Services
The Northeast Georgia Diagnostic Clinic was founded in 1953 by Dr. Henry S. Jennings. Dr. Jennings, who was then in practice at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, felt that it was time to establish an Internal Medicine practice offering exceptional specialized care in Gainesville, Georgia, which was then poised for growth.
Our team values the relationship with referring physicians and we welcome the opportunity to assist in the care of your patient. For more information about referrals to our office, please contact our office.
Internal Medicine is the practice of medicine dealing with the internal organs and the diagnosis, management and nonsurgical treatment of unusual and serious diseases. Internal medicine physicians, who are primarily referred to as "internists, " "general internists" and "doctors of internal medicine, " spend at least three of the seven or more years of medical school and postgraduate training learning how to prevent, diagnose and treat diseases that affect adults.Internists are equipped to deal with whatever medical problems patients encounter - no matter how common or rare, or how simple or complex.
At Northeast Georgia Diagnostic Clinic, we offer comprehensive endocrinology treatment and care aimed towards diagnosing and treating diseases related to the glands and hormones in your body. Our team of Endocrinologists are highly-skilled and experienced in providing our patients the highest-quality care.

The rheumatology team did my testing and called me into the office for my results. Dr. Lovell's PA, Dr. Taylor, delivered my results, which were not good, and immediately got up to leave; so quickly that I had to call her back into the room to answer my questions. Yes, they did their job. No, they did not do it with any form of empathy or care. Dr. Taylor acted as though she were reading a textbook, not delivering life-changing news.

The answers to my questions were vague, providing almost no clarity. Thank you Google and Youtube for answering the questions I have about my autoimmune disorders. For the treatment, I wish they would have given me my results over the phone instead of calling me down to spend my money on subpar service. I will be changing Dr.'s and practices to a place referred due to their excellent customer care.

I have been a patient for years. The care there has started to decline. Their billing practices are unethical.

Horrible experience with the staff. I love my primary doctor, she really cares about her patients. She referred me to this group for a Rheumatologist evaluation not knowing about how horrible the staff is. After waiting over a week and calling several times to get an appointment I was told they are no longer taking new patients. I found it ridiculous and disrespectful to have someone waiting for several days and then letting the patient know they're not taking new cases. Why didn't they say so from the beginning?

Horrible front desk, customer service. Elderly parents who coming to the doctor's office is a struggle physically. Recently they were late to an appointment due to some traffic issues and the parking at the diagnostic clinic which we all know is horrible not to mention the long slow walk in for them after finding parking. Front desk said they were late and would not be seen.

They didn't care about circumstances or the physical difficulties of my parents. Very rude and inconsiderate. 2nd incident involves an appointment that they had and had called a few days prior to confirm. When they arrived at the office they were told they had been taken off the schedule due to the nature of the visit. The office didn't have the decency or respect to call and notify them so again struggled to get there, find parking and walk in. Extremely inconsiderate of the elderly population and their circumstances and physical limitations.

I liked my doctor well enough, but eventually went to another practice for my healthcare needs because of the staff here. In particular one person, I want to say her name was Hope(?) Horrible experience. I'm not sure if I just caught her on a bad day (we all have them) or if she's just not meant to be working in the field she is in. She was rude and belittling to the point it was downright scary. In addition to this, the entire practice is completely disorganized. Getting through to the correct person on the phone is a nightmare. Highly not recommended.

Have been trying to contact someone in my rheumatologist's office for several days. No returned calls, no messages, nothing. Will be collecting my records and finding another Dr.

Very bad experience with the care the dr Nadelson was in a rush just quickly asked me questions and i was done in 9 minutes flat he sent me to get blood work and said we will call you when we get the results, i had to go back to get blood done twice due to the girl forgetting two of the orders after i had to call back to ask for my result no one ever called me and i was concerned.

I made an appt for physical and the front staff and doctor put in the wrong procedure code medicare denied the claim and the office refused to refile, I never received a bill from them they sent it to a wrong address that was not listed on my demographic and it went to collection and which is how i found out about my bill when i called the office they denied to refile.

I ended up paying alot of money for a physical that could have been paid thru my insurance that i pay for monthly. I write this complain so that any one with medicare so that a disabled or elderly medicare member dont get stuck with a 500$ bill like I did not to mention that it reflects on my credit as an account that was settled instead of paid. The billing department Cheryl and Erica did not help at all they could have refiled or write it off and they refused to send it again stated that it takes too much effort and time. I am disabled medicare patient and they maliciously billed me to pay the whole bill when my insurance would have paid for it. DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU.

They looked over information that I was keeping myself to track different things and without even seeing me or any actual blood tests, told me over the phone they would be cancelling my appointment because they didn't think anything was wrong. Sorry, but how do you nothing is wrong without even meeting me or seeing blood results? This seems very unprofessional and inappropriate to say the very least.
