I just wanted to write to say thank you SO much for your amazing staff and team that helped me through a very difficult time. I had such a bad experience at [the medical group where I was a patient] and they left me hanging, needing a biopsy and couldn't/wouldn't fit me in for two weeks. The front desk person who scheduled me was so kind, and then both the nurses during my tests were great. One was especially kind to me, and rubbed my back during my MRI to calm me down while I was crying and couldn't move-- I'll never forget that.

It's okay; not every medical facility is perfect, but they are doing their best! I know their staff is caring and will give above and beyond if you ask for help. The radiologists are very experienced, and they do the most for every patient. The whole staff is very patient because if you have to deal with me as a patient, you have to have patience. After all, I'm a hypochondriac and I have severe anxiety!

Not such a great place. Had an appointment for Monday morning for an x-ray. Got a message on the weekend that the machine was down and they need to reschedule. No problem. That happens. So I reschedule for Tuesday. All good. Show up Tuesday on time and while I'm getting checked in, the woman tells me, "Oh no. The x-ray machine is still down." WTF? Here's the best part.

While I'm standing there, the woman who is four feet from her is calling me to let me know the machine is still down and I need to reschedule. I hold my ringing phone up and say, "Are you for real calling me right now to reschedule five minutes AFTER my appointment time?" I just work for a living. Let me know how many other days off I should take.

Hey guys wish I could also leave zero star. They will create an appointment verbally and have no way to truly confirm your appointment. I mis heard 12:45 as 4:45 today. Simple mistakes like this can be taken care of with an email and or text confirmation with your appointment. It's honestly feels illegal. They will provide in no way shape or form a written statement of your appointment what I was just told was I could be given a phone call as a reminder. Absolute lunacy.

I had a 12:30 appointment for a mamagraphy which went well and on time. Unfortunately the ultrasound after waiting 45 minutes and the technician wasn't around I left without the test. There was another tech there but was not who I was assigned to. This also was my second visit because the front desk the first time couldn't find the doctors prescription even though the doctor had faxed over two times.

It would of saved me a second visit had they called and told me they couldn't find the script. I have been using NE Radiology in Brewster for many years and it seems that the employees there really don't care about their job. It's unfortunate and I would not ever go back and waste my time again.

Wish i could give them 0 star. I've been waiting for my results for more than a week, they say they'll call me back but never do.

I've always used NEradiology and have been very pleased with their services/professionalism. That said, I currently put them at a lower level than caremount in terms of customer service. I have been trying for 3 days to simply make an appointment. I've spent literally hours on hold with no response to date. Today's message includes this loud scratchy sound with some kind of mumbling in the background. I'm hoping someone:anyone from NE will read this and respond as to how in God's name can I make a simple appt!

NE Radiology May be the best medical imaging service on the planet of the earth but I will never know that because one needs to stay on hold forever to get an appointment. Tried four times to the point where I can recipes their on hold script. Just to be transferred to an extension that loops that familiar on hold music. I figured, I'll just go to one of their locations and book in person. Nope, you have to call the appointment number. (There was 1 person waiting for an appointment). Decided to call Yorktown Imaging. The call was answered in about 30 seconds and 3 minutes later I had my appt. including pre-check. Hey Northeast Imaging: #NotTheOnlyGameInTown.

Yes, there are some office people that can be a bit abrupt/difficult. Once I learned to communicate with my doctor that the script needs to be in well ahead of my appointment, I never had any trouble again. The women who perform the mammography and breast ultrasound are, simply, the best I've ever worked with. As someone who had to start getting mammograms at 30, I have special appreciation for the professionalism and bedside manner of the women at the Brewster location. I've never had a very long wait, and I've never had any issues that would cause to me to even consider going somewhere else.

Terribly disorganized. Waited 45 minutes for a test that took 5 minutes. Nobody seems to know what is going on at this place. They told me to come in at 3:30, but the actual appointment was at 4. Apparently they needed 1/2 hr for "paperwork". Then I proceeded to wait for another extra 15 minutes. Good grief. And y'all dumb Americans still complain about the evils of "socialized medicine" You know where you don't sit around wasting your time for 45 minutes? Countries with universal healthcare! ps: apparently the social media manager/"business owner" thinks the problem was needing 30 minutes to fill out paperwork (which took 5 mins to fill out btw). what a pathetic excuse of a business.

After my visit to Urgent Care this morning with a likely diagnosis of kidney stones, they ordered an ultrasound. I called Northeast Radiology for an appointment and initially there was nothing available in Danbury or Brewster until Monday. The woman on the phone knew how much pain I was experiencing, she could hear the desperation in my voice. She kept checking different times and ways and somehow an appointment in Brewster opened for this afternoon!

