Poor service, unkind, and now I can't get in touch with them to have my records transferred to a better place.

The most unprofessional, LAZY and incompetent staff I have ever felt with in my life. Didn't follow through with my appointment because of the attitude of the billing staff and their lack of work ethic. Instead of making calls and doing their jobs to figure things out with my insurance she just kept insisting I pay out of pocket and when I insisted she call my insurance she then insisted I cancel my appointment, that's what I did.

North Florida Regional Thyroid was the worst experience I've ever had with a medical practitioner. Dr. Hart was incredibly unprofessional, would take weeks to get results analyzed and prescriptions sent, and required me to personally follow up multiple times to get that information. She also ordered a $700 test without consulting me prior, making me bear the unexpected burden of the price tag to get lab work done. Ultimately, the service is terrible, and they practice bad medicine by leaving patients in the dark for unreasonable periods of time. Go somewhere else.

HORRIBLE. They are rarely open and their phone schedule is so inconvenient. You have to call before 2:00PM and they still dont answer. You leave a voicemail and they do not even return your call. Iv been trying to make an appointment for months now and I havent been able to reach anyone.

Never have I experienced such a lack of professionalism from a physician in my life. Dr. Prieto is incredibly rude, unprofessional, and unworthy of the title of doctor. She has never treated me with respect, nor have I ever left her office feeling like I've been treated well, evaluated well, or considered a person at all. If you need an endocrinologist search elsewhere.

Absolutely terrible office. Dr. Hart was dismissive of my questions and ordered a $1000 test, despite her knowledge that it would not be covered by my insurance. She did not alert me to this fact and I only found out about it when the bill from the diagnostic company showed up in my mailbox. To add insult to injury /I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN THE RESULTS OF THE TEST DESPITE HAVING MORE THAN A FULL YEAR PASS./ On the multiple occasions I emailed their office I got a response saying that they'll get back to me, and they never did. Further they gave my regular doctor the runaround claiming that they "still hadn't assembled the notes from my visit and tests, " despite them having been done NINE MONTHS prior at that point. I'd suggest going out of network before going here, and I really wish I could give them no stars.

Dr. Hart is my hero. When my primary doctors were telling me my levels were normal even though I was having severe symptoms, I found a new primary that was willing to refer me here, and I'm so glad that I did. Dr. Hart was able to regulate my medication and I am feeling better than I have in years. She has drastically improved my life, and I can't give enough praise to NFRTC. I have been seeing Robin Byrd for my checkups and she is also amazing. Highly recommend this center.
