Son is sick, I try calling to schedule appt with his PCP, nobody answers the call, but a message says I can leave a message and get a call back. We head to the facility to try and get a same day appt. At least 6 women sitting around registration area chatting about their weekend, nobody turns around to assist us until conversation is over. Registration woman cannot give us a same day appointment or even see the schedule she say.

So she calls scheduling from her desk, also gets no answer. Uses her computer chat to contact scheduling and finds out there are no same day appointments available. (This is at 8am, what time do I need to call to get a SAME DAY appointment?) So in order to get my sick child seen today, we must use the ER. Here are pictures from the ER waiting room first thing in the morning.

Hungry anyone, they provide half eaten cookies! Ewww! This place is a mess in terms of business practices for scheduling as well as customer service, cleaning, etc. All the ER staff are travelers and it shows in their patient care or lack of it. Maybe that's why routine medical care gets funneled through the ER via not answering phones in scheduling or having no same day appointments available.

So that patients can be billed for higher rates under ER coding to pay the high costs of bringing in traveling clinical staff instead of retaining local clinicians. A scam if you ask me. I looked all over online to submit my feedback to CHN management, but couldn't find a single place to submit feedback to management so I hope they see this public review and take some action.

Got my son in for a sports physical, same day that we called for an appointment. The nurse was nice, and made the kids feel comfortable. Not a long wait before he was seen, and did not hassle us about vaccines. Clean and quiet. Just as a hospital should be. I think anyway. Lol but what do I know You decide for yourself. Doubtful you will be disappointed.

Everytime I have went to Curry Medical Center I have been treated with kindness and respect. I have nothing but positive things to say about all the folks who work there, day in and day out. God bless them all.

On Friday evening December 10 I was taken by ambulance to the Curry Health Urgent Care for a life-threatening problem. I am giving a 5-Star rating for the excellent professional and compassionate treatment I was given, which helped save my life. Am glad I am here to usher in the New Year 2022

While the Emergency Care Team was beyond amazing, especially Nurse Judy, after a major rollover incident, Dr. Kimberly Hanks during my checkup was absolutely terrible. After coming back to the hospital a week later, I complained to Dr. Hanks about my leg, head, stomach, and neck pain. She didn't look at a single thing that I was worried about and simply said ice it as she walked out and never came back after explicitly stating she'd come back to the room.

She never submitted the two referrals I asked for to see a physical therapist and neurologist at all, after she said she would right away. The following week I went to an amazing doctor in Gold Beach named Dr. Hawthorne that found an infection in my leg, explained my post-concussion symptoms to me, ordered an ultrasound for my stomach after thinking there may possibly be internal organ damage, and an ultrasound for my left leg that may have glass stuck in it.

I also have my referral for the physical therapist finally submitted by my new doctor that she refused to submit. Go somewhere else for a checkup, seriously. Otherwise, for the Emergency team I'd LOVE to give 5 stars to them and recommend them completely and 0 stars to Dr. Kimberly Hanks.

I had an excellent experience in the urgent care. I was seen promptly, the NP was very professional and knowledgeable as well as kind, compassionate and thorough. I needed an x-ray which was done promptly, and the clinic called me that afternoon with the results.

Absolutely horrible establishment. My friend is a doctor there for urgent care and told me to come see her. However the staff that works in scheduling are extremely rude. After weeks to an entire month of trying to reach doctors I finally get information for each one (I needed to speak to many specialist's since I just moved to town). Now they're saying I'm rude because they wouldn't pick up the phone or call me back in weeks and are cancelling my appointments to see my friend. Absolutely horrible staff treatment and no empathy to patients.

My husband had a tooth pulled and after a few days he was in so much pain and quite ill. Went to 2 dentists and was shrugged off the weeks went on and went to doctor and pain was so great his blood pressure was extreme and put on blood pressure meds and a small antibiotic. Gave it a week and he began seizing and not eating or drinking quite dehydrated and sweating so took him to Sutter coast Er.

They didn't even listen or look at his mouth or how long his symptoms has been and sent him on his way. Last night he was sweating and couldn't barely stand I took him to curry general ER, they got him in fast and listened and evaluted him did blood tests and was concerned and went above and beyond. They gave him antibiotics right there and checked and discussed his blood pressure and why he was so sick and so much pain. Answered all our questions and was just amazing the whole staff from check in to check out.

For the first time in 19 days of heck he is eating and drinking and not sick. I cannot thank Dr Maurer and your staff for their compassion and taking the time for helping us! Patient care and compassion and an educated medical team is what you get here! These guys are our heroes! May god always bless you!

If I could give any less stars I would. My husband recieved terrible care from Dr Patricia S Rotter. He was ignored when telling her his symptoms and only minor tests were done. When I was allowed back, I asked questions, and was met with condescending answers and treated like a bother. My husband was left out in a hallway and not hooked up to any monitoring systems after fainting, seizing, and hitting his head(with a prior brain injury).

The staff was made aware of all of this early on. His nurse Jody and the CMA Anna were just as inconsiderate and dismissive. We refuse to use these services again and he is still experiencing symptoms but was discharged the same night under false and dismissive diagnosis.
