My husband has been dealing with these people since last fall. The doctor never has any availability to see him and he keeps getting rescheduled for his rare neuropathy and just continues to decline. There is terrible communication with almost every department. Not only are they impossible to reach, they also are poor at communicating between themselves.

Whenever my husband has gone in for treatment he's brought a blank check with him to pay for it on the spot, and for the last four months they've told him he didn't have a balance. Now we've received a notice from a collection agency for the Center, and when we tried to call billing to square the balance away they were too busy to even take the call.

He's tried to get time-sensitive information from the staff for insurance purposes and they've always been either too busy or have transferred him between departments with no results. The people have been rude to him and disrespectful of the fact that his entire life has changed and they have no sense of urgency to help. The staff has no empathy. The only positive that this place has going for them are the nurses at the infusion center.

They are delightful, caring and compassionate. But on the whole, this place is one of the most unprofessional practices that I've ever had the displeasure of working with. If you're looking for help with any sort of neurological condition for you or the people you love, go somewhere else.

Do not go here if you value you or your loved ones health! Came here and was diagnosed with Multifocal motor neuropathy since this diagnosis I have been left in the dark about treatment options, test results, insurance claims, appointment times and dates just about every crucial step in treatment and recovery of this disease. The staff is astonishingly incompetent and rude you would get better care and compassion from a fast food worker.

If you are able to catch them at their desk you can be sure to be greeted with a feed up attitude and distain for inconvenience you have caused them. I would fear for anyone who's health and well-being depend on this "professional" medical center.

I have been to many medical offices in my life, and this is hands down the most poorly run. Rude employees. They make you feel like you are a burden. Need to schedule an appt? Good luck. Plan to wait on hold for 20+ minutes to get a live person and then they will likely either be rude and speak condescending or even disconnect the line and not call you back.

The woman who runs Medical records has been awful to me twice. Very rude and acts put out if she is asked to do her job. Always late. Doesnt require masks anymore. Waiting room and bathroom are always dirty. Even the MRI staff seem irritated to be there. I have been a patient of 3 doctors at this practice over 3 years and am now considering switching.

I have made several complaints but nothing changes and the Mnagement I have gone to doesn't seem to care either. It's actually funny that they send out a patient survey after each appointment when clearly they don't care. If you can establish care somewhere else, I would.

Staff in front are nice but the back staff are rude and condescending. They don't show compassion or respect. My mother is the veteran's widow. They made her wait an hour both appointments. The tech had a meltdown when I confronted her about the disrespect. The doctor was more interested in defending her tech than caring for the patient. Sorry to say that if people in my family didn't defend our freedoms, people like them wouldn't be here. I don't recommend based on above.

There should be zero stars. I went to see Dr Valdivia for Long Covid symptoms this time last year as he came highly recommended in my local support group. At the time of my appt, I was 13 months post infection and had just received my second vaccine - which exacerbated my Long Covid headaches to the point my PCP agreed to refer me to him. Including my headaches, I had 9 Long Covid symptoms that were neurological, and due to my severe brain fog, I wrote them down.

I also brought with me my timeline of when all my events had happened - inital infection, first long covid symptoms, what other specialists I had been to, tests, when I went on ADA leave, relevant info since I wasn't at a Banner facility where the Dr could see all my history. (I mention this because he wrote in the visit summary I brought 3 pages of symptoms and rambled them off in no order when he wouldn't treat my headaches - no, he has an odd perspective of reality.) I shared the neurological symptoms, which I now know were all symptoms of POTS, I've finally been diagnosed a very very long year later. Dr Vildavia was the rudest man I have ever met in my entire life.

He chastised me the entire appointment over my medication list that other doctors believe my conditions require and refused to treat me if I stayed on them. Well, stalemate right there, as I literally couldn't stand or walk without the one he was super huffy about. Thankfully the headaches went away soon after and I soon learned many long haulers had the same response to the vaccine. (I'm still pro-vax - don't misunderstand.

