Terrible customer service. I understand with the current pandemic things are stressful however everyone is going through the same thing. People should still be treated with respect. This doctor is uncaring and disrespectful. Instead of taking doctors at there word I like to ask questions to understand the full scope of the situation, She did not like that.

The moment I began asking questions she became extremely irate and told me the find another primary. When I tried to explain why I was asking all the questions her attitude grew worse and she basically shut me out. Now that I write this review I am realizing that she didn't even read the reason why I requested the appointment. She just started talking with no prior knowledge of my concerns.

My PCP Dr. Waitekus is kind and compassionate. He listens to me and directs me to the healthcare professionals that I need to see. He always has my best interest at heart. I feel my health is good hands under his care.

My primary care Dr. was here. Over the time I was a patient here, I experienced repeated "billing errors" 1 appointment my Dr. wasn't available and I saw a NP. The office billed it as a Specialist visit until I caught it. Every time I go for my physical, the office policy is to give patients an unnecessary EKG so they can bill you for that. Under MA's health law and Obamacare, Routine Physicals are supposed to be no-copay. Well, that's not good enough for NSMC, so they pad the bills with unnecessary extras.

This being a part of the Partners Network explains it. The biggest ripoff SOB's in the field. I'd avoid this facility at all costs. Add that to the fact that he's affiliated with the Salem Hospital dump is more than enough reason
