Aging is a fact of life, something that happens to everyone. Unfortunately, with age comes a host of possible diseases and conditions. Cataracts are one of these conditions, affecting nearly everyone who lives past their middle age. While cataracts are one of the leading causes of blindness in the United States, the good news is that they are completely treatable!
Comprehensive eye exams are extremely important to your eye health. There are conditions, such as glaucoma, that show no symptoms until vision loss has occurred. It is important to find conditions like these as early as possible to reduce damage. Depending on a few factors, your doctor will ask you to come back either yearly or bi-yearly.

I've seen two physicians here and at first they were great. Then visits deteriorated. They do not take enough time to answer questions. On my last visit, my last question was answered as physician went out the door! Physicians may be very good, but I don't feel well cared for if they are always in a rush.

Please don't come here if you value your time. I was here for 3 hours for a 5 minute appointment. They'll take you back only to make you wait in another waiting room and another room and another room and another.

Don't come here expecting to get out in less than three hours. My guess is it has something to do with them scheduling five patients for the same appointment times. You'll sit and wait and wait and wait. You'll wait to be checked in. You'll wait to be called back. You'll wait to be seen by an assistant. You'll go back to the waiting room to wait. You'll wait to see the doctor. Rinse and repeat. Time management at this facility serves no one.

I would love to be able to get ahold of my doctor, but their number goes straight to a hold message and then disconnects.

Excellent practice in my experience! Dr Navabi is delightful and very capable ( a nice combination!) He and all staff are pleasant and courteous even on busy days. I often tell them I believe this is the best medical practice in central Ohio! All of my others are very very good but they are outstanding!
