It is estimated that 50 million people in the U.S. suffer from allergies significant enough to seek medical treatment. Allergies occur when your immune system overreacts to something in the environment that is normally harmless. This hypersensitive reaction causes the body to produce histamine.

This is the worst doctors office I've ever been to they don't pay attention to their patients they don't pay attention to anything that you say do you not like to return your phone calls back like they should they wanna have some unqualified person call you back don't waste your money going to this doctors office just go to prompt care or priority care it's much cheaper and they actually pay attention to what the Patient needs

Went here for the first time today. The doctor was great but the front desk and how they collect payment was terrible. I had to pay my deductible of $120 up front before sending the doctor. After seeing the doctor, the service cost $90. I called the billing department asking for a refund. They told me to call back in 4 weeks after they processed it with my insurance company. Now I have to wait 4 weeks to get a refund. That is unacceptable! This is my first and last time going here.

Not timely at all. This will be my last visit. I have been coming to OBFM for about 5 years, and the last few times I have had an appointment have been ridiculous. I had a 9:00 appointment scheduled and got here early. I tried to get checked in at 8:45 and they had a sign on the door saying they are closed from 8:00 to 9:00 for a staff meeting. Why would you schedule appointments for 9:00 if you are having a staff meeting? It is now 10:30 and I still have not been seen. I am looking for a new PCP as I type this.

The nurses are nice and that is all this place has going for it. Office staff are quite rude and Shelly Flowers is horrible. Everything she told me made zero sense and she was "in your face" rude. I've seen Sarah Haskins before too and upon advising her about a severe allergic reaction to meds she prescribed and can we try another med I got an "oh well that's too bad, you'll have to deal with it". REALLY? Just save yourself and don't go here.

Absolute worst! Wish I could give zero stars! They do not return phone calls. They do not call your pharmacy to authorize your prescription when they say they will. And worst of all, they make you come in for a visit every 3 months just to keep your prescription authorized for refills. Total scam to make more $. It's like they are holding you hostage! no visit, no prescription refill. Stay away!

Nurse practitioner Shelly Flowers told me to my face I'm "crazy", "stupid", and "it's all in your head." I was having cardiac issues. She told me people my age (20s) NEVER have cardiac issues. "You're depressed and anxious. I'll put you on meds for that." "I'm not depressed or anxious. I'm physically ill." She took her mask off to scream insults at me.

I left crying. Later, I visited a cardiologist. Surprise surprise - I AM physically ill, and my illness improved when I was treated for that physical illness. If I had listened to Shelly Flowers, FNP - I might be dead now.

Made a 2:00 appointment yesterday, have been sitting here for and hour and 20 minutes to see the nurse practitioner, Shelley Flowers. This is the very reason I left this practice two years ago. They have zero respect for peoples time, as they chat outside the room about a stinky fridge! If I could give a zero star review I would! Had to add the picture of sign in the lab waiting room!

I have been a patient here for many years but no more. I got diagnosed with Covid on Monday and called to ask about monoclonal antibody treatment. It took 3 days and multiple phone calls AND a co-pay to get a call back. The people there who answer the phones all told me there was no treatment for Covid. They lied. Doctor's offices have a duty to help patients.

They violated that duty and caused me to suffer needlessly for days. What kind of medical professionals don't call a sick patient with Covid back for days? How could the people who answered their phones tell me and God knows who else there are no treatments for Covid when there are treatments? They also pregnancy tested me the last 2 times I was there even though I had a hysterectomy 10 years ago - I have to assume insurance fraud?!?

At best they are negligent in their duty to do no harm and worst they are willfully keeping their patients sick. A patient shouldn't have to fight misinformation from their doctor's office in addition to misinformation from social media to get help if they are sick! If you are sick find another provider. These people will not help you. They only care about the $$. if you get Covid call an infusion center and get your own appointment for monoclonal antibody IV. Don't expect anyone here to help or care.

I have been going here for about 7 years. Yes I have had some bad experiences like many have. If I would have submitted a review several years ago I would have given them 1 star. But since they were the only place around that you could actually get an appointment, I kept going there. Since then things have gotten much better. Have dealt with many staff members over the years and most of them are very good at what they do.

Just stay away from this place. Ever since the first Appt we have had nothing but problems with them. They have tried to overcharge us for a co-pay. So much that I had to call my insurance company to have them call them and tell them that I was correct. Then one of the doctors sent my daughter home while having an asthma attack. Said she sounded fine and that she could go trick or treating (like completely made us feel like she was being dramatic) We kept her in of course, but that night I ended up taking her to the ER because she still couldn't breathe and we ended up in the PICU in LeBonheur.

