Dr. Lieman did not listen to any of my concerns. He didn't care about where the pain was, and he said that there was nothing wrong where I was experiencing the most pain. He was extremely rough, and when I asked him to be more gentle because he was actively hurting me, he became more rough. Was charged $200 just to get no answers and leave in even more pain than when I arrived. I strongly recommend not seeing Dr. Lieman, and going somewhere else that cares about patients.

I see Dr. Zeeshan Danawala at this office and just love him. I was seeing a female urologist for many years and became dissatisfied with her and her staff. Dr. Danawala was recommended by my primary doctor almost two years ago and have been very satisfied. He's a younger doctor and is patient and thorough. I had one incident in not getting a call back from a new male nurse he had and spoke with a manager. I haven't seen that nurse there since then. Otherwise everyone else has been okay to deal with.

I would not recommend this site. I have never been to a urologist but this was the worst doctor visit I have ever been on. The nurse who took my vitals was impatient and rude. Then I waited about an hour before I could see the urologist. Dr Rogenes asked me about five questions and suggested a procedure. It was an uncomfortable procedure but he just kept working and did not seem to care. Walked out while I was still on the table writhing in pain. Hopefully his work is better than his bedside attitude and I never have to see another urologist again, but if I do, it would not be at this office.

WORST MEDICAL EXPERIENCE EVER! I am a UTD student having BCBS insurance which is one of the most expensive insurance companies. UTD health center referred me to this place regarding my issue. Before visiting Doctor Lieman, I asked the secretary to see how much I need to pay in total. I have been told I only need to pay $40 co-pay. So I payed it and the doctor visited me.

The visit was very brief and took less than 5 minutes and there was not even a detailed examination. However, two months later, I received a $140 bill. The insurance company told me that the diagnosis code that the doctor office reported is not covered by my insurance policy, in spite of the fact that the secretary told me I do not need to pay any extra money.

Later on, I contacted the doctor office again to ask the reason. The lady in the billing office, whom I was contacting, was very rude and talked with me aggressively when I was explaining the situation to her. So I, as a new student, eventually had to pay $180 in total! This was my worst medical experience ever! I definitely DO NOT recommend this place.

Super long wait. Almost passed out this morning so I waited longer that I typically would have any other place. However, Dr. Moody was amazing! He cares greatly about his patients and takes the time to answer questions. I appreciated him and will go back.

I was hesitant to make an appointment at this office, especially after reading some of the reviews on here like Sheri's (which is one of the more recent). My primary doctor referred me to this clinic and had good things to say. I had no issues making an appointment and the staff was friendly. Dr. Mooney was great, he is friendly and answered all of my questions.

I DID have some issues with my insurance and the office billing so I had to talk to Nathan (the manager). At this point I was thinking, "oh no. I didn't want to have to deal with the manager but I guess I have to." Well, he solved the issue in a timely manner and I had no conflict with him either. Just goes to show that not all reviews are truthful or helpful. Had I paid attention to some of the negative reviews on here I would have probably gone elsewhere but glad I didn't.

Oh and by the way, out of curiosity, I asked one of the staff if a Sheri Stot had ever worked there and no one knew who she was. Giving this office 4 stars because no place can be perfect.

Dr. Danawala nor anyone at his office ever called me back, even after repeated attempts at reaching him. DO NOT GO HERE! This office will just charge you for the visit and since they got paid, they no longer have an interest in you as a patient. Save yourself the trouble and stay away!

I was referred to Dr Mooney who is new to the area. What a great addition to Plano and the team. Everyone in the office is super helpful but I appreciate the time he took to explain the Urology specifics of my case and the plan he has to help. There was a scheduling mix up with a follow-up exam and the staff assisted with fitting me in and Dr Mooney graciously got it taken care of (with good news!) like it was not a big deal. I appreciate the positive attitude, willingness to help and in depth care he provided.

Staff was amazing, Dr. Danawala helped answer any questions for in regards to my mother condition. Also would like to thank Melanie the appointment schedule for returning my call promptly. She was very helpful and generous. She provided me her direct number with extension included for any future appointments. Brittany overall was generous and nice. She answered all my questions.

I found this office to be unorganized and completely dysfunctional. They lost my appointment, no big deal. Then Scheduled me for a procedure the Dr. said a nurse would explain. No one ever called me, no one ever explained the procedure or process. I eventually called late afternoon the day before in an attempt to figure out what was happening. All I was told by the receptionist was "most patients are able to drive home." I canceled the appointment. I'll find a new Dr.
