skin "once over" since I'm out in the sun a lot--heck I LOVE being outdoors, and I love the beach, and anything involved with a sunny day. Founded in 2005, Nashville Skin and Cancer specializes in prevention, detection, and treatment of skin cancer, but of course they also treat all other skin ailments. It's a smaller office--there are four doctors--but I personally prefer that. Nice, clean waiting area, with--gasp--up to date magazines, and not just all on parenting like so many other places have!

They actually had an Entertainment Weekly which I appreciated. Laugh at me if you want for thinking magazine selection is important in a doctors office, but I think it says a lot about the place! It is convenient to anyone living in the heart of Nashville--it's away from the congested medical centers, but easily accessible from I-440 (located off of 21st Avenue). If you are looking for a dermatologist, I do recommend Nashville Skin and Cancer! They are efficient and knowledgeable and don't talk down to you!
