My daughter has been sick and her symptom was alarming enough for Dr Renee to say we needed to see a oncologist and hematologist so I did all the blood work they asked for then she said that she wanted to wait til my daughter's symptoms worsen and for me to bring her in 24 hours after they worsen so she could see it first hand it's been two weeks and my daughter still has a fever with vomiting and pain in her belly and bones but they said it has to be worse for them to do anything about it did I mention she is two and is under weight she only weighs 17 pounds now but they say it's not enough to worry them smh

I've been going to Corbin Peds for almost 8 years now. We have been going less since covid started. We weren't able to see our primary doctor. We've been going elsewhere for sicknesses, but today's visit was for a well child check up. First thing that was a bit off was the phone call I recieved a few days ago about our early morning appointment. Someone called and asked if we could come 30 min earlier than our scheduled time in order to see the doctor because her daughter had awards at school.

Totally understandable. I agreed. At the check in desk I asked for a mask since there were posted signs stating masks were still required. No problem. I commented how I was sorry I didn't have a mask on me. I just didn't think much about them anymore. The lady at the front desk was happy to give me a mask. But not without letting me know the masks are to protect the little ones.

Which is great, but then with a sarcastic tone and slightly under her breath she said, "It's not a vaccine". That made my blood boil. After filling out the sign in sheet I let her know I didn't appreciate her comment and I hadn't even mentioned the vaccine. She did apologize. She came out from behind the desk. Hugged me and apologized again stating she should not have said that. Thankful for the apology I was still greatly irritated. Well. we waited for over an hour in our room.

The kids were getting restless and decided to ask a nurse if our doctor would be coming to our room soon. The nurse let them know our doctor wasn't there. We were seeing someone else. At this point I went out of the room to talk to the nurse. Let her know about the phone call and how we came in early just to see our doctor. She let me know about the award ceremony and how she didn't know anything about the phone call. Needless to say. We left. Such a disappointment.

Been taking my boys to Corbin Peds for over 12 years. I think it's very important to have a pediatrician who you can depend on and know they care about your children. I can call Corbin peds and get in fast, they listen and they really do care. Eric and Dr. Butler are by far my favorite. Sure wouldn't want to take my boys anywhere else, very thankful for them!

My son is almost two, they are so fast to get him in when I call, and that's wonderful, great doctors as well! We've been here a lot so I can give a honest review, highly recommend!

People were friendly and they took really good care of our Baby. A little time consuming but your children are worth it.

Dr. Eric Helton is the doctor for our children and he is absolutely wonderful. He listens to all concerns and is very caring. Could never ask for anything better. We LOVE CORBIN PEDIATRICS!

Took my daughter Wednesday for very high fevers, said everything looked great on her "probably viral" that term is used so lightly at that office. Took her to the clinic this morning because she was getting worse, tested positive for RSV. Take your kids to people who care. Corbin pediatric is beyond garbage.

It's been two years and these people are still trying to charge my wife and I for a visit my daughter had. First, a little background. My wife was deployed overseas and I was in training in the military, so my mother-in-law had both of my children there in Corbin, KY. We went through the motions as we normally do and got a referral through Tricare so that they could be seen there.

Everything went as it should, but a few months down the road, we were billed a substantial amount of money for their visit. Turns out, they had my kids under my wife, which is why we were billed. They are actually under me in the Tricare system. We got it fixed and the billing stopped! Sadly, here we are 2 years later and the bills are still coming.

We were being billed for my daughter's visit (though not my son's). My wife has been fighting this for years, but Corbin Pediatrics is still trying to bill us. They claim that they never received anything from Tricare stating we had a referral, but several employees before said they found record of it. Now all of a sudden, they have no record of it.

We've decided to pay it out of pocket just to stop the bills from coming. Overall, very poor customer service and a terrible experience. Avoid them if you can (if you are military at least).
