My son sees Dr. Crane and he was the only one who was able to solve the problem my son had. It was a blessing found. He recently operated on him and we are super happy and grateful for his dedication to helping my son, he is super kind and very responsible. And something super important for us Hispanics, he speaks perfect Spanish, the office has a good staff and excellent doctors, especially Dr. Crane, without a doubt 100% recommended

I found the staff very professional with the exception of billing. I go to them every year. My insurance changed when I retired. I've used this insurance since 2020. Why then, if you had insurance issues for me, did you not call? And when I call you.attitude. Not acceptable or respectful.

1st time going and everything was seamless, the wait time, filling out the medical forms, payment, seeing the ophthalmologist who was very nice and informative went above and beyond to explain to me about my eyes & even gave me 2 samples of eye drops

I am used to a one-person ophthalmology practice, so I found this very time-consuming and inefficient. I waited 10 minutes for a parking spot, about 15 -20 minutes before being seen by the person who took eye measurement, and even more time before seeing the doctor.

Underwent cataract surgeries on both eyes and while the first one was successful the second one required a repeat operation and the result is still not as good as the first one. Despite of this outcome, I command Dr. Crane of his skills and experience as an eye surgeon. I also would like to point out his frank and warm attitude during office visits and surgery. Finally, I wish the office staff will be able to reduce waiting time when sitting at the office prior to scheduled appointments.

I had cataract surgery on my left eye. All staff were professional and I was kept informed and treated well. The procedure was pain free and Dr Crane was great. It has been 5 days and my eye appears to be healing well with no discomfort.

I had cataract surgery at this facility. Dr. Crane is an excellent eye doctor. He answer any question you might have & he's very patient. The facility is very clean & practices all safety measures so you feel safe. The staff are very friendly & efficient as well. I highly recommend & prefer the S.Orange office. I tried the office in W. Caldwell & didn't like it as well as the S.Orange Office.

Great experience from check in to eye exams and all the way through to consultation with the doctor (Dr Crane). First time there and it was very assuring to not only know of his outstanding reputation but to have also encountered an excellent bed side manner. Cataract surgery for the left eye is scheduled for begining of next month. I will update this post then with the hopes of making this review more complete. The Dr also speaks Spanish if needed--a plus.
