As a provider, this company is absolutely terrible to work with, so much that we have decided to no longer accept patients with this insurance. They are rude, unorganized, have zero customer service skills, and harrass uson a weekly basis to pay us a minimal amount.

Dealing with them with Worker's comp is absolutely horrendous. I have been "released" from care since 09/2021. I am just NOW, 1/22/22, recieving a bill from my physical therapist from 05/17/21! I was STILL fully insured under WC at that time as I was ONLY under 3 months post op at that point! This is ridiculous! RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This company is very unorganized. I would give One Call zero stars, one star is to high. Very poor communication internally, no one knows what is going on over there. Employees at one call lie to save there own behinds from not doing there job.

Really bad communication and always removing appointments for preferred vendors less than 24 hours of the appointment and never pay the late cancellation.

Everything is a fight with one call, even when they are wrong and you send proof. It is truly a terrible company.

One Call is terrible. They lie, play games and don't follow there own protocols. Run away from this company! They will cheat you and lie to you. Unless you are Sierra Interpreting, you will be scammed and lied to. Have to pay the high kickbacks like Sierra to last.

Should be no stars they hang up on you lie saying they don't have all of the info they need to schedule appointment when you have proof of the fax being received by them they are incompetent and need to hire people who are going to actually work and help the client get the testing they need and not make excuses saying they can't finish scheduling appointment for mri

One call, that's all you are going to recieved from them. And then you have to start calling every few days. Week 6 trying to get things scheduled, and that's with having to travel an hour and half away, bypassing 30+ hospitals/clinics/offices that could perform the test but are smart enough not to ally with One Call. This experience had been a nightmare, headache, and redundantly ineffective. 0/10 I do NOT recommend.

The new call center is terrible, unfortunately you cant understand anything they say and they cant understand you half the time either, leave you on hold forever, and they never seem to be able to help send auth forms anymore! We used to be able to call and get ahold of someone asap and they would fax whatever you needed over. now they always say they have to put me on hold and they cant help me, and I get transferred multiple times.

Received an e-mail from One Call wanting to "schedule your diagnostic procedure(s) which have already been approved by your insurance". This or these procedures were "requested by your physician". (No doctor was named. Just "your Physician" ) All of my doctors do their own scheduling and none of them had ordered any procedures or diagnostic testing.

My primary care doc suggested that it was a scam and to ignore it. Out of curiosity, I Googled "One Call Diagnostics" and found them to be a "real" company, however, I still wonder how legitimate they are. After reading the reviews, I am also wondering if they have added scamming to their menu of "services". NONE of my doctors had requested any kind of scheduling services from this company.

Now I am wondering how they got my name and email address. And to what purpose. When I tried to call them to attempt to obtain that information, I was put on hold forever. I never spoke to anyone.

If I could leave no stars I would, worse company to work for, your not properly trained before you get on the floor. They rush it, and they want you to meet unrealistic goals your 1st couple weeks on the floor. We had 3 different supervisors in the 3months I worked there. We started off with 14 people only 6 made it threw training and out of that 6 it's only 3 people left. Turnover rate extremely high. All my supervisors gave me different information just a miserable place
