If I could give a 0 I would for the disrespectful front desk personal. Very unprofessional and rude. They need better training on how to inform the parents. The doctors are kind but the front desk people lack knowledge. It's pretty sad that dr. Nuby will most likely lose patients due to the incompatent people they have answering the phones.

I used to be a huge advocate of this office but their time management is AWFUL! People make appointments to make a schedule. Welp it's almost an hour past my appointment time and I have no way to get my other child all the way across town I'm 20 minutes. I mean come on and do better. At least tell the patient waiting that he is "behind"

Very unprofessional. You can never get a hold of doctor. Short staffed all the time. Long waits & communication is very poor. I do not recommend your children

Requested to see Dr Nuby because I was told at the hospital about him. I never got to be on his schedule even though I requested. Took my daughter to be seen because she cries non stop and her eating is off and drooling. No fever no cough no nothing not even a sniffle but Colleen suggested a Covid test on a newborn like they could do anything about it so why do that to newborns.

Today my baby sounds very different and like her nose is clogged. If I could give her a zero I would. Changed provider. Front desk wasn't the issue with me. I would've waited 2 hours to see Dr Nuby like I asked without an issue.

Dr. Nuby was awesome! My wife and I had our first child in 2018 and were taken care of so well by Dr. Nuby and his staff. He is very hands on and was usually at every appointment to talk to us personally (that's not common for most doctors) even when he had a lot going on. long story short we are now having our SECOND child due Christmas Day and moved to Colorado Springs Colorado and have a new doctor.

It's just not the same as Dr. Nuby and we miss him, we tell all our friends and family how seamless our delivery with our first was and how our second is just so un organized and hectic due to this new doctor. Our son is due in 3weeks and I've met this current doctor we have only once, before our first I saw Dr. Nuby multiple times and my wife and I trusted him all the way through. I hope you're doing well Dr. Nuby thank you for making our first child's birth so special.

Frequently we have issues with getting my sons medication and having enough to last until his next appointment. When brought up to Dr. Nuby he argued with me saying it was my fault. Fast forward to today, the day he said he would put in my sons medication to the pharmacy and I needed to pick it up, the pharmacy has nothing for my son, he is not in the office and the nurses say he never put in my sons scripts. We will no longer be bringing our children to his office.

This is the worst pediatricians office around! Definitely do not recommend! I had a new born at the end of September and have had several issues within a month of being a patient there. I had to bring my newborn to the office several time in one week to Jaundice. Every time we had an appointment we had to prepare to be there for at least 2-3 hours.

Each time I waited about an hour and a half in the waiting room. The nurses at the front desk do not communicate with each other or the nurses in the back. My most recent experience was the worst. My appointment was on Monday. I called them Friday morning to verify my newborns appointment (for Monday) they said okay it's confirmed we will take you off the list to confirm.

They still called mr that afternoon as if they didn't confirm. I drove 45 min Monday morning to get here for them to tell me that my newborns insurance is showing "pending" and that I would have to pay $88 for her to be seen. I could either pay or call the insurance. I get on the phone with the insurance and it is a 2 hour wait. I asked why I was not told this Friday so I could have verified done the work for them of verifying the insurance before I came in.

The nurse practitioner is very nice and hands on with her patients but the staff and communication is what kills this office. The girl in the front never smiles and always has an attitude. Our latest visit will be our last visit here.