Thank you to Maureen (person who scheduled my appointment) for going above and beyond to make this happen. She sent me all the paperwork in advance, which I filled out and sent back in advance of the appointment. Arrived early and texted the link they provided to let them know I was in the parking lot. After waiting 30 minutes (15 minutes after scheduled appointment), I thought I should call the number.

I'm glad I did because for some reason they never received confirmation that I was waiting. I was told to come in, got temperature check before entering and the pre-arrival COVID questions by another very friendly young lady. Reached the front desk, provided my insurance information and was greeted by yet another pleasant person. I waited a very short time before Sally, the ultrasound technician came to get me. Sally is one of those people who make you feel comfortable even on your worst days!

All in all it was a pleasant experience even on a day that I was feeling miserable! Special thanks again to Maureen O'Meara and Sally for the kindness they showed and going the extra mile. It's people like you that make a good business a great business. You both are also the reason I would not hesitate to return in the future for any imaging needs I have!

Today I had a radiology appointment. I was given the Covid protocols beforehand. I got to the Brewster location a half hour early. I did the check in through the link they texted me. It said it was successful. I waited, watching patients and then staff go in and out. After sitting in my car for over an hour I called. I was told they marked me as a no show because I didn't fill out the online check in. I said I followed all the protocols. Then they told me I would have to call back another time and reschedule. That will not be happening.

On the phone while booking my appointment, I was told multiple times about their Covid protocol. I was told very specifically when I get there to wait in my car in the parking lot, wait for a text message and instructions on how to proceed into the building. I got there 15 minutes early as they requested and waited in the parking lot. 15 to 20 minutes go by without any call or text so I decided to give them a call.

I tell them I've been waiting outside for my appointment per their instructions. She says, "oh you don't need to do that, just come on in." Sure, it's Covid and everyone has new procedures, etc., so I always try to be flexible in those situations. But now I was 10 minutes late after wasting 20 minutes in the parking lot. I walk in to an empty check in desk in the hallway, and when the woman finally came out to the desk she says, "wow you're really late I don't think we can take you." In total I was really only ten minutes late at that point, because I had arrived early in the first place.

She tells me she's going to go inside to see if they'll take me anyway, as if she was doing me a favor. After waiting for her again, I walked out. Normally I can be really flexible about waiting and/or abiding by covid procedures but today I had a very important meeting and so did everything in my power to get there on time and leave on time. It was a very unprofessional and unpleasant experience and I did not get my test done.

I would give them no stars if I could. Like other reviewers, I went there during covid. They send you a check in text saying " STAY IN YOUR CAR" in captials. I checked in from the lot, but no one ever came to get me. When I called I was told it's my fault for not coming in. To top it off they tell me they can't do a mammo comparison because they don't have last years films, but still look at them after I leave and call to tell me to come back for more views. When I ask if they have done a comparison, they say "oh- we thought you brought them in". Completely incompetent facility, going back to Caremount.

This place sucks in plain English. My pain management doctor wanted me to go to the imaging Center because he had very high regard for them. I was up at 6:30 in the morning and I had to drive an hour to get to the imaging center. Once I got there I was told that the bone scan technician called in sick. Why didn't the office call me and tell me that before I drove a whole hour down to northeast radiology?

Not only that, don't they have a back up person that can do these scans? All they can say is I'm sorry with a big smile on their faces. They don't give a shit that your in pain. Steer clear of this place located in Brewster NY.

Good luck with this place. It's infuriating the way they treat patients here. From the rude and abrupt front desk people to the person who says she will email you the results of your tests and then NEVER DOES. They care nothing about patient care. They just wanna go outside and smoke cigarettes and talk on their cell phones. Don't bother calling medical records for anything.

They never pick up the phone. Meanwhile while you're on hold the recording is constantly telling you "We value your call". Really? Then how bout you pick up the phone or how about you email me the results the way you said you would? How about a little politeness and a little compassion? These people are the worst. This place is teeming with rude people and zero customer service. Stay away.

I'll admit that my first time here started out pretty rocky. There had been a miscommunication between my doctor and this office and it seemed they were expecting me to know the name of the sonogram I was supposed to be getting. And it's really really confusing. I have family history of breast cancer and always have to get a second reading after a typical mammo.

Add to this that I was used to a mammo followed by an MRI every six months but in New York that's not the recommendation. So I was edgy and might have exploded when the technician seemed put off by my not knowing what the hell I was there for. A phone call to my doctor's office (they had made the mistake) and it was all cleared up. And the procedure was very thorough and the technician was very kind (and yes, I apologized for getting angry).

She was also extremely informative and cleared up any confusion I might have had. Wish I remembered her name because she deserves praise (seems like this office reads/responds to reviews so hopefully they can look up who did my procedure back in October and give credit to that technician). This was my first time here (back in October) and I had a six month follow up in June that was seamless (yes, there's a procedure to keep everyone safe in COVID times). I've found the appointment staff to be helpful and friendly, as well as front desk reception.

