My experience is always pleasant, I will start with if my appointment is for 9:00am I am called back at that time. I always have 3 tests before I see my DR and everyone I meet with is very nice we talk and laugh, when I see my DR we do the same. I'm very happy with the care I get and wouldn't go anywhere else.

This place has terrible costumer service always takes forever and the 4 times I was there they are all so rude. Today when I walked in without a mask btw I'm fully vaccinated, this lady gave me a crumpled mask and she was touching both sides of it completely. And the lady that does that is so mean to all the other customers to like it doesn't matter this this this she was being very rude to everyone.

And when I went through registration they told us to sit. The seats were to disgusting like the dirtiest thing I have ever seen it was ripped and nasty. But when we went in we had an excellent visit. And when we had to choose a pair of glasses and this lady was so aggressive and so rude she had these 1 inch long nails. She had the glasses on the ground and was not helpful of kind at all.

But they were so long she could have threatened me with them. The Optometrists were always so kind and nice really know how to work. But the lady at the glasses counter and receptionist were both so mean and rude. I have been in a really bad mood all day because of how mean they were.

Dr. Hammond is such a kind and caring doctor. He takes the time to explain things to his patients, he has always asked if I have any questions or if there is anything I need explained. He was cautious with my condition and making sure to look further to find what was going on and to refer me to the right neurologist. I feel comfortable with Dr Hammond

Great staff. All professional and helpful. I especially liked the comprehensive equipment in that I did not need to go elsewhere for social scans for my macular degeneration. Dr Shipitalo was very knowledgeable and communicated very well answering my questions. I felt like I left with a complete understanding of my eye health.

Dr. Kalil was very informative, helpful and accurate. He even suggested a better option of contacts for me and gave me a free trial and said if these don't work, we can try another kind until we find the best fit for me. I could easily tell he truly cares about his patients and wants the best for them. Thank you for a great experience!

Great place to go for in depth eye care. All the staff that interacted with me were pleasant and helpful. From setting up an appointment, check in, Renee doing prep exam work, Dr. Becky Yeung OD, following my eye health, answering all my questions & making recommendations, to the check out & setting up next visit.

Dr. Kanakamedala Is the best optometrist around. Not only is she super knowledgeable, but she shows compassion and empathy towards her patients. I had a major health scare and Dr. K immediately referred me out to a neurologist and gynecologist after reviewing my results. She had her team set up all of my appointments and all I had to do was show up.

It usually takes weeks to get an appointment with a specialist and she got me in within two days. As you can imagine, having a health scare is already stressful enough and not knowing what is wrong with you can be overwhelming. Being able to attend all of my appointments within two days alleviated so much unneeded stress. I am so thankful for her and her team. I would trust my family and friends in her and her team's care.

I have been going to Dr. Eggeman for about 5 years. He is wonderful. He always listens carefully to me and answers any question I have. He truly wants to treat his patients with the best care for their eyes. I definitely would recommend him!

Dr. Scott Peterson was awesome! He listened to me, provided advice and was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Even though I required medication injected in my eye, he made the procedure quick and painless. I have recommended him to others and thay had a great experience too!

I have been satisfied with the care and service I've received from Dr. Hammond and his staff. He and his staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Appointments can be a bit difficult sometimes.

Dr. Kanakamedala was exceedingly thorough in her examination and assessment of my condition. She was professional and quite personable. I will not hesitate to see her again should the need arise.

I've been a patient with North Surburban for a few years now and I've always had a pleasant experience. I lost a contact lens in the morning, I knew I didnt have anymore left, so I called to set up an appt, I was able to get in a few hours later that same day. I was so happy I didnt have to wait a day(s) to be able to see right again. Thank you North Surburban Eye Specialists for allowing me to SEE what direction I need to go everytime.

Dr. Yeung saw me for an emergency visit and fit me in even though she'd been double-booked. I had shingles in my eye and she realized how much of a risk that could be. She's very nice and competent and examined me thoroughly even though she was pushed for time. She was the bright spot in an otherwise bad experience with other doctors who saw me.

Dr. Folden is extremely thorough and helpful in explaining what is going on and what the options are to fix it. He was even able to show me how things would look with a couple of the options. He gave me time to decide what I would like to do. He did my lasik 9 years ago and did a great job then and is still kind and patient when working with me. I refer people to him often.

My husband and I have seen Dr. Young for many years. She does a excellent exam, thorough, explains every step, and never seems rushed. She always explains any changes and our options. Besides all that she is very nice

This was my first visit to this office, which was recommended by a friend. Most of the diagnostics were done by a young man ( not certain of his name or title) but he was very competent and friendly. When I saw Dr. Shipitalo, she continued with the exam. She was very knowledgeable, professional and easy to talk to. She gave me prescriptions for glasses and contacts. The retail optical store adjoins the clinic, but there is no pressure to purchase anything. I was very satisfied with the experience and can recommend.

Dr. Peterson was Outstanding, he made sure that I understood the images of my eyes as well as the plan moving forward. He answered all of my questions and I left the office, totally confident in my decision! I hope that if you're ever referred to North Suburban Eye Specialists, that Dr. Peterson will be a part of your team.

The staff is kind, professional, helpful, and thorough in making the patient feel welcome and cared about. Dr. Hammond and his team were prompt, answered all of my questions and concerns with treatments.recommended and follow up appointments made before I left the building. Dr. Hammond's exam was by far the most thorough eye exam I have ever had in my many years of eye exams. I would recommend this team to anyone. My experience as a new patient yesterday was by far positive in every way!

First of all the procedure was fast. Secondly the staff! I’m serious when I say every single staff member I spoke with at the Edina location was friendly, and very reassuring. 10/10 would recommend the Edina location. These people are amazing.

I had lasik done here and it was fantastic! From the consult, to preop, to the procedure, and to the post op visit, it exceeded my expectations! Dr. Loomis did my consult and he was absolutely fantastic in talking me through everything and answering all of my questions. The staff at North Suburban Eye is exceptional and extremely professional. Dr. Lobanoff is excellent at what he does.

He walked me through the procedure and before I knew it everything was over. Day 1 and I'm already seeing 20/20. Your eyes are in excellent care with Dr. Lobanoff and the staff at North Suburban Eye Specialists!!

Painless eye exam! From the seamless check in to the non-puff glaucoma test, I wonder why I haven't been here before! Aaron did a great job checking my astigmatism (now a painless procedure-looking at a picture in viewer). Dr. Marlene Kluss OD did the most complete exam I've ever had! She answered ALL my questions patiently and was so professional with inserting the eye drops that I hardly blinked! I never felt rushed and they took care with every patient! I appreciate the excellent service that I got there!