So she was vomiting at home from struggling to breathe, but miraculously sounded fine for him, just to end up in the PICU the same night. I'm glad I didn't listen to him. It wasn't Dr. Huling. And Flowers is okay. And some of the other staff, but that place needs a complete overhaul before I can ever go there again. My husband has a lot of issues with trying to get appts for his meds too. It's ridiculous. I have since moved all my children to a different doctor though.

My husband and I are patients at olive Branch Family Medical. This clinic is by far one of the best. My husband's physician Matt is the best. He is so courteous. He never makes you wait long and listens to you. Just a great place. Everyone is very pleasant. Thanks for great service and keep up the good work

I've been going for several years. But all of a sudden last year was the worst. I go for a visit and was told I would have to pay $120 upfront something with my insurance. I explained I've had the same insurance and never paid anything upfront. I spoke with someone in billing and was told my HRA was not covering the visit and that in order to be seen I had to pay the $120.

My thing was they knew this it should have been told to me when I called. The young lady in billing agreed. I left didn't see doctor. I returned in November for well visit with Mrs. Trotter first time meeting Fiona. Visit went well however when I was called with lab results I couldn't really understand Fiona. Then when I asked questions she couldn't tell me anything she replied this is all the information I have.

So I created an account on the patient portal so I could read it Fiona notes say I spoke with patient and she understands lies. So I called back and asked if Mrs. Trotter could give me a call because I didn't fully understand what Fiona said. So whoever I was talking to full my medical record nasty attitude asked what kind of questions you have so I asked but she wasn't much help either.

Never received call from Mrs. Trotter either. So I went back to the patient portal to look for information it was gone no notes or nothing this is December now. So I called to request a copy which they use to send them to you in the mail. I had forgotten about it until February 28, 2020 two months later Mandi in medical records left me a message. I returned her call on Monday March 2 she asked what was I requesting and told me she would email me a authorization of release for medical records to fill out and as soon as she gets it back she would sent it to my email. I completed it then followed up with her 3-3-2020. She said oh yes I got it I will email it to you in a minute. Guess what haven't been back have no plans to.

I have a severe case of poison ivy so I called Saturday in desperation to see if someone could see me to help me. She said they had 1 appointment available so I said put me down! Then she asked for my name/bd. When I told her she said sorry you haven't been in in over 4 years so you are considered a new patient and we don't see new patients on Saturday.

I had moved out of town and have been back a year. I was desperate and begged to let me come in. The answer was no, it's their rules. The girl was rude. I don't see how they are still in business. Where is the concern for people.

I quit the practice because calls were never returned and my appointment was changed which I did not find out until the day off. The provider said to come in but the front staff still gave me a hard time about coming in at 4:30. Now my wife has been leaving messages both on the phone and through the portal for a couple of weeks with nobody bothering to return the calls. Needless to say, , she will quit this practice too. Poor poor patient service.

My grandma loves this place. Dr. Huling is awesome! Our wait is never long and his nurse is very sweet to us every time. The phlebotomists are usually pretty good. I love the care management program. Never have a problem getting an appointment when needed. The virtual care was crazy though. We had to wait like 2 hours past appt time. But I still give them 5 stars

Very poor care, extremely unprofessional. Went in for a problem. Didn't get proper care. Called again to try to get a follow-up appointment after work. Call made at 9 a.m. Office refused to make an appointment for after 2:30 p.m. after work because they weren't booked. Called back at lunch @ 12:30, guess what. Got an appointment for 2 days later. Misdiagnosed AGAIN.

Will be going to another doctor now, hopefully will get one that really cares instead of wasting my time. I guess I know how come they weren't booked up for appointments on the 9 a.m. call, should have known.

If I could give this facility 0 stars I absolutely would. I have been a patient there since 2018. I have went to this facility MULTIPLE times for the same issue. I am never given any answers and usually the problem is swept under the rug. Upon my last visit Friday I was told that I was being given a referral to Gastro One and I would be called Monday.

Today is Monday and I never heard from anyone so I simply called to check on my referral and was met with an extremely RUDE and unprofessional staff. Mainly a person named Nicky who apparently does referrals. She was extremely rude from the word hello and acted as though she was bothered to even have to talk to me at all, I simply stated I didn't know the process for referrals and I was sorry for bothering her and she then proceeded to yell at me over the phone.

When I asked for her name she refused to give it to me, I had to argue with her for 5 minutes before she finally gave me her name. I will not be going back to this facility. EVER. And I would not recommend anyone else go there. I would rather die.