A headache is better than getting this virus again!) The thing that I am most angered about, sitting here taking the time to finally write this review a full year later from this terrible appointment - this man had the audacity to tell me that Long Covid "ALWAYS" goes away after vaccination, despite the fact I had been vaccinated and had actually experienced a severe flare in long covid symptoms and certainly not a fulll reduction.

How could he speak in absolutes when there was at least one outlier right in front of him. He also told me it only last 6-8 months, so at 13 months I couldn't still have Long Covid. Now it is very common knowledge to researchers, doctors, patient led advocate groups, even the recent presidential memorandum that there are tens of thousands of people still suffering after 2 years and I am one of those people. Well, here I am at 25 months, fully disabled from Long Covid, unable to walk on my own.

Unable to do dishes without running out of breath, unable to take a shower without getting exhausted. Everything I do gives me post exertional malaise. I could go on and on. I've been diagnosed with POTS. I learned many months after seeing him I had myocarditis and now have to see a cardiologist monthly. I finally have a full care team that recognizes that I have Long Covid.

That Long Covid can last for 2 years. I actually got angry and decided to leave this review because the news was just interviewing other long haulers that are at the 2 year mark who had been gaslit by many doctors and it made me remember my very worst.

I see reviews and all it talks about is the doctors, what about the receptionists? The ladies in the front who greet everyone who walks in the door? LaTrese Robinson the supervisor is an amazing women! Out of all my doctors offices I go too nobody is as cheery as them. They are just great. I swear if I could I would go sit in there and talk to them all day.

Was a patient there twice. I concur with the generally bad reviews. ALERT These folks have changed there name to Neuological Associates of Tucson to dodge negative YELPS according to an ex employee. Seems to be a dumping ground for mediocre Docs that cant support their own practice. HB Retired Licensed Respiratory Therapist. Metropolitan Medical Response System, FEMA, Dept. Homeland Sec. Worst run medical Facility I have found in Tucson AZ. After many repeated attempts to call to schedule an appointment I finally went in to schedule an appointment. I was referred to the phone number to schedule an appointment. When asked for the Director I was referred to the supervisor Latrice Robinson who was useless and refused to give the Directors contact information. MS Robinson referred me to Dana Montry, Manager of Billing and Front Office.

Follow up to such poor customer Service to cone. Two days later still no word from Dana Montry or the Director to respond to such poor customer Service. Note: whe. Calling a message I was informed they did have my referral when I was there in person I was informed they did not have it another example of their poor quality of service.

I've been at this location for a year & have had a good experience with the Dr, medical assistant & front office staff. The Dr was willing to work with me on medication & listen to all my concerns. They are very busy so maybe that comes off as rude to some people, when they have to fit in so many patients but I didn't get any ill intent from them, just direct communication.

I had insurance problems & issues getting everyone to communicate to get it resolved. But the MA was very kind & apologetic, even though it was an insurance issue. She was able to get me samples of medication so that I wouldn't be at risk of no medication & seizures while I was waiting for insurance to finish paperwork. And Latrice in the front, was a pleasure to deal with when I came to talk & get medication, a kind woman. No complaints so far!

I've been going to this center to see Dr. Adam Reynolds for the past few years. Out of many doctors that I've seen, he is the best! Very great at crafting care plans for patients with multiple illnesses and medications, and is extremely talented at using needles near painlessly for services like Botox and occipital nerve blocks.

The wait time to see the doctor was more than 1 hr. 45 minutes in lobby about 20 min in the little waiting room for the doctor, about another 20 min for the doctor to come In, 10 min with the doctor, and 6 minutes for nurse to return to give further orders. Everyone is nice and polite. this was the first visit so maybe it will get better.

My daughter moved to the area and was referred to this office. She made her appt, promptly asked for the day off work, and arrived early - only to be told her appt was last week. While she waited 45 mins to see a scheduler and get to the bottom of the problem, "Barb" (who seems to be starring in many negative reviews), decided to announce to my daughter that it was her down fault she missed her appointment since she received THREE reminders- bringing my very strong and confident daughter to tears!

