Do not go here if you want your health taken seriously. Dr. Menges does not do a thorough job. Back in 2020 I was in her office for specific complaints. After an ultrasound, she informed me I had a small dermoid cyst that would "dissolve"/ come out in my period if I thoroughly remembered to take my birth control on time. Fast forward 2 years, I am now sitting in a hospital bed after having my 6 cm dermoid cyst removed as well as my ovary and tube. I'm not sure if she was having an "off" day but 0% of dermoid cysts are affected by birth control. NONE.

This could have been avoided if Dr. Menges actually cared for her patients and wasn't just there to do her job. She misinformed me and I am lucky that this didn't impact the rest of my reproductive organs or fertility. DO NOT GO HERE!

This clinic is absolutely amazing! Fantastic OB care from Dr McDonald and her team. She also has a wonderful collaboration with Dr Garrett for chiropractic care. 30 weeks pregnant and had my first adjustment with Dr Garrett and my body feels like pre-pregnancy. All the aches were immedietly resolved! Highly highly recommend for a well balanced and comprehensive OB care!

St. Louis Women's Healthcare should put up a shingle saying, "OLDER WOMEN NOT WELCOME." Morgan at the front desk when I arrived on time for my appointment, told me abruptly since I did not pre-register the nurse practitioner would not see me today for my Well Woman visit. I had to fight with Morgan to get a paper not a tablet sign in which I completed in three minutes. Morgan called the back office which communicated they would allow the paper sign in and would try and work me in even though I had committed the unpardonable sin of not pre-registering.

The staff made me wait over an hour. I had during that time observed only three 20-something women enter St Louis Women's Healthcare. Certainly not the ten the practitioner later claimed she had seen before me. She also accused me of lying when I told her that Morgan had said I could not be seen because I had not pre-registered. When I left the office there were three staff from the back standing around shooting the breeze and no one in the waiting room.

The nurse practitioner INFORMED me that while I was waiting she contacted all the doctors in the practice and they all approved St Louis Women's Healthcare's inflexible pre-registration policy.

St. Louis Womens Healthcare took amazing care of me during my pregnancy! The phlebotomist, Sandy, calmed my nerves during blood draws and made me look forward to coming to the office. The medical assistants were always sweet, friendly, and took my questions to the doctor to make sure my concerns were discussed. Highly recommend!

Surgery went well. But for Pete's sake does anyone in that building know how to answer a phone or call someone back? How do you successfully operate a Healthcare business if you can't speak to patients over the phone. Would recommend future clients proceed with CAUTION!

What a great office with amazing, caring people - from the bubbly and efficient front staff, to the kind and smart RNs/techs and to the great providers like Melissa Wallace, Dr. Menges and Dr. McDonald. Not to mention a great chiropractor as well! They are always willing to help out and listen to any concerns. They work hard and are all great at what they do!

I had such a great experience at St. Louis women's health care group. Dr. Menges is the best doctor I have ever had. I have been suffering with PCOS for many years and she actually listens to my concerns and has helped with it in so many ways. The staff is always friendly and has a welcoming atmosphere.

This office is amazing! Dr menges delivered my son, and was very attentive throughout my pregnancy. I developed placenta previa around 20 weeks and she referred me to all the right specialists and worked with them during the entirety of it all. I love that she is in close distance to mercy and was able to get there within 10 minutes of getting the call.

I do not come here for anything but the chiropractor - she is wonderful! During my second pregnancy I had a breech baby and through the Webster technique was able to have her flip and avoid a Csection! Now during my third pregnancy I am getting biweekly adjustments hoping to flip another stubborn breech baby. I would highly recommend their chiropractic services although I cannot speak to anything else in their practice.

I have been a patient here for the last 12 years. I can not recommend a better practice. Not just doctor, but practice. From the nurses, the docs, to the receptionists, this office is no less than 5 star. Not only can they do anything you need done right there (ultrasound, full exam, mammogram) but they can make you feel comfortable WHILE doing it, which is a rarity in today's medicine world.

I personally go to Kym, the Nurse Practitioner. She is amazing and really gives all of her effort into taking the best care of you as a patient and a friend. I will say the good word must have spread because their office feels like it has doubled in size (of patients) so try to get an early morning appt so you are sure they are running on time. Also, for what it is worth, I have always been able to get an appointment.

If an emergency comes up and you need immediate assistance and someone to see you, they will make sure to fit you in. That really says alot in my book. Keep up the good work STL Womens Healthcare!

Dr. Richard Muckerman, my long-time ob/gyn, removed my uterus and both ovaries (castration) for a benign cyst on one ovary. He used ovarian cancer fear tactics and was adamant that everything MUST be removed and quickly! He referred me to an oncologist and then did NOT follow his recommendation to only remove the ovary with the cyst although some actions by the oncologist are also suspect. Dr. Muckerman did NOT inform me of all the permanent negative health consequences of living without these organs (e.g., 7x risk of heart disease, increased risk of all cause mortality, increased risk of osteoporosis, loss of sensation due to severed nerves and vessels, bladder and bowel prolapse, loss of pelvic support, spine compression leading to back, hip and leg problems, risk of depression and anxiety, digestive disorders, etc.).

Nor did he inform me of the risks of hormone replacement. His only comment about hormones was that they are easily balanced which is NOT true. And hormones CANNOT adequately replace those produced by the body at just the right level and just the right time to keep us healthy. Within just 4 months, despite being on estrogen, I aged rapidly (major hair and skin changes) and had insomnia, loss of muscle mass, crushing depression and anxiety, loss of appetite, irritability, reclusiveness, loss of sensation throughout my body, bowel issues and a total loss of joy and vibrancy.

I was dismissed by his nurse with "we've never heard of that before" followed by a click when I called several months post-op desperate for help. I became even more horrified as the inevitable physique changes started as my spine began compressing. Ovary removal is the same as testicle removal=Castration! Go to http://hersfoundation.com/ to learn the truth about hysterectomy and/or ovary removal.

Quite shocking that these surgeries are still being done for benign conditions! A Chicago woman was recently awarded $5M for an unnecessary hysterectomy. In my opinion, no amount of money can compensate for the devastating, permanent effects of living without the uterus and/or ovaries. There was a woman on Dr. Oz recently who had ovarian cancer. Her surgeon only removed the cancerous ovary.

I did NOT have cancer yet Dr. Muckerman gutted (castrated) me! The February 25, 2010 Doctor Oz show included a 30 minute segment on "Hysterectomy: the #1 Surgery you don't need." BUYER BEWARE!