While Dr. Huling is a good doctor his practice has declined significantly due to the poor office staff. After 15 years I finally had enough when they made a billing error (they admitted as much) and refused to refund the amount until after they had received the insurance payment. Even Cigna could not believe the attitude from their billing person. Calling them rude would be an understatement. I have to recommend you look elsewhere for a better practice.

This office was recommended to me when my pcp closed his office. my first few initial visits with nurse practitioner Sarah and nurse practitioner Matt were great. Since then I have not had any good experiences with this office. I feel they have provided me with poor patient care. and only want to make sure they get your copay. I don't feel my issues were evaluated or that I was helped at all! I left feeling like I still had to see someone for my health issues.

I have seen Ms Flowers a few times. The doctor that gave me my blood pressure medicine retired and that is why I went. She was pleasant and helpful. One of the times I went into her I had a sinus infection. She prescribe medicine and gave me a shot. Another time I was having some pain under a breast implant ( I am a cancer survivor) She told me she thought the implant was leaking and sent me back to the original surgeon. I have continued to use her for routine medical issues and so far I am happy.

I'm a new patient. Me and my husband. I came in today for a physical. I was scheduled to see the nurse practitioner, Trotter. The service was horrible. I could hear her and the medical assistant talking outside of the room, which I thought was very unprofessional. The NP came in the room, I don't even think she introduced herself. She didn't explain anything she was doing while performing my PAP.

No education performed during my visit, even though my BP was slightly elevated. I had to ask the medical assistant to recheck my blood pressure. I'm in NP school so I know this is not what is taught. Definitely will not see this lady as my provider again. Horrible.

About four years ago l went to OBFM because I couldn't get to sleep at a reasonable hour my job had me stressed being im self employed. I have no insurance so i pay 120.00 cash every visit, well i see a doctor she tells me i need to go see a cardiologist and take a stress test for my heart, well I figure they are the PROFESSIONALS at least that's why i pay 120.00 just to see a doctor.

Well anyway i do all the tests, i saw a picture of my heart pumping ect. And my wife and I are sitting in the Doctors office talking to the cardiologist and he says nothing is wrong with my heart, I talked to him a few minutes and he says, I JUST HAVE ANXIETY and my doctor at OBFM should have caught that. well now ive been paying on a 5000.00 bill for the last 4 years that was totally unnecessary because of their lack of competence, i even went to them before that having pain in my lower left side of my stomach which they said they couldn't find anything, another 120.00 dollars wasted.

Only when i went to another doctor "Competent" i found out i have diverticulitis, I take ginger now and NO MORE PAIN. I believe im going to file a complaint with the Medical board, Total lack of competence at Olive branch family medical center.

So, I'm sitting in an exam room. for an hour-after having to self check in. This place is so terrible. When you walk in there are kiosks to sign in while 4 receptionist sit there talking to each other. When you finally get called back. You wait in the room for an hour while listening to the staff talk outside in the hall. I am here for mandatory exam for bp med refill and blood work. Should take maybe 10 minutes to see dr. But instead, I waste my day-sitting in this room. Help-I need a better dr office!

First, I made appt for 3 if my family members stating yearly annual appointments. I was charged for all 3 office visits when my insurance covers 100% of annual check up. I called to speak to billing. Their office started over talking me would not allow me to explain and stated it was because once I got back and spoke to the Dr some how the office visit became a new charge.

Never heard of that EVER! Due to the incompetence of their office I called my insurance company. Sure enough, everything g was covered and they billed incorrectly as I tried to explain to the lady that refused to stop talking and listen. Second, the dr couldn't even remember to put in my cholesterol or sugar blood work and was completely missed for a annual appt.

Then the dr ask me in the visit what do you want me to check. Ummm your the freaking dr how about you have a clue. Third, blood work was not within normal limits (as I am RN) and the nurse that called me said it was. Couldn't get a phone call back as of today to discuss. Fourth, my daughter had a XRay done one her due to some pain she was having and took them 3 weeks to finally call back. Needless to say we will not be going back. Would never recommend this office to anyone as patient care and safety does not seem to be a priority for this place. Would highly advise to do your research.

They open at 8AM. I called them from 8 until 8:05 and the answering machine kept saying they were closed. I was in the parking lot so I went inside & made my appointment. I told the lady about the answering machine & she said "oh that's bc our machine has a different time than the actual time" well maybe you should fix that. I have body aches, chills, and a very sore throat. I didn't want to get out of my car to make an appointment. Ridiculous.

Do no recommend coming here. The service here is terrible. The wait time is 45 minutes at best for a drug test. The nurses are all standing at the desk talking, eating, drinking, while people wait. If you ask them how much longer you get "it will be a while, we're busy." Would not recommend.
