Worst place ever and the wait time is over 4 hours like its insane. 4 hour wait for just a 2 minute talk. My sister went there for her brith control medication to be refilled and they couldnt do it over the phone. what a waste of time.

Told me to put on a mask and wanted to take my temperature. Covid is done and over with, all mandates are dropped, yet i have to go through this process? Yet some of these "health care workers" smoke cigarettes on their breaks, but i have to mask up for the safety of others. Lead by example and stop this mask/temperature check.

TERRIBLE customer service. I went there already 4 times just to get one signature for my physical papers and I come to find out my doctor isn't even CERTIFIED for the signature that I need. Why give me a doctor who is not even certified in the first place? and when I call them, they answer the phone with HORRIBLE tone. Worst place to go, do not recommend they don't care about you as much as you think they would or as much as they are supposed to.

Great experience! The front desk staff and the medical assistant were very nice and helpful. I will definitely be back and would recommend the practice!

The city of Newark and it's Ironbound business districts deserve a federally qualified health center that cares for, and delivers health services to it's residents in corporate and accessible approaches. The use of the language of civilization: English, presumably should be the only acceptable language of health-care facilities among cosmopolitan cities. Newark should encourage all its second-language to flaunt and speak eloquently in English at NCHC incorporated centers.

Litterly in tears So sad I was really hoping that this place would work. Didnt really mind the wait or when they forgot about me (morning appointment) No one cares to give information about appointments and what to expect especially if you need to fast for blood work Average time doctor sees you is 5 minutes They sent a prescription to my pharmacy- no information given. Thankfully I had the sense to call and ask about it - they didnt know why!?

This morning I called up asking for a nurse to see what im allowed to take over the counter - after 7 transfers they hung up on me - they were upset that I called. Just keep in mind that im dealing with this during my first pregnancy. Im due in 3 months and now im rethinking if i can find a decent facility.

2 hour wait (sometimes 3) every single time. The front desk receptionists can be pretty rude sometimes. I'm at the end of my pregnancy and have to come see the doctor weekly.each visit is at least 3 hours.

I showed up 20 minutes early for my 4 pm appointment was simply told to sign in on a clipboard. 40 minutes later I was called up to hand over my insurance card and ID and do some paperwork. I overheard a woman voice her anger about how her appointment was at 2:30 pm and she was still waiting there. I was told the doctor took a late lunch and she wasn't in at the moment.

I wasn't put in a backroom till almost 5:15 pm and I can still hear that woman shout that she still hasn't been seen so it looks like I'm not going anywhere for a while neither cause I'm still in this little room with no clue as to what is happening and it's now 5:30 pm.

First time to at Newark health community center and the front desk woman (Madeline) was very helpful and informative. She booked me an appointment with the doctor at no time. A team of professionals and the care regarding their patients is great. Def recommend it to anyone who desires the best care in Newark

I called them, waited until my turn, just for them to hung up on my face when my turn came. Also, last time I went there the girl said she called my name three times even though neither me or my dad heard her. And then she complained to us. We waited for 1 hour just to turn in some paperwork. Almost everyone in there seems like they wish they weren't there. Really bad customer service.