She specifically made her appt for today, and she received no reminders. No person deserves to be treated with such nastiness and disrespect. I have been in the healthcare field for over 30 years and would NEVER treat a patient the way she was treated. All i can say is, the staff should be grateful that I am not anywhere near Arizona, because i would be more than happy to meet with them and discuss their lack of professionalism, ethics, and humanity.

If this review, in any way, contributes to changes being made in that practice- or the illustrious Barb being terminated, it's worth every tear shed by patients she has bullied.

I waited 4 months for my appt today to maybe finally find out what is wrong with me. I got to my 1pm appt half an hour early just to be told that my appt was last week. I advised the front desk staff that that was incorrect and that I had confirmed it for today. I was asked to sit and wait for the MA supervisor Barb to come assist me with rescheduling my appt. Barb was supposed to be back from lunch at 1pm.

At 1:20pm Barb finally arrived at first completely dismissing me to ask the receptionist what was going on, then she turned to me and told me that I had missed my appointment and it was my own fault and I should do better. She then handed me a new appointment card without asking me first if the day or time would work for me and walked off. I told the receptionist that I did not appreciate her manager speaking down to me and making me feel so stupid.

She advised that Barb was not her manager but that she would be more than happy to get her manager for me. Her manager Tarese was extremely apologetic for the way I had been treated. She advised that she would be reporting Barb to her supervisor and that their supervisor would be in the office tomorrow and that she would bring it up again. She took all of my information so that when I came in for my next appointment I wouldn't have to wait as long.

I am extremely embarrassed. It is hard enough spending my entire life with a chronic illness that I don't understand but to be humiliated in such a way while trying to find a solution was completely dehumanizing.

Dr. Reynolds is hands down the best neurologist! He is always kind, attentive, patient, takes time to listen and is super knowledgeable. Wouldn't go to any other nuerologist. Rebecca the medical assistant is always super sweet and helpful. Front desk is nice and the office appearance is always very clean!:

I was referred to Dr Jacob by my wonderful ENT Dr Ostrom for further evaluation. Because Dr Ostrom is so thorough I was prepared for what possibly was ahead for me. Meeting Dr Jacob and his staff, even at my age has had a profound life changing positive effect I will always be so grateful. My years journey has taken me to today where I'm so happy to be able to say I am now hearing for the first time.

I have cried and I have laughed for 2 days with joy. Thank you to everyone that helped get me here. You are all my heroes. To anyone reading this, I highly recommend The Center for Neuroscience, in particular Dr Jacob, and the Audiology Department, Dr Knickerbocker and Dr Bourn. I was treated as an individual with this very particular ear and hearing problem and with respect/dignity. Thank you

The reviews for this place surprised me! I escaped a horrible neurologist and coming here reduced my migraines from 15-20 a month to 2-4. The office staff are always super friendly and allow for quick check in. The wait once you get back to your room is often long, but it's likely because the doctors spend so much time caring for each patient! Dr Reynolds has been a life saver for me! After coming here, I feel like I've gotten my life back.

Staff communication is terrible. Messages are ignored and I was told my pre-authorization was sent to my insurance and that they were the hold-up.called my insurance and the checked and said a referral had never been received by them.worst patient care ever. truly seems they do not care about their patients. And they are not truthful!

Absolutely don't waste your time here. I've been having neuro inflammation for two years now and recently had an epileptic reaction and tons of memory loss and Dr. Baradosha and his incompetent team referred me to a psychologist and closed my file.

Beware this place! The imaging department (Amanda) won't return calls so you have to keep calling her back and when you get a hold of her, she treats you like you are a bother. When you want to talk to the manager Of the office staff whose name is Barbara, she never gets back to you. Look at all the reviews on yelp and Google and you'll see what I mean.

I have been going there going on 2 1/2 years and this is NOT first time this has happened, so they can't blame it on Covid. It can only be blamed on hiring incompetent and rude people. I've transferred to a different neurologist and I am so happy now.