The space is large, clean and comfortable. Second time around, I had a different technician who was nowhere near as friendly as the first time, but she was efficient enough, I suppose. I do feel that an area for improvement would be with working with techs to be consistently approachable and communicative with patients. That said, I'm fine with returning for my annual/semi annual exams.

I did not receive any acknowledgment when I walked in, finally when someone assisted me, they had none of the rite and paperwork, and made me feel like it was my fault. I also never been to a place that asked for my private insurance information, when Its a workman's comp claim. The receptionist and some techs stood behind the desk and very loudly spoke on how much they hated my doctor and his office.

I just had shoulder surgery 7 months ago, and with no regard they just shoved me in the mri machine, I was so Uncomfortable. They only pushed one of the cushions that go between you and the mri machine all the way in, the other cushion which was on the side of my injured arm was only half pushed in, very uncomfortable. Because the cushion was not pushed in enough my shoulder was very swollen after the mri, and my arm was touching something that got really hot in the machine, and was burning my elbow for 30 mins.

This is the price you pay for being the last patient on a Friday night, and this was the time they gave me. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone looking to have a mri done.

Will you get an appointment fairly quickly? Yes, and I suppose that is what matters most. However, their bedside manner has gone way down. Front desk was fine, but the actual radiology staff is so cold. It's not easy for some of us to be trapped in a tube for an unknown amount of time, even a little communication would have been nice. Having the techs talk over me while they prepped the table, like in wasn't even there, should have clued me in.

I remember a time when you got to listen to some kind of music, those days are gone. I also remember the days when they would talk you through the sections, I even remember kind words of encouragement, at this rate id just take a guesstimate on the time, but that too is gone. Putting someone in a tube and not communicating with them at all is terrifying.

The girls that prepped me were rude and rough, and seemed nothing short of annoyed that they even had to be there. You can't teach compassion so sadly I doubt this review will spark any kind of difference, but it needs to be said. Some ppl are coming to you under some very scary circumstances, they are anxious, and claustrophobic, I hope those girls get a taste of their own medicine one day. In a pinch, what choice do I have? However, if you have the choice, try literally anyone else.

I'm so tired of this company four years ago they billed me for a bill and not my insurance co which i am fully covered so had they did their job they would have billed my insurance and got paid but instead they sent me bill after bill after bill and i had to make several calls and spent hours on phone to get them paid, after three years of several calls, faxes and endless phone conversations and a LEAN placed on my home they finally got paid from my insurance!

Now here it is four years later i get another letter they want 186.56. For court and atty fees, so because there office made the mistake and didnt bill my Insurance correctly for my bill they want me to now pay the fees? I cant even believe how they can thnk this is correct? I should pay fees for their mistake in not billing? Totally unacceptable and not fair and just to place a lien on my home and making me go thru this all over again!

Due to my insurance I switched to Northeast Radiology two years ago. I was satisfied with the service once there but making an appointment was a challenge. Several weeks ago I called my doctor to have a prescription sent to Northeast Radiology. When I called to make the appointment Northeast Radiology claimed they did not receive the prescription.

I called my doctor back and they assured me they sent it and put me on hold while they verified they had an acknowledgment that the fax went through. I called Northeast Radiology back and they simply said "it's not on file". When I told them my doctor had proof the fax was transmitted they repeated the statement that it was not on file. I asked if they could contact the doctor but they said it was my responsibility.

I called the doctor back and they kept me on hold while they resent the prescription. When I called Northeast Radiology back they said they did not have it on file. I explained that my doctor had sent the prescription twice and that I needed their help resolving the issue but all I could get was "it is not on file". Frustrated (but not rude), I explained that I would have to go elsewhere to have my test performed if they could not help me and their response was "OK". I can't believe that a business is so eager to loose a client. Won't be going back there.

Recently made a few appointments at Northeast Radiology with Denise the scheduler in Mt Kisco. So nice to have someone on the other end of the phone who is helpful and patient. I've used this practice numerous times before and have always been treated kindly and professionally. I highly recommend this practice to everyone.

I was treated by Dr. Lee to test my ovaries. He and his assisting team were amazing, empathetic and comforting. Talked me through the whole process. They made a potentially painful, and scary procedure, a painless and easy one.

I am updating my review from 8/10/16. These are upstanding upright business people. They went out of their way to correct the situation that I experienced. Margaret was very profession and could not do enough to make things right. She actually had a follow up telephone call to me to find out if everything went well. In this day and age this is over the top customer care.

I can not recommend them highly enough. Will I go back to them.definitely. I wish I could delete my first review as it was an honest misunderstanding and should be corrected going forward. They really do care as their advertisement states. Fine business and fine people.
