Services
Our mission is to build community, improve access and inspire hope for individual and community health across Benton, Lincoln and Linn counties. Join with us today! Samaritan Foundations has five separate foundations, one at each Samaritan-affiliated hospital. Our foundations play an important role in meeting the health care needs of the community by funding facilities, equipment, services, education and compassionate care. We work together to provide innovative medicine and world-class quality in a way that supports the values of the communities we serve.
Whether you are looking for a new health care provider or your current doctor and their location, we've made it easy for you to browse our directory based on location, specialty, language preferences and more. We know that you have choices when it comes to your health care needs, and we're thankful you've chosen us to care for you and your family. As you recover from your illness or injury, we know that questions or concerns about medical expenses can add to what can already be a stressful time. We want to answer questions you may have about your health care bill and also make you aware of resources that are available to help.
After you visit a Samaritan clinic or hospital, we will immediately bill your insurance. All patients should hear from us with a billing summary after services have been received. The insurance process can take 60 or more days. If insurance pays and there is no remaining balance, you will not receive any communication from us.

Horrible experience. The receptionist was very rude and slighty aggressive. I took my son and he had to experience this. She cut me off in mud sentence. Not professional at all. Made me feel very uncomfortable afterwards. She flat out refused him service.

There are more quacks here than in a duck pond. Run! After leaving reviews on Samaritan's Facebook pages they banned me. They banned me from every single one of their Facebook pages and turned off reviews. They don't want you to know the truth. Avoid at all costs.

I was treated at Geary Street Urgent Care Friday for my troubled knee. I received the best care and treatment that has given me relief from extreme pain. I highly recommend Dr Robin Mangione as she is absolutely professional, caring and very kind. All other personnel at this facility were kind and efficient too.

I saw Dr. Postman (DNP). All she did basically was sit there and talk to me and I was charged $150 for that one office visit-I have Medicare part A and part B. I felt like Dr. Postman pushed for prescription medications (I did not like this), even though I brought to her attention that I follow a person centered collaborative approach to my health treatment and that I follow a more holistic/integrative approach to my healthcare.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was taken advantage of! I went into the emergency room for a foot injury because I thought I broke my foot. Before even going into the room, I clarified with the person at the front desk to make sure they took my insurance and that I wouldn't be charged. The person at the front desk comforted me and said that they took my insurance, and I had nothing to worry about. Now, months later, I am still getting billed!

I asked them multiple times if they took my insurance before, during, and after the visit. I was so appalled by how they just took advantage of my situation to make money. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I had 2 serious procedures, a total knee replacement in April, and a triple bypass in October. Having very limited exposure to hospitals, I was amazed at the professional Doctors and nurses and specialists I encountered. I was there long enough that I started to learn the different titles and work shifts, etc. I hope I never have to see any of them again, but I know that if I have to go back again, I will have complete confidence in the staff! Thank all of you so much!

I went to the ER and didn't get examined by anybody but the exray tech. The nurse wrapped my broken elbow, but did not address the sprained angle, road rash, or my shoulder. I was sent him unable to walk with no care from a doctor addressing my three time too big busted ankle. I was there for nearly 5 hours. Waiting for care in an ER for 2 hours. They sent my pain script to the health department on a Friday night.

I am in agony without pain med because my pharmacy is closed over the weekend. My ankle is worse. This is not the first time Good Same has screwed up. Last year I had an ER visit and they gave me benadryl for a headache related to a brain tumor. they had my recent MRI and did not treat me with any testing or medical treatment that related to the diagnosis already given to them via medical records. "Good" Samaritan sould only run a morgue.

Understaffed and long wait times (one physician for the entire, busy urgent care facility). Prepare to spend extended times in waiting rooms and alone in examination rooms. I was supposed to wait in a room until an x-ray technician came from the hospital to the clinic to have my knee x-rayed. One technician for the whole provider network? People shouldn't have to take an entire day off work to speak to a doctor.

Trying to establish new patient care here is extremely inefficient and frustrating. Chose a doctor that was listed online as accepting new patients just to find out they actually werent. I was told they were going to make an exception. Called back days later saying they couldnt assign me to that doctor but they were going to send me paperwork to choose a different provider. Didnt receive anything for weeks. Had to call them back again. Chose another doctor and sent in my paperwork. Called to make an appointment a week later. Claimed they still dont have it.

Its been nearly a month and I am not even allowed to SCHEDULE an appointment yet. Had to go to their urgent care where I waited for 5 hours. Seriously considering going with a different hospital. This is getting ridiculous.

I dropped off a lab specimen today, only to find out that the doctor's order for it had ended yesterday. The lab tech was very helpful and Dominic on the reception desk was outstanding. He called my doctor's office to get a new order put in so I wouldn't have to go to the office myself. Additionally, I had brought in some old magazine issues to put in the waiting area, but had not cut out my name and address, and he even volunteered to cut them out for me. He certainly went above and beyond.

AVOID and why Medicare and Medicaid gives this organization contracts is beyond reason. Mother had a stroke, they parked her in a space smaller than a closet, fed her food that was worse than what's in prison and no dog would eat. They didn't even giver her blood thinners, just tried to pressure me to put her in one of their nursing homes. No rehab just social workers harassing me to find out how much money she has and to put her in a nursing home permanently.

She also was black and blue all over and no way those bruises were an accident. They also gave a parting discharge gift of giving a frail, petite 86 year old woman who just had a stroke, an entire bottle of MiraLAX, seemingly timed to go all over my car as I took her home. This is one incident out of many.

When I was passing thru and needed to see a Dr. They are listed under Google as an Urgent Care facility which my insurance fully covers but when I recieved a 500$ bill it was because they billed my insurance as a Dr. Visit. After calling and speaking with them they said they are not a regular urgent care and I could apply for assistance and if I choose to visit them again I could maybe get a discount.what a Joke. They are FALSELY advising and costing people money and ontop if that the wait took 4hrs. I would NEVER recommend this facility.

The wait times are a bit long. The treatment from the staff is amazing! Great care! Especially for the volumes of people they tend to.

My husband has been to this urgent care twice in the last few days. Him and I have both been very satisfied with the staff, the doctor and the prompt and considerate care and service.