These people are awful. It took a long time to get my husband scheduled for tests for Menieres. They finally put him through all the tests, said he definitely had it, and promised to make an appointment with the doctor for him. Never ever heard back from them. They then saw my grandson for migraines, promised to set him up with a scan appointment- never heard back from them. They are terrible, unprofessional and ridiculous.

I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2013, and started with a Dr. at Pima Neurology and let's just say only real helpful thing he did for me was diagnose me when I went to the ER for unusual symptoms I was experiencing. Other then that the office visit follow up service was not helpful. He didn't really answer my questions or do much to help me so I stopped going there.

Then I started going to Banner hospital off Ajo Way to see Dr. Colin Bamford. Which was even worse. I had one quick office visit with him, in the whole year he was my doctor he never called to schedule me for the test I need, to start back on my MS medication. Never returned my calls, and he was rude. But at the Center for Neurosciences I got in right away.

I was schedule for my MRIs and bloodwork within a couple weeks. Then I had my follow up appointment to go over the results by a week and a half. All the staff was very nice and understanding and it felt like they cared. But I have to say a big special Thank you to my neurologist. Dr. Stephanie Niemi-Olsen she really took the time to explain my results, to where I understood everything, she answed all my question, went over what's next which is to get me back on my MS medication. Went over thr different kind of medicine and throughly explained the one she thought would be best for me and why.

She just really helped me feel more at ease with the whole situation. I have been under so much stress lately with all my health issues and now I feel like I have one less one to worry about so much. (for now)

My girlfriend has been going to this doctor at this clinic for a year and all he is focused on is she has migraines. So far he hasn't helped. Especially during the pandemic getting or making appointments for a better doctor is very difficult. Just because his specialty is "migraines". Wish this doctor would not be so tunnel visioned and actually do some work to find out what is really making her have these severe pain in her head. Instead of saying it's migraines and so far his treatments are not working.

I am very disappointed with this office. We called with a concern and they promised to call us back. No call! We called again mid day and they assured us they would return the call. Still no call. What are we to do?

I went here with severe lower back pain, I have had my share of xrays and MRIs. After getting another new MRI and talking to the Doctor I had another injection that I told him I had many that did no good easing the pain, he then wanted me to do physical therapy. Well its been 5 months and still no appointment. I am now seeing another Doctor that is doing more for me in the first 2 visits than this place did in months.

I really like Dr. Carnahan; both my son and I see her. She asks a lot of questions, takes time with us and genuinely seems to care. My issue is the office is very busy and it's often difficult to get appointments or calls back.

The doctors here are great. My big issue is I was told and given an appointment card that said my appointment was at 1 p.m. Got there at 12:30 to be early well 1 p.m. passes by it's about to turn 2 p.m. I walk up and I asked the staff what time my appointment was that they come at me and tell me that my appointment was at 1:30 the doctors running 15 minutes late.

Yet it's almost 2 p.m. See this wouldn't be a big deal except for the fact when I told them that my appointment was at 1pm not 1:30 they're like well if you don't have the appointment card we can't help you. So I went and had who was home send me a picture of it. Then I bring the picture up there and they have the nerve to tell me that it could be fake and they need the real card. Hands down the worst staff I've seen a doctors office have.

I came here because the urologist I was referred to works in the same building. I know men think with their penises but this is a new level of insult! Lol Anyway, I was having testicular pain so my doctor sent me here to get it checked out. Now I'm not one to shy away from butt stuff, but the prostate exam was AGGRESSIVE. I mean this guy was really in there knocking things around.

It felt like I had been punched directly in the butthole. Still not totally sure why he needed to check my butthole when it was my balls that were hurting, but I'm not a doctor so I just took his word for it. I'm no longer looking forward to the regular prostate exams I'm gonna have to get when I get older. Turns out my balls are fine.

It was just muscular pain being sent down to my beansack by my nervous system. My chart had a much more elegant medical way of saying that but I don't remember it. Overall not a terrible experience. Not great, but at least I can rest assured the ol' ding-dong'll be blasting beans without issue into the foreseeable future.
