We are excited that you have chosen Wadsworth Pediatrics for your child's medical care. Your comfort and convenience are our priority, and we strive to make every visit to our office a positive experience. It is always a good idea to acquaint yourself with your insurance plan. There are so many insurers, each with a myriad of plans, that we at Wadsworth Pediatrics cannot keep up with the specifics of each policy. Your child has been added to your plan. Most insurers require that they receive notification of a new addition within 30 days.
Immunizations have been one of the single greatest advances in preventative medicine and an essential part of well-child care. Our practice follows the immunization guidelines recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP). CDC.gov (www.cdc.gov) is your online source for credible health information and is the official Web site of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Absolutely the pediatricians! Everyone in the office is kind, patient, and shows the genuinely love what they do. Every single doctor in there is very informed, and gentle. When my son goes there he isn't scared and feels safe. It's very reassuring that they can be trusted with my child's health and care. 5 stars don't do them justice. We love Wadsworth Pediatricians!

I absolutely love this office. I have been with them for almost 20 years. They ALL have been more than nice throughput the years. I have never had an issue getting an appointment when my kids have been sick. They have been very helpful with all my kids.

After my son had an accident, I called to make a physical appointment to have my son looked at for his bruising. As always they want you solve the issue with a nurse over the phone. I told them I wanted to see them in person. After 5 minutes on hold, again they tried to get me to talk to the nurse as my only comment was "I don't think the nurse can see my sons bruised nose over the phone" an appointment was made.

My wife came back from the appointment with. the doctor said you got aggressive over the phone, and if you want to get aggressive come do it face to face with her husband! Then told my wife I'm sure u understand his aggression, he probably does this at home! As to be assuming I'm a abusive husband! All this just to have them see my son! After calling the doctor to have them explain what just happened. all he could say was he was sorry he lost his cool, and that they didn't want us wasting our time with a pointless appointment!

I'm sorry but as a parent. if you want your professional doctor to see your 4 year old, no appointment is a waste of time! Will definitely be switching doctors! Do not recommend this place to anyone!

Love the doctors here, and we have never had a bad experience with the doctors or nurses. They have been amazing with both of my boys. Dr. Blair even called us on a weekend after a visit once, which was very thoughtful. There is one receptionist who is super sweet and kind, but one that is so rude and will make you feel completely uneducated and incompetent.

She lacks patience and it is evident with her phone interactions. Get the nice one and your experience will be amazing with this place from your first phone call to your visit.

I have been going to this practice since 2000, and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made! I absolutely LOVE the care that my children receive! The receptionists, staff, and doctors are very warm and welcoming! We are more than just faces there! It's like we are family! ALL of the doctors listen to any/all of my concerns and I never feel rushed to get out of the office as if they are trying to shuffle patients in and out. That ALWAYS speaks volumes to me. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for pediatric care!

All 3 of my kids have been going here for the last 20 years and I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience! The staff and doctors are attentive, caring, and thorough. I never feel rushed and they always actually listen to me and my children. They don't overbook and so we have never had to wait very long in the waiting room or once back in the exam rooms. LOVE this office!

I highly recommend Wadsworth Pediatrics. Last year I gave birth to a medically fragile preemie. They have gone out of their way to help our family stay healthy. Their staff helped us find in home therapists so we do not have to travel during cold and flu season. They have seen my other son within hours of me calling when he is sick because they know it could mean life or death for our 11 month old baby.

Last Spring, I took my older son in because he would wake up saying he couldn't breathe. He was seen and diagnosed with croup. His nurse and physician called two days later to check on him. I explained that he still wasn't feeling well. They asked if I would be open to having an upper airway x-ray. I took him in immediately and his tonsils and adenoids were so enlarged that 75% of his airway was blocked. The fact they would call to check on their patients means the world to our family. Thank you Wadsworth Peds for your love, compassion, and excellent care!

My 14-month-old son was awake all night on Friday night inconsolably crying. He had an appointment on Saturday morning to get a flu shot at his pediatricians office, Wadsworth Pediatrics. I called ahead and asked if the doctor could see him quickly to diagnose the ear infection that I was sure he had. The receptionist could not have been more rude to me as she immediately dismissed me and told me that it would not be possible for him to be seen by a doctor (without even asking the doctor).

When the nurse took us back to get the shot she again, had zero compassion for us and our situation and advised that I would have to leave the office and take him to urgent care. We were the only ones in the office, I hadn't slept in two nights, my son was in pain and they refused to simply glance inside his ears and prescribe him antibiotics. We left and had to wait an hour and a half at the nearest urgent care clinic where my son was diagnosed with a double ear infection.

I had to pay $75 for the urgent care visit when I could have paid a $35 copay at the drs office that we are ALREADY at. I work in the medicine feild and have worked in customer service for many years, and the way their staff treated my son and I is absolutely unacceptable. They lack professional communication skills, empathy, and compassion. And it's also simply fact that a sick child was in their facility and could have been checked out and given antibiotics in 5-10 minutes but the care providers refused to do so is mind blowing and unacceptable. They clearly do not care for the well-being of their patients.

I love this practice. All the nurses and doctors are kind and helpful. I am a first time mom and they have been very informative and compassionate, and I feel like my concerns are listened to and addressed. I never have a problem getting an appointment. I chose this practice based on a friend's recommendation and I am so glad I did.

1 is giving this office too much credit they are below a zero in my eyes on many levels. Debbie the office manager has terrible communication skills and is not friendly the service is horrible and Dr. Reynolds refused to see my daughter after we went to their office for over 18 months. I would not recommend this practice to anyone, they've lost records release papers and have missed multiple ear infections my daughter has had resulting in our family seeking care from different providers that are more advanced in child care.
