I have been coming to this clinic for many many year. The staff is the kindest you will ever encounter. You are treated with respect and most importantly they listen. I believe they are a premier Healthcare provider.

I have had Chris take care of myself, wife and daughter for almost 20 years. He is a wonderful human being that is always courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly. He has a steady hand and is very trustworthy. He has helped my family with both preventative medicine, very urgent medical emergencies, and everything in between. I trust Chris. I trust that he truly cares for his patients and he is providing the best care within his control. My family is very appreciative of him and Dr Oliver. They are a great group to be associated with.

Chris Brinkley is a very caring person towards his patients. I have been a patient there for many years & will continue to go there. I live on another side of town & do not mind the drive for the care that I receive. He has also taken care of family members over the years & still does. Thank you, Mary Holbert

From those at the front desk to the lab techs and yes, Dr. Brinkley, everyone makes you feel welcome and at ease at Oliver Family Care! Dr. Brinkley has a wonderful "bedside manner", he listens to my every concern and question and offers well thought out answers. I found this practice through a friend at work and started seeing Dr. Brinkley in July of '21 for my annual and for a couple follow ups and feel I've found a family HC home!

No problem with the provider, but the front desk was very disorganized. Received a phone call 1 minute before my appt time wanting to know where I was ( I signed in 15 minutes prior to appt time) the person was not professional and sounded as though they were being put out.

I drive over two hours to continue my healthcare through Oliver Family Healthcare. Have tried other doctors closer to where I moved fourteen years ago, but no place compares to care and service I receive there. They take time to ask questions and find out how you really are and never rush you through like most practices do these days. I strongly recommend them for all around family health coverage.

Dr. Chris is awesome but front desk employees will not connect you to the doctor when asked. I have been very sick and was told by Dr. Chris to call him if i wasnt getting any better. I called and explained to person who answered what i was told and was hung up on!

Covid not being taken seriously here. None of the four front of house staff members were wearing their mask for the entirety of my visit. Upon checkout I asked the tech to wear her mask properly before I approached and she responded that only patients were required to wear masks. I've been coming here since I was a child, but that might change. I have an autoimmune partner at home and will not risk infection at what should be a medically safe environment.

As always everyone was very helpful and patient. I have been coming here since the 90's and I would never dream of leaving. Also, big part of that was that Chris came back. Before he came back the NP's were wonderful but as soon as you got comfortable with one they would leave to another place. Since he has been back it has been much more stable I think.

I have been going to this practice for about 22 years. So glad that Chris came back. He is so understanding and takes the time to listen to all of my concerns. Everyone is always so kind to me and go out of their way to make my visit as easy as possible. Every time I call in for anything my requests are handled very professionally and quickly. I am so happy to have such a great team taking care of me.

Chris Brinkley, will explain things to a patient in the simple way that can be understood. He is overall concerned about the good health, treatment, and recovery of each patient. Chris Brinkley is always engaged and is a good listener. He goes over and beyond for his patients. The staff is great. Great leadership, reflect off of the staffing that works their. This is a great team of medical professionals. Thank you for all, that you do for your patients.

I've always had successful and excellent service from Chris and the rest of his staff. Very difficult to find a walk in service the same day or next. Chris has a lot of advanced training in his practice. And last but not least I think he runs circles around a lot of doctors I've seen in the past. The best way to describe Chris Brinkley is what Captain Benjamin Pierce once said in the show MASH (Finest Kind).

Great doctors, awful back office. Will send you to collections rather than Bill you. Good place just very disorganized.

It is hard to state how awful their reception is. It was almost impossible to book an appointment after an injury. I had to sign up for their MDVIP program in order to be seen, and then prove that I was a member. The receptionist did several things over the course of two weeks that completely frustrated the process. For example, she booked me an appointment with a surgeon that I didn't agree to or ask for, and I didn't find out until that person's office called to confirm.

The overall miscommunication she created was level: Intolerable. Dr. Oliver was very nice and a horrible listener. He misdiagnosed me to begin with. I spoke very clearly about my symptoms and asked if the issue was several things like a slipped disc since I had had them before. He assured me that it wasn't a slipped disc. He saw me for a grand total of 5-10 minutes and appeared to be listening but eventually dismissed everything I said.

He sent me home with a pain killer prescription and zero other assistance. I asked about body work, x-ray, and MRI, because I couldn't walk, and he dismissed them all. I called a couple of days later because the injury was getting worse. He texted back and forth with me for about 3 minutes, again dismissing me. I finally insisted on getting an MRI because my foot was completely numb and my leg was in sharp pain.

We explicitly agreed that we should rule out that my foot wasn't broken or the bone damaged from my injury. He ordered a lumbar MRI series only, while it was almost impossible for me to physically sit in the car for the half hour drive to the location he chose. So I showed up and paid for the MRI out of pocket to find out that I indeed had a herniated disc which I had explicitly asked him about at the first appointment.

