Norwood Clinic will not provide you with your own medical records without a fee. NEVER has any doctor or hospital I have dealt with required a fee for a person's own medical records. Norwood must need the money.

Avoid the Norwood Clinic. I'm young, healthy, have insurance, and was looking for a PCP. I have visited Dr. Dunn via the Norwood Clinic a handful of times. In February 2021, I called and scheduled an annual wellness screening. My insurance confirmed that annual wellness visits are FREE, and I was very specific with Dr. Dunn's office that I wanted a wellness screening ONLY and that I was healthy with no issues. Dr. Dunn was nice; I had no issues with the visit itself.

On the way out the door, I stopped by the counter and said "This is a friendly reminder: I scheduled a wellness screening, please code it that way so I don't get an incorrect bill". (As you can tell, I was worried about this from the very beginning.). Well, a few weeks later, my EOB comes and Norwood Clinic decides to bill my insurance for both a wellness screening AND a sick visit, even though I requested a wellness visit only.

I was perfectly healthy. The only reason I scheduled this appointment was because it was supposedly free and my company contributes money to my HSA account if I visit the doctor once per year. I called Norwood clinic. At first, they said having two bills (wellness visit and sick visit) was correct and "That's just how the Dr. does it". I refused, and called my insurance company.

We did a three-way call with the Norwood Clinic and they finally agreed to fix the issue after my insurance company told them that was out of line and incorrect. Well, guess what? Nope, they didn't fix it. A few weeks later I got a bill for a HIGHER amount than what I had originally. I called my insurance company again, we did another three-way call with my doctor office, and by the end of the call they claimed to have fixed it once again.

A week later, and I am still getting text messages about an outstanding balance. I called again. This time, nobody returned my calls. However, the balance suddenly disappeared when I checked the link from the text message a few days later. my balance was $0. Awesome! Right? Well, *6 weeks later* (now late April), more text messages about an outstanding balance.

This time for a DIFFERENT amount. Unbelievable. Now I've gotta call them again, waste more of my time, just because they can't code something correctly. I will NOT be visiting Dr. Dunn or the Norwood Clinic again. One can only assume why they are double billing a single visit.

I am just wondering when the patience care take a second sit because a doctor and his nurse don't want to fill out form for a patience. I just wondering My health that invaluable to them than for them to fill out the forms so that I can get the proper medication so that I will not have a heart attack or a stroke due to they not wanting to prescribe me the right medicine because they state they don't do prior authorization.

To come in and take vital is not the inky thing that your job require a doctor or a nurse to do. I guess it would be better if we have self service computer install in the doctors office and maybe the computer will not mind filling out the paper work. Patience care has gone out the window. It would appear they are some low end DRUG DEALERS

Much care was taken to explain what the problems were and how they were going to be resolved. I was told what to expect from the beginning. My recovery went very well and I have had very little trouble with my cervical spine since!