They wouldn't do an mri on my foot because my doctor hadn't ordered it. I wasn't about to leave and come back for that but they didn't have time to add it. His response about this was that I could come back to his office for a low cost x-ray. I had no idea that he had a machine there and he ABSOLUTELY should have taken an x-ray of my foot during my first visit.

I believe this constitutes as malpractice, I'm sick of the feeling that white men are dismissing me because I'm a woman, and in the end I received a refund from MDVIP.

I saw Ricci C Belisario, NP-C for some chronic, long-standing health issues that previous doctors could not identify a cause. Ricci took me seriously, listened, and ordered many blood tests to get started. She was very thorough, compassionate and caring. She was affirming and gave me an idea of the likely course of action given my specific health concerns.

She also indicated that her preference was more natural in approach and this fact is well-suited to my preferable method of addressing and healing my body. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a more holistic focused primary care provider in addition to someone who is caring, compassionate and focused on patient care.

When I went to the ER (because Oliver was closed and I was miserable) they brushed me off, told me I didn't have the flu, gave me tylonel and told me to go home. I woke up the next day I'm severe pain with a fever that wouldn't break and knew it was something I wasn't gonna be able to ride out. I called Oliver and they got me in an hour later with Ricci Belisario, and she could quite possibly be the nicest medical personal I've ever had to deal with.

She sympathized with me and knew as soon as she saw me that I had the flu. She did a swab and it was positive! She gave me medications to help me get to feeling better and it's the next day and I already see a drastic improvement. Had I listened to the ER and just "rode it out" I would be MISERABLE for much longer and wouldn't have been able to get the flu medicine I needed. I will 100% be seeing Ricci again! Thank you :)

Love this place! I have been going to Dr. Brinkley for about 10 years now and he is he best doctor I have ever had! I have had crappy doctors in the past that cared more about making money than helping their patients and Dr. Brinkley is nothing like that. I have also met with Dr. Oliver and he is amazing as well! Love this place!

I have had a pretty good experience with this office. Not the best, but good. I see Whitney, a PA, and she is wonderful. I have seen another PA there, Amber, and she was nothing but abrupt and rude. They nearly always run late unless you get one of the first appointments in the morning or right after lunch, so be prepared to wait. Other than that my experiences there have been great!

I have been a long-time patient at this office and have been very pleased with Dr. Oliver and his staff. I have found them to be responsive and I particularly like that when I am sick, they do have walk-ins. I usually don't have a schedule for when I am going to get ill! Usually for test results, they have an automated system in which you call to find out the results and then they recommend if you need to speak with someone so yes, I would make an appointment for that. I like the use of technology and have found that this is a place to meet my medical needs. I definitely recommend.

My daughter, new student to the state, went here to be checked for a sore throat, sinus pain, fever, cough, and chest congestion, in pain and weak.but was never seen or checked by any doctor. Even though she had insurance, but because she did'nt have 20 dollars on her at the time, she was sent walking out the door and back home. I was disappointed because i was the person who choose this place for her to go to.

Now i feel this place will be liable if something happens to my daughter, due to failing to assist her when she was very ill, and instead of billing her the 20.00 to show care and concern--refuse her service.seems unethical to me, i guess 20 dollars would hurt their business. Shame on Oliver Family Healthcare for mistreating my daughter, by not treating her medical needs! Only wish I had read the reviews.

Ms. A. Miller, PA-C : In my opinion, she presented impatient, condescending, dismissive, disrespectful, and rude. It seemed that any questions as a patient were bothersome to her, & she seemed to become irritated, & to respond with a bad, disrespectful attitude - seemed elitist in my opinion. The experience with her felt unsupportive, and that you were a bother. My opinion is poor to no bedside manner. Will never be seen by her again!

Such a worst service ever, I'm just pissed off by what they did. When I called them they were not clear about the procedure, I asked them an appointment, they said you could come as walk in, you don't need an appointment, (just to review my test result). When I went there, the lady in the front desk said oh it doesn't take too long, so I was waiting waiting they called me after an hour, I will not go back again, will not recommend to any one as well

This group of doctors looks at the whole person in their treatment. They spend a great deal of time with you asking lots of questions and showing that they care. I see that Natalie had a bad experience. I have been going there for years and have not had any bad experiences with any of the doctors or staff. Amber Miller is one of their physician's assistants. She is wonderful, very caring and never in a hurry. It's in a great location and has convenient office hours.

If you're looking for a group of physicians that will throw meds at you and never take the time to properly listen to your issues and diagnosis your issues then this place is for you. Definitely a fast food doctor atmosphere. Staff behind the desk is not so friendly on the phone or in person and definitely not in a hurry to get back with you.

The only time anything positive for us came out of this office was when we needed to see a doctor quick due to illness. Long term issues for pain, forget it. They'll just write a script and send you on your way. They were more interested in selling their weight loss ideas and products and blaming weight on pain issues. Well after finding a new doctor and seeing one specialist we have the x-rays to prove that there was a bigger issue that has gone untreated because of the lack of concern from this office!
